La signora Maria Paola, anche se non l’abbiamo mai incontrata è stata ospitale e disponibile, l’appartamento è come descritto dalla proprietaria in centro e in zona tranquilla.

Appartement chaleureux et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et très bien situé dans la ville de Perugia pour laquelle nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur. Si nous devons trouver un petit bémol à cet appartement c’est la salle de douche qui est petite et pas très commode. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Marco, qui était d’ailleurs toujours très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande !

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

Cristina è un host ideale: gentile e disponibile. La casa, molto spaziosa, è arredata con gusto ma allo stesso tempo risulta essere pratica e comoda. La pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova in centro ma si può parcheggiare nelle vicinanze ed è anche molto silenziosa. Consigliatissima !

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Apartamento muy conveniente para una visita a Perugia, especialmente si vas con coche. Gabriele es muy atento como anfitrión, y el apartamento está bien equipado, como aparece en el anuncio.

Had a beautiful time staying at this spot as our home base as we travelled into Siena and around Tuscany for a few days. Enrico and his family were very nice and the property is beautiful! It was particularly helpful to have laundry use to wash some things to get through the end of the trip.

Siamo stati benissimo. L’alloggio è molto carino, con tutto il necessario colazione compresa e molto vicino al centro. Chiara è stata molto gentile e disponibile a consigliarci posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Lo consiglio vivamente

Tutto molto bene. Siamo stati ad Urbino per la laurea del figlio. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, accogliente e con un giardino grazioso. La posizione e’ tranquilla , proprio in centro, vicino a tutto quello che serve. Pulito e curato. Adalberto è una persona cordiale. Avevamo un dubbio qualche giorno prima della partenza per via di mio padre con disabilità, ci ha contattati subito e ci ha spiegato bene in modo da poter valutare. Purtroppo per persone con carrozzina l’appartamento in effetti non è accessibile , mio padre un po’ cammina e anche se non è stato semplice in ogni caso siamo riusciti a organizzarci , d’altronde Urbino e’ un po’ così , sali e scendi , ed è bella anche per questo. Inoltre viaggiando con un anziano disabile e una bimba di un anno e mezzo ci ha fatto la gentilezza di anticipare di un paio d’ore il check in, e’ stato davvero gentile.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Φοβερή επιλογή σπιτιού στην εξοχή του San Quirico στη Val D’orcia, αν και υπάρχουν χωριά πιο διαφημισμένα όπως η Πιενζα ή το Μοντεπουλτσιανο, μη διστάσετε να επιλέξετε τη διαμονή στο San Quirico, ωραίο σπίτι άνετο και πόλη κοντά στο χωριό !!!

L'appartamento di Antonello è comodissimo per visitare Perugia a piedi essendo a pochi passi dal centro storico della città. Da qui si possono visitare anche le altre zone in poco tempo in auto. Antonello è molto cordiale a professionale e ci siamo trovati a nostro agio nella sua casa. Essendo anche noi host a Venezia, abbiamo condiviso informazioni e problematiche legate nostro lavoro; i consigli sono sempre ben accetti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Spacious apartment with a private outdoor space. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day. Eliza and her mother were friendly and helpful.

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Toskana. Vom eigenen Gartenabschnitt aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Siena und die tolle Landschaft. Abends kann man dort auch schön den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein genießen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles Nötige, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, der Jacuzzi im Garten mit tollem Blick herrlich gelegen, lediglich das Schlafsofa ist unbequem (Sprungfedern) und bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!
