Extremely peaceful and relaxing! The rental is more like a home than a cottage/camp with its recent tasteful, pleasing, and very functional renovations (the flooring was well done and looked great; the mini-split system made it very comfortable even when it was in the 90’s; and, the new furnishings were attractive and comfortable). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

House was great, and our guests had no complaints at all, we very much appreciate the accommodations.

My wife and I spent our first year anniversary in this wonderful home. We had a great time enjoying the fall colors and over looking the beautiful pond, especially in the morning as the fog broke. Within 15 minutes there were several grocery shopping options, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect balance of being in a quiet setting but having amenities nearby. Would recommend and hope to go back next autumn!

Awesome after Christmas getaway with our 4 adult children. Plenty of room to be together and apart. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and plethora of towels! Old school fun with the many game choices. Beautiful sunrises over the lake and enjoyed numerous walks ON the lake. Will be sure to recommend to others looking for a lovely, comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sally's place! It was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the kayaks being available. The area is also very beautiful!

Great cabin! Remote and beautiful. Hot tub was lovely. James was communicative and his folks took care of snow plowing right away after a storm. Would definitely stay again.

Great home base for our group attending a wedding in Gray! Easy drive over to the Caswell Farm & Wedding Barn. We loved the lakefront access and took the boats out for a peaceful paddle. Check-in and checkout were both simple and smooth. Clean and comfortable house in a beautiful location. Highly recommend for a group of 6-10!

The cabin was even better than advertised! We were so excited to stay here while attending a wedding near by. The waterfront was even better than we imagined, and the entire property was so peaceful. It was quiet which is a huge plus and lots of walking paths and trails to explore. We even went and sat on the dock and night to take pictures of the stars. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again with our son!

A great house and location right on the water. We arrived well after dark, Tom came and met us at the property to make sure we got situated. Plenty of room for a family of four and more. We enjoyed the boats and fishing and hiking in the area. The game room was nice to have on a rainy day. The kitchen has everything you need. Really enjoyed our long weekend here.

We stayed 4 nights at Nancy's cabin in July. The Cabin was very rustic and was an older cabin from back in the 60's. We were able to use the shared sandy beach which is either a 5 minute walk through the woods on a trail or you could use kayak/row boat over to the beach. They have a private dock you could use as well which we used the row boat to bring our stuff over to the beach. The property is right on Panther Pond but you can not swim on their property, you would have to use the shared beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook as well as an outdoor grill. The water pressure is pretty low so it was difficult to shower or do dishes but we made it work. Overall the cabin is super private, cozy and the property itself is great.

Our stay at Marc’s cottage was absolutely wonderful. The location is quiet and peaceful. The cottage itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Great place for a quiet week away on fun little pond. Nearby attractions for Southern Maine, hiking trails, restaurants, casino nearby. Check in was easy and host is very responsive via text. Description for the home is extremely accurate. Definitely recommend and will more than likely make this a place to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the cottage. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature and offering stunning sunset views of the pond along with kayaks to go out and enjoy! The cottage itself was cozy and clean and we felt at home! Darlene was welcoming and attentive ensuring everything was just right for our stay! I highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful stay! It was a bit chilly so we were able to enjoy the fire pit outdoors with the wood that was provided! I can’t wait to return and stay longer! We can clearly see why this cottage has so many positive reviews!!

Our group of 18 felt right at home. There was lots of space to to hang out inside and outside by the absolutely gorgeous lake. There were lots of life vests, kayaks and water toys to keep everyone busy. The host was very responsive and accommodating and seems very thoughtful and sweet and the neighbors were also welcoming and friendly. The price cannot be beat and we hope to visit again. Wonderful stay, highly recommended. My family and I had an amazing stay with Ceara. The location was everything we hoped it would be, providing us some much needed quiet family time. The home was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We were welcomed into their home and were provided a great time in Maine. Me and my family are grateful and would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience a quite and peaceful getaway.

We had a great stay at Leah's cabin. The place was warm and cozy, and we enjoyed the lookout onto the beautiful frozen lake. Leah was very proactive and responsive. A great stay!

Meredith was a fantastic host and super flexible and responsive when it came to scheduling. Me and a few of the guys I served with in the army booked here for our annual ice fishing trip that we do to stay in touch. The first day we had booked we requested an early check in but due to Inclimate weather and most of us work doing snow removal she offered to let us have a late check out and extra night which for us was incredibly generous and we are very grateful for the opportunity. The air bnb was cozy but still modern which was a great feel. I highly recommend booking here if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with great water views and pretty good fishing.

Everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake. Privacy, boats of all sorts, a comfortable home. A real family vacation in an extraordinarily beautiful place.

From the beginning of booking to our stay, Jennifer was a fantastic host! The place was cozy and just what we needed for a winter getaway! Any issues that arose, Jennifer quickly got it handled and made our stay just what we hoped for. We can’t wait to come back and stay/visit in the summertime!

We cozied in for a couple of days, highlights were playing board games and the hot tub on the deck. Pretty pond just steps away. The heart of the cabin is the back deck.
