This was a great spot to explore Ayuthaya and enjoy some Thai hospitality. A lovely homestay experience!

Ottima sistemazione per visitare la città, appartamento nuovo in un fantastico residence. 7 Eleven a due passi, così come la lavanderia a gettoni che dopo 7 giorni di viaggio era per noi indispensabile. assolutamente raccomandato.

Main road with a 7/11 is in 2min walking distance. Street noise is absent or negligible, nature is fairly audible which was fine for me. Appartment was fairly clean, spacious, and as described. Big plus for offering both AC and a fan which really helped on those days with 36 deg. Celsius. Staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is served for every party individually and varied by day - mainly some variation of fried eggs and toast with tea or coffee. I liked it. There is also drinking water. Neighborhood is ok but not so sightly.

me and the ole lady took a private river tour as a service that was offered by our airbnb host through her series of connections she maintains in her city of Ayutthaya. The city is great! The apartment was amazing.

Had a wonderful long term stay. Very clean and accessible means. Close to everything you could need. Learned a lot about the Thai culture and really helped me creatively being amongst the ruins. Incredible night market nearby with anything you could desire. Bustling morning market a quick walk away. Got amazing exercise renting a bike. Ask the host anything and they will know the answer and give you details of locations nearby. Take the train the Lop Buri and spend the day. An incredible adventure. Just a wonderful place to lose yourself. I would definitely return in the future. 5 star accommodation.

非常干净和漂亮的房子，就在河边上非常的惬意，房主有很用心的在维护的打扮房子。房主也十分热情，会很快的回复信息解决问题，来大城府十分推荐住在这里。

We used this place as a first stop after arriving in Thailand before moving on to another location and it was exactly what we needed. Comfortable and modern on the outside and relaxing to recuperate from jet lag. It is a bit further from Ayyuthaya historical site and city centre but it’s no problem at all if you have your own transport.
