Tina is a super host who presents a pristine clean studio with additional features to make you feel at home . The location is within walking distance to local restaurants and stores. Public transport is frequent and close to the location. The location is extremely secure and quiet. Highly recommended - I have stayed at this location before and will certainly hope to stay again.

What a lovely place! The apartment is great,lovely furniture,super confortable bed,spotless clean,we couldn’t ask for anything better. Stephen was very responsive and even allowed us to check out a bit later than the official time. Complimentary milk,tea/coffee,lovely cookies and a bottle of wine! The place is also ver quiet so a good sleep is guarantied I will 100% recommend this place to anybody whiling to explore Liverpool and will came back in the future. As a bonus you have the bus stop to go to Lark Lane or to town a minute walk from the place,as I said is a little gem 😊

Enjoyed our two night stay for my birthday. Location in Liverpool is very important to us, and this location was perfect. Everything on your doorstep with a secure car parking space which is also important to us. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night despite being in a central location. I would 100% book again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children) while we were visiting local family. It was spacious and clean and the location is great, being right in the centre of Oxton. We didn’t have any problem parking nearby. I think flat 1 would be slightly quieter as it is facing away from restaurant and pub over the road - it was Christmas week though and it didn’t bother us too much (the children managed to fall asleep). We would definitely stay again.

Laura is an wonderful host! She gave us clear instructions about the apartment, about the parking lot and she responded to all questions that we had. At Laura's place you can feel like you are at home.

Very spacious and modern home, very good attention to detail and interior decoration and design was very nice with great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay for 2 couples which was made much more homely with 2 bathrooms and comfortable spaces and bedding. Location was perfect for ferry/cruises and only a short walk to the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!

Gary was very good with communication. We had a problem with the microwave whilst we were there and it was sorted out within the hour. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was a short walk to the bus. plenty of parking at the weekend too. Thank you Gary, I would highly recommend 👌

Estuvimos de maravilla en el apartamento. La ubicación, la facilidad del garage, la tranquilidad. Podrán dormir cómodamente 6 personas y 8 en el sofá-cama del salón. Además hay 2 cuartos de baño. Pero comer NO. En la mesa solo caben 4 personas. A pesar que hay platos, vasos y cubiertos para 8. Mientras ollas y sartenes es imposible cocinar para 8 porque son minúsculos. Nosotros 3 estuvimos como reyes y cuando nos falto esponja, estropajo y detergente nos lo facilitaron el día siguiente. Como soy anfitriona también, entiendo que es complicado hacer entender a la persona que limpia de cuidar de eso detalles - sin embargo significan mucho para el huésped. Me asuste al reservar porque la empresa (siempre empresas - nunca hay un anfitrión de carne y hueso...yo si que lo soy) pusieron 3 ultimatos de condición de reserva y sea como sea debes pagar al menso 15 libras a más que lo que se pagó por airbnb. Una sorpresa no tan agradable-suerte que el lugar era muy muy bueno.

Clinton was a perfect host leaving us with clear instructions on how to check in and where to find the property as well as checking we had everything we needed after we checked in. I lived in Liverpool for 3 years prior to this visit and can vouch that the location is the best place to stay in Liverpool. The apartment was spotless and extremely cheap for what you are getting. Clinton even left us out extra heaters as we stayed over a particularly cold time of year. Next time I visit Liverpool I will definitely be staying here again.

What a wonderful weekend spent at Catherine’s lovely place. It was extremely restful and pleasant. If we had any questions at all, Catherine was so quick to offer help. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for my boyfriends 30th and had a great evening inside the property. There was 15 of us all together and there was so much space. The pictures really don’t do the property justice on how much space there really is. The layout was great for such a social gathering. Rooms were spacious, well heated and comfortable. We didn’t go out so I can’t comment on the location in terms of restaurants, bars, distance to liverpool centre. But if you’re planning on staying in, I would 100% recommend this property. Thank you!

The hot tub was amazing and we spend many hours in there. Never felt more relaxed. Thankyou for our stay!

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

Fantastic space! Hosts were extremely helpful before check-in. Space is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean and had everything one needs for your stay! Area is great with nice pubs and restaurants around. Definitely recommend!
