I loved traveling through miles of forest to arrive at this beautiful Roxie Point! The bed was comfy and the kitchen equipped with everything I didn't even know I needed. The Pine Warblers were numerous. As if on cue, the mature Bald Eagle perched atop a nearby tree and announced its presence. I got a few photos before it flew back to the other peninsula tip perch. I love all the windows and porches with their gorgeous views. The acoustics make it fun to sing at the top of the stairs. I look forward to a return visit. Magical nature retreat. I also enjoyed Boykin Springs and the Eagle's Nest cafe in Zavalla. Mmm fresh pie on Friday morning.

Great place to stay with everything we needed. Sonya was a great host and we look forward to being able to come back.

We stayed here for a relaxing bestie weekend and it was perfect for us! Nice area to sit outside by the lake and unwind. Yvette and clay were friendly and helpful when needed. We will definitely be back for a summer trip. Thank y’all again!

Beautiful, serene location with lots of outdoor space and a great view of the lake. Host was very helpful, responsive and friendly. Our family enjoyed our Christmas getaway weekend at Bob’s place and highly recommend it for any family gathering!

This is a great lake find! The hosts have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay! The house is modern, clean, updated, and spacious. The yard is beautiful and the proximity of being lake front is so close! The parking is great and spacious for anyone with a boat. The hot tub is a great and nice addition. Our family loved this house and location and will definitely return.

The place was beautiful and we loved the view of the lake. It gets really dark around 7 pm so it was a bit hard to find the house and the entrance but otherwise great location. Lots of ample backyard space for kids to play in, swing by the lake, outside fireplace to enjoy the night by the fire.

If you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is it. House and host were both amazing … even had a package of bacon and eggs in the fridge for next morning’s breakfast. Highly recommend!
