This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

Our stay was far and above expectation. The villa was just what we needed and the scenery was beautiful. Clear blue waters were walkable and snorkeling was great. Water felt safe without waves and swimmable for young kids and perfect for floating and soaking up the sun. The pool overlooked the ocean and the common area was well kept and where our families met up. This place was perfect for a large family vacation. Streaming and wifi was strong and washer-dryer was an unexpected bonus. Dario was on top of everything and responsive the minute we needed anything. Grocery store was 2 minutes down the road, local neighbors were very friendly and the location was perfectly situated to make trip to Atlantis, Rose Island pig excursion and downtown and Paradise Island easy to get to. Plenty of bath and beach towels!

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. the property definetly exceeded expectation. the host was helpful and responsive. The home smelt amazing. i would definetly recommend this home to family and friends.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandra and Philip Kemp’s beautiful Airbnb in the Bahamas, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, their exceptional hospitality made us feel right at home. They promptly responded to all our messages and went above and beyond. The house itself is a paradise. very clean and tastefully decorated, it offers breathtaking ocean views that can be enjoyed from the spacious living areas. The private pool was a highlight, providing a serene spot to relax and soak in the tropical ambiance. Every minute spent there was pure bliss. On our last night, Sandra and Philip graciously allowed us to host a small barbecue with a few friends. Not every host would feel comfortable with such a request, but they trusted us, adding a personal touch to our stay. Sandra and Philip’s dedication to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment is evident in every detail. Their warmth and respectfulness made our trip truly special.

Derricks place was an amazing stay. Tranquil, peaceful, beautiful view, ocean water steps out the back door. Turtles and manta rays at night. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend

We can’t say enough great things about this place and about Alexis. The place was just as the photos show and was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Alexis gave great instructions for the home and helpful recommendations for beaches, restaurants and activities. She was extremely prompt in responding to any of our questions and needs and those few minor needs were addressed immediately. We hope to return here in the future and would highly recommend this vacation getaway. We made amazing family memories! Thanks Alexis!!

The place was great. Our family enjoyed having private space and having a home away from home for our vacation. The kitchen had all of the things we needed and a grocery store was nearby (cheaper than restaurants for every meal). There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and floaties. We brought our own snorkeling gear and extra beach toys, though. We like to stay busy and renting a car was a must for us. We drove to Paradise Island a couple of times (for a Born Free boating experience and Atlantis), Junkanoo Beach, Clifton Heritage Park, Jaws Beach, Love Beach, Bonefish Pond… Be sure to add 30-60 minutes extra travel time from Palm Cay; traffic can be unpredictably chaotic especially heading to Paradise Island on a weekday morning (we almost missed our Tues 8:30am boat). The house was great to come back to after a long day in the sun. We’d watch a Netflix movie together then each kid had their own room to unwind and have personal space. Highly recommend!

One of the best places to stay and one of the best host, honestly, Ifelt like I new Arlington he treated us like we were family. I will definitely go back and book more days in this wonderful beautiful place with beautiful views. Always there when we needed him. Most definitely recommend this place and I also recommend renting his vehicles to get around.

The unit is great, hard to beat for location, beach and views. We always felt secure and made friends with the other guests. Madison and her team were super proactive and helpful in fixing some issues with AC and water pressure and we managed to enjoy the vacation for the rest of the stay. Madison has great integrity and customer care and refunded the days we had the issues. This speaks volume about how they conduct business, they really care and will do their best to make you feel at home. Two recommendation for Madison: 1) Please add additional chairs for the kitchen island since is not always possible to dine outside when it rains or the sun is too strong. 2) Add a bigger trash bin like the one in Unit 2. We will book again for next April!
