Dear Pannipa, Markus, and Lana, Thank you for the unforgettable stay in your amazing villa! We felt right at home from the start. The scooter rental was super easy – Pannipa organized a 400cc scooter for us and arranged for its pickup at the end. The road to the villa is smooth and well-lit, so no worries about steep hills. This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to escape the crowds of Koh Samui. The area is peaceful, with no big resorts around. The view is stunning, with sights of nearby islands, Surat Thani, and more. The pool with that view is a dream! We appreciated Pannipa’s help – she quickly recommended a fantastic restaurant when we asked. Markus and Pannipa both speak excellent English and German, which made everything much easier. The cleanliness, filtered water, and top-notch facilities were truly impressive – high German standards. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to return! Logement magnifique et paisible ! On serait resté clairement plus longtemps. L’emplacement, la qualité et le cadre est impeccable.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und kein Auto und keinen Roller gehabt. Das nächste Restaurant (Italiener) war ca. in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, für thailändische Verhältnisse aber eher hohe Preise. Mit Kleinkind war der Weg dorthin etwas ungünstig, auch die Straßen in der Nähe hatten keine wirklichen Fußwege. Das war aber nicht wirklich ein Problem, denn alles, was man sich wünscht, sowohl tägliche Einkäufe als auch Essen haben wir günstig über die App Foodpanda bestellt. Wer Ausflüge machen will, wird ja direkt von der Villa abgeholt und zum Fishermans Village kann man mit dem Taxi fahren. Wer die Insel erkunden und selbst einkaufen gehen will, sollte sich aber ein Auto mieten. Einmal die Woche kamen Reinigungskäfte für das Haus und den Pool. Jean Christophe war immer für uns erreichbar. Einfach top, danke! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Nous avons très bien été accueilli et Stephen nous a faciliter le transport à l’arrivée, pendant le séjour et au départ. L’endroit est extrêmement propre et l’entretien ménager est effectué au deux jours. Se déplacer sur l’île n’est pas simple avec Grab et le transport en commun. Stephen nous a d’emblée offert sa voiture pour un prix très compétitif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Es war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern gut und es war an Ausstattung bei weitem mehr als der Standard vorhanden. Wirklich eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Beautiful oasis in nature with super nice furnishings and pure luxury!!

Jenni is an extremely trust worthy host. She is so genuine and kind, and wants you to have the best holiday which she shows through her great activity recommendations and small finishing touches. She is very knowledgable on the island and very helpful with transfers etc. I felt like I was in safe hands when I stayed here. The property itself is very well kept and clean, and the private pool is really the selling point of this villa. The house and pool are cleaned regularly and pest control comes too to ensure complete peace of mind. 10000% would come back and hope to see Jenni again soon. Thanks Jenni for an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

We had a great stay in the villa! It is neat and clean, very modern and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The view and the infinity pool are spectacular. As the villa is located on a hill, renting a scooter (160 ccm) is advisable.

Really had a wonderful time here! House was even better than in the pictures, lot of privacy and amazing view over Lamai. Host was super helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Had a lovely 4 nights at the property and it was just as presented in the listing. The villa feels private and well looked after. The street coming off the main road is quite damaged from the recent heavy rains but a higher vehicle will have no issue with it. We loved our time there, and our only regret was not being able to spend more time staying in and enjoying the pool. If you book here, don’t put too much on your itinerary!

No stone left unturned. Great attention to details and communication. Welcomed and staff helped me settle in immediately. Also helped me find my lost bag which I thought was an impossible task. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Avec plus d'une vingtaine de locations avec Airbnb à mon actif, celle-ci fait définitivement partie des 3 meilleures. Très propre, jolie décoration, piscine au top mais la différence par rapport aux autres locations est que tout y est : poudre à laver, liquide vaisselle, cuisine complète avec tout le nécessaire, torchons, serviettes de bains à foison...... 7/11 au coin de la rue. Seul bémol, s'il faut en nommer un : il faut absolument un moyen de transport sinon vous allez passer des vacances autour de la piscine. Un merci à Shaun et Toey pour leurs bons soins tout au long de notre séjour de 5 semaines dans cet havre de paix.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub als Familie. Der schöne Strand war schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Nachtmarkt in Maenam gibt es leider nicht mehr.

A dream from start to finish from the interior to the host! Vincent was the best host I’ve ever had. He took care of everything before we arrived. Scooters were ready, a taxi was at the pier, and his response time was under 10 seconds. When the taxi company overcharged us, Vincent immediately stepped in. Within two minutes, the driver was back with our change. Such a trustworthy and kind person! The house is spacious, and its beauty doesn’t come across fully in the pictures. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, making cooking a joy. The beds were perfect and high quality. The bathroom is a dream so big and uniquely designed. I didn’t even know something like this was possible! All in all, an 11/10 experience. Cleanliness: 11/10. Friendliness: 100/10. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ll only book with Vincent when I return to Koh Phangan!

Janis has been super helpful throughout our stay, providing a warm friendly welcome, local recommendations including nice restaurants and bike hire. Staying at coconut hideaway and waking up to the gorgeous palm trees fields will be missed, thanks for a lovely two weeks.

Жили на вилле 1 месяц вдвоем. Вилла очень просторная: большая гостиная в доме, открытая веранда с видом на море, кресла у бассейна. Большой бассейн. Хорошая кухня. Нам все очень понравилось. Наверху большая спальня. Внизу 2 небольшие спальни, которые разделяются дверью. В отдельном доме живет персонал. Раз в 2 дня делают уборку. Раз в 4 дня меняют белье. Стирают вещи по запросу. Заезд очень простой. Вилла на отдалении от главной дороги, поэтому шума от нее нет. Но рядом проходит местная дорога. Поэтому в верхней спальне слышен шум машин и байков – особенно утром. 2 раза в неделю по вечерам шум от соседних баров до 2 часов ночи. На вилле живет очень милая кошка. Мы ее звали Бусинка. Мы ее очень полюбили. Она любит влажный корм с курицей и тунцом – голубые пакетики из 7-11. Кошка, когда хочет играть или чем-то недовольна, немного кусает за ноги. Но в целом, очень ласковая и любит людей. Рядом много хороших кафе. До пляжа минуты 2 на байке. До пляжа Ко Ма с рыбками – минут 15.

Great location amongst the island’s 5 star resorts at the fraction of the price. Large townhouse with private parking and back yard. Full kitchen and 2 in 1 combo washer/dryer located in room. Very clean and simple modern design. We used both pools and the gym. Choengmon beach is about 300 meters down the road with public access through Sala Resort. Highly recommend this townhouse.
