This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

Lynden a toujours etait tres rapide a repondre a nos questions avant notre arrivee. Il a également ete tres gentil avec nous. Il a meme ete achete des parasols et un mélangeur pour ajouter a ses equipments, ce qui a grandement aider a notre sejour, merci Lynden !!. Nous etions 2 familles ( 6 total ) avec deux enfants 8 et 5 ans. La Maison est plus grande que nous avions anticiper avec les photos. Le quartier est tranquille et securitaire. Merci lynden pour ton hospitalité !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandra and Philip Kemp’s beautiful Airbnb in the Bahamas, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, their exceptional hospitality made us feel right at home. They promptly responded to all our messages and went above and beyond. The house itself is a paradise. very clean and tastefully decorated, it offers breathtaking ocean views that can be enjoyed from the spacious living areas. The private pool was a highlight, providing a serene spot to relax and soak in the tropical ambiance. Every minute spent there was pure bliss. On our last night, Sandra and Philip graciously allowed us to host a small barbecue with a few friends. Not every host would feel comfortable with such a request, but they trusted us, adding a personal touch to our stay. Sandra and Philip’s dedication to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment is evident in every detail. Their warmth and respectfulness made our trip truly special.

This Airbnb was a unique and memorable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Terese was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We were forced to make a change in our plans and she was immediately understanding and accommodating. A wonderful experience overall.

Clean, quite, private, home away from home, with shared clean pool. A car is required for this location or you can walk approx. 20min to the main road(where the beach is located) & flag down the #10 bus that will take you to the Cable beach area and/or downtown. Unit #3 is the best 2bd/2bath washer/dryer, pool towels, iron +board, all you need to cook in the kitchen, refreshments & so much more. There's nothing not to love.

As a tourist, this was the best price for so much space. You’ll definitely need a car to get around. Be sure to check out the Hidden Treasures bar which is a 10 minute walk. Louis is a kind host.

Great place for a quick trip in and out of Nassau close to Baha Mar and Airport. A little hard to find so clarify directions, but otherwise very comfortable and Michael was great and responsive.

Wow ! What a fantastic place to stay on Paradise Island. WIthin walking distance of everything and a nice comfortable. peaceful and safe area to stay. The pool was within metres of Judith's condo and a short jaunt to the beach made it ideal for us. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and the quietness of this gated community was fantastic for our grandchild for afternoon sleeps. Even the little ammenties like kitchen essentials, black out curtains. the house manual outlining places to go, BBQ etc. were fantastic. We especially liked the screened in porch which was ideal for eating, playing cards or just hanging out. The condo itself was spotless and much more room them we envisioned from the photos. What a fantastic Airbnb one of the nicest we have been to - we hope to be able to come back some day. A special thank you to Kyrene who from the moment we booked until the day we checked out communicated clearly and ensured we were doing okay. She truly cared.!! Thank You !!!

Thank you for a fantastic stay. This was our first trip to the Bahamas and staying at your wonderful house made it a great holiday that we will never forget. We loved the upstairs living space, eating warm bananas from your trees and chatting with your fantastic neighbours next-door. The location was fantastic (car is a must). We discovered beautiful coves, sweeping white beaches and felt like we had found the hidden gems that most people staying in resorts will never experience. You were a very responsive host and your local knowledge was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back :)

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. the property definetly exceeded expectation. the host was helpful and responsive. The home smelt amazing. i would definetly recommend this home to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Anishka's place! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and instructions were clear. The view from the upper main bedroom balcony was incredible! Anishka was super friendly, answered our questions quickly, and provided some great suggestions for local happenings (a regatta close by which was so much fun) and good restaurants (we especially loved Syrah, Latitudes and The Pink Octopus). There is a small beach area close by (easy walk) which we enjoyed (she provided comfy beach chairs and towels), and we also visited several other nice beach areas (especially loved Jaws beach). We liked being out of the chaos of the busier tourist areas of the island, and loved the quiet, local feel of the area. There was a beautiful sidewalk along the ocean which we walked/ran on each day and loved it! All in all it was a fabulous stay and we give it an easy 5 stars!

What can I say about my amazing experience at Alvan’s air bnb?!?! We got married in the Bahamas and chose Alvan’s air bnb for our family to stay before and after the wedding. Initially we were only booked to stay for 4 days, but once we checked in we knew immediately that we’d want to stay there longer and ended up extending our stay for another 3 days. The house is immaculate. The photos do it absolutely no justice. The ceilings are high, luxurious finishes throughout even down to the beautiful crown molding. Tons of space in the living area. The kitchen has a massive beautiful island that makes the space feel grand. Fully stocked kitchen equipped for family style cooking. Beautiful sparkling swimming pool that is cleaned constantly. The sunrises at the front of the house providing for a beautiful sunrise to admire with coffee on the walkout balcony every morning. Alvan was an amazing host! Super responsive and accommodating. Worth every single penny!

We had a fantastic time with our family of 5 (three teens) and Tineka was a phenomenal host. The home is well stocked with everything you need and walking distance to grocery stores, Baha Mar, multiple restaurants and much more. This was a fantastic place to stay!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Kyrene est une hôte exceptionnelle. Elle était toujours disponible pour nous et répondait ultra rapidement à nos questions. Le logement est parfait. Les 2 chambres ont leurs propre salle de bain. La cuisine est petite mais dispose de tout ce que nous avions besoin. Et le logement est très propre. La terrasse aussi (quelqu'un vient 3x semaine Nettoyer) et malgré que les logements sont rapprocher, c'est plutôt intime. Kyrene nous a aidé pour le transport depuis l'aéroport (avec Cheryl transport) excellent service. Pour 33$ extra ils vous amènent à l'épicerie en chemin vers l'appartement (je vous le conseil fortement. Pas beaucoup de choix à paradise island, tablettes vides et beaucoup plus dispendieux) La piscine est vraiment très bien. Disponible pour les 12 unités mais la plupart du temps, nous étions seuls. A pied, nous étions à environ 8 minutes de tout. Plage, Resto, Atlantis. Je recommande fortement Kyrene comme hôte. Vous allez aimer votre séjour aux Bahamas.

Krishelle’s place was accurately described. The property was located on paradise island and a very short walk to the Atlantis resort (about a 12 min walk). There were several restaurants nearby that we also walked to. The place was nice and clean and there were also complimentary drinks in the fridge of local beer and punch for us to try. Would highly suggest the property. We felt extremely safe!

My stay in the Bahamas was absolutely amazing! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Waking up to the ocean breeze and stunning views was a dream come true. Van was an exceptional host—super friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips that made our trip even better. The check-in process was smooth, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the Bahamas and would love to come back again. The best part about this place is the quick and easy access to the beach, which is located in an ideal area. The trees that overhang on the beach provide natural shade, or you can sit closer to the water for full sun. It’s just a little ways down from the more crowded area, so you have more privacy and space to enjoy the beautiful beach. Locals offer drinks and excursions (you can bargain), and they’ll pick you up right in front of this villa from the beach—super convenient and a great way to save time. If you’re looking for a place that’s private yet close to popular resorts and restaurants like Atlantis, this is a great option. A tip to make your stay even better: pack a suitcase of groceries. Nearby grocery stores are limited and pricey. While there’s a Keurig and coffee maker, I wish I had packed coffee, breakfast, lunch items, and snacks. For dinner, check out Marina Village by Atlantis—it’s full of restaurants and just a 10-minute walk away.

We love Sandyport! Krystal's place was perfectly located for our group - 2 adults, 6 twenty something kids. Loved having a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Condo was adequately furnished and clean. Krystal was very responsive. Would love to visit again!

Jody and Chauncey are great hosts. I got sick on the day I came in and Chauncey provided all the useful info and even got the essentials from the store for me. Made me feel safe and secure. The place is nice, clean and spacious just like the pictures show. Two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a cosy living-room and a spacious balcony. Great place and lots of room for the family of four. Nice, safe neighborhood, a 10 min walk from the beautiful Cabbage beach. Advice to buy your groceries in Nassau, the Paradise island stores sell bare necessities.
