The place to be in Andros. Very close to the most beautiful beaches, with beautiful views and an amazing host. Super recommended

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à « La fleur d’Andros ». La maison est superbement décorée (très sobre et classe) et le village de Kochylos est charmant : il est bâti en escalier, on laisse sa voiture à l’entrée. Tout est paisible et accueillant. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, et on n’est qu’à 30 mn de la charmante ville d’Andros. Il faut en revanche être motorisé. Mais cela en vaut la peine ! Si nous revenons à Andros, c’est dans cette maison. Nektarios et son père sont adorables, aux petits soins et très réactifs. Le restaurant que tient Nektarios est délicieux et aussi joliment décoré (on se croirait dans Mamma Mia !). C’était magnifique !

Όλα υπέροχα. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο και πεντακάθαρο. Φοβερή θέα και ήσυχη περιοχή. Η κυρία Κατερίνα μας υποδέχτηκε και φρόντισε για ότι χρειαζόμασταν.

Konstantinos’ place was great for a big group with three bathrooms and plenty of large bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the balconies were beautiful. Konstantinos was keen to help when we had issues with the aircon and was always responsive and friendly! A great deal.

This is a comfortable rental on a bluff with partial views of Golden Beach. This property is a good match for families who need more room. There is a bedroom and full bath on the top floor and an apartment in the basement, with its own kitchen, private bedroom, bath, and a pullout. Unlike most rentals in the area, this rental has bathtubs (another plus for families traveling with kids). There is no AC unit in the basement bedroom (there is in the common space), but we found the common space unit sufficient to comfortably cool the entire downstairs. There is a generous outdoor space. A car is recommended -- you wouldn't want to make the climb up the hill on foot! Communication with property manager was seamless. A great option for families or those who just want more space.

Will definitely be back! The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had 9 people staying for 3 nights, all of us were very comfortable. We had every amenity we could ask for, the rooms & beds were perfect. The pool was exceptional and Korinna had it cleaned every morning. Korinna was an incredible host, she was very accommodating, responsive & friendly. The views from the villa were stunning, it is situated up in the mountains. There was a gym walking distance which had a small cafe. The beach was a 20min walk from the villa slightly down the hillside, with a delicious Tavern close by. The only thing to note is you would need a car to go to the supermarket but that did not impact our stay at all, we did a big shop and were more than happy to stay in the villa. I would go back again tomorrow.

Really fantastic house with plenty of space and loads of character - a beautiful stone-built house overlooking hills and the sea. There are lots of places to sit and relax in sun or shade and it's great to have a pool. The house is only a short (c.10 minute) drive to Chora, the main town of Andros, which is a wonderful place to wander around. Alexandra and Dimitri were very helpful arranging car hire and showing us round the house on arrival.

It was a perfect family holiday and we still cannot get over the beauty and location of the villa. The private access to the beach, the incredibly beautiful flowers and plants in the compound, the close proximity to Hora and other places to visit locally. The beautiful light and weather, the crystal blue sea, the sunrises and sunsets. The local caretaker Bittou was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Theoharis, Flora and Bittou for all your care and attention to detail.

Kato Fellos is an amazing villa, beautifully furnished and appointed as a home. It is cared for by Sergey and Nina who keep it wonderfully. Everything that you could possibly need on a holiday is provided for from the kitchen (the best sharp knives in any rented place) to the poolside, It is everything you ever dreamed of. Its wonderful position is high up above the local beach, with views between headlands which inspire you every morning you draw back the curtains. Access on dust roads to other local, quiet beaches is easy or you can spend long hours by the pool at the villa. Couldn't recommend this villa more highly.

We really enjoyed our stay in the wonderful house of Katerina and Antonis. They welcomed us with great kindness and provided us with all the information we needed. The house is very comfortable and elegant, even better than in pics. We were only three people, and it was a bit for some extents because it would have been nice to live there in a larger group. The swimming pool is also fantastic. To come back for sure!

The villa is located at the end of a small road alongside the coast, just 5 minutes walk from an amazing restaurant on a beach with an even better view on the sea. You can also swim on the small beach in font of the restaurant. The villa in itself is really great with many different places and small terasses where you can enjoy a unique view on the Aegan sea. We specifically recommend the one at the end of the garden on the right, where you will feel alone in front of the most beautiful view. The villa + rooms / bathroom and kitchen are perfect, as shown on pictures. Hronis is a unique host, kind and helpfull. He is paying an amazing attention to his villa for you, and making of your stay a great moment. As said in other comments, the last 500 meters by car can be quite impressive the first time, but Hronis will guide you first in his car, and then it will be easy, even a small game!

Prachtige authentieke villa net buiten het knusse badplaatsje Batsie. Giannis reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen en de liefdevolle Olga was altijd om de hoek voor een grote glimlach.

This was an outstanding villa in a perfect location. It was private, picturesque with amazing views. There were up to 10 of us with family and friends coming and going. We were able to walk to local taverna and to Batsi for wonderful meals and coffee and ice cream. Batsi is a beautiful little port town and we felt we had the best location on Andros. We ate lunches and dinners at home using the BBQ. You do need a car or scooter to reach the bigger supermarket. We swam off the rocks and from 2 walking distance beaches, the sea was perfection. The pool was chilly but we all swam daily. We also walked some of the Andros walking routes which were clearly marked and drove to other towns, beaches and to Cyclades Olive Tour. The cleaning service was outstanding and the kitchen was well equiped. Alex was a helpful host when we needed him but we were pretty independent.

Wir waren verbrachten zwei Wochen mit unserer Familie auf Andros und wohnten die gesamte Zeit in Keiras Haus. Keiras Haus war die beste AirBnB Unterkunft die wir je gemietet haben. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind genauso wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ganz ungestört und sehr privat und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Zum Strand ist es nur eine ganz kurze Autofahrt (3 Minuten). Man kann auch Laufen, aber mit kleinen Kindern war uns der Berg zum Haus etwas zu viel. Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und es gibt sehr tolle Restaurants. Andros ist sehr entspannt. Es gibt keine großen Hotels und die meisten Touristen kommen vom griechischen Festland. Keira ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und war immer schnell zu erreichen. Zu unserer Ankunft hatte sie schon ein paar Sachen für uns in den Kühlschrank getan und sie hat sogar ein paar Mal selbstgebackene Sachen bei uns vorbeigebracht. Ein großes Plus war, dass das Haus und der Garten während unseres Besuchs r

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Our stay was fantastic! He allowed us to do a small elopement ceremony on the grounds and the garden was absolutely stunning for this. The dovecote with unique architecture was the highlight to have as our background. I really can’t say enough about the outdoor area, pool, flowers, walkway, eating spaces. Absolutely perfect for us and a few close family members. By far, the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!

Really a nice house inna nice place. Anastasia and her daugther are very kind. The house is perfect to visit Andros. Very close you have the village plenty of taverns and amazing beaches. Please keep the island like this full of hospitality
