Good apartments for this price. Situated in a quiet place on the way to the pagoda. There is a coffee shop and a fruit stand nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the Central festival and 20-25 to the beach. I would like to separately note that there is a very pleasant service staff there.

Great place and kind host, check in and check out went smooth. Pretty close to most things including a great cafe across the road. Recommended

Plus habitués au logement individuel c est la première fois que j ai réservé dans une telle résidence. Mais expérience concluante : appartement vaste propre agréable à vivre avec 2 balcons et la piscine à partager… mais toujours seuls dedans! Le personnel disponible et très sympathique. À savoir néanmoins qu’il est préférable d être motorisé pour circuler aux alentours. Scooter loués chez spider pres du 7 eleven.

Host is friendly and helpful, suite is very roomy and nice and private located. The most amazing thing — great view from convenient terrace. There is cute private beach 2 minutes down the suite as big advantage of a place. You need motorbike or car if you want to explore surroundings.

Great place to stay! The pool was a life saver on the hot days. Staff was friendly and informative! The restaurant on site was good but only open until 6pm. If you don’t know how to ride the scooters Grabs are ~300TBH to get to the markets and beaches.

Good but not special. Low budget OK otherwise don’t book. For low budget backpackers good price otherwise not. Good persons 👍

Great Spot for Relaxing and Exploring Koh Samui. My parrner and I just spent 3 weeks at Damians Place. It was just the perfect place as my partner had hurt her leg so we needed to take it easy. Great pool and very peaceful setting. Jason, Damians property manager was great and organised a rental vehicle for us at a good rate. The property is halfway between Chaweng Beach and Fishermans Village which were our go to places. A nice wee market at the bottom of the street with some Street food and good supply of fruit and veges. We would definitely recommend Damians Place for the best of both worlds but probably do need a rental vehicle.😁

Wir waren 18 Tage dort. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sehr schöne kleine ruhige und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Jeder Zeit ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Verallem der Pool ist genial integriert. Das einzige was fehlte war ein Anananasschneider :) Der Weg zum Strand führt ca 60 Meter durch eine wundervolle Anlage. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Adrian’s listing was amazing. This condo offers an amazing location and amenities. I very much enjoyed the stay here and was able to easily jump to other locations in Samui from the condo. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the island!

The apartment is in a nice quiet area. It’s quite large with plenty or room for storage. There is a nice pool area with sun beds in the shared area. The security is great and we felt very secure within the building. The host is very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We loved the place, absolutely beyond what we expected. Breakfast was absolutely Wonderfull and a wide spread, staff was super friendly. The pool and beach was beautiful, the resort itself is a bit expensive but there are so many places close to visit that you do not have make use of the restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Darias Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wird ein wenig abgewohnt, aber die Wohnung war toll! Das Licht im Aufzug ist defekt, die Straße ist schwierig für Fußgänger und man benötigt eine Transportmöglichkeit. Der Strand gegenüber ist nicht sehr gepflegt. Aber die Wohnung, die Kommunikation - einfach alles im Apartment waren perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr über die kalten Getränke im Kühlschrank gefreut! :)

We had a great stay, the place was extremely peaceful. Loved the private beach access, having coffee at the sunrise and early morning dip at the sea. The place is a little difficult to access without a scooter or car. Not all rooms have a direct sea view, even then it's worth staying if you prefer a quite laid back place

Mooie schone ruime kamer! Zwembad was ook erg fijn en luxe. Locatie perfect!

The place is exactly as the ad, it is a nice place, with a nice restaurant in the hotel with great view. The beach in front of it is not the best and our toiled was a bit smelly and due to that the smell sometimes would spread to the rest of the room, but in the end it was a good deal and we liked a lot the localization.

Great location! It is two minute walk to the beach and there are many restaurants near by. Yun is very helpful and the staff on site is friendly too!

We loved our place! It was clean, the swimmingpool was nice and the people who worked k there were very friendly!! We really looking forward to coming back! :)

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the replay condo for one month. It is the Perfect Place for digital nomads that want to hustle but also Take care of their physical and mental Health. Everyday gym, Sauna and the Beach is just across the street.

Nice decent place in KPG, clean and spacious with a little balcony too. It’s a few mins walk to the beach and laundry service is downstairs. Super convenient location on Hinkong road, which has pros and cons (can be quite noisy at night from music across the street). Overall there’s nothing to complain!
