Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Ce logement en pierres est splendide, l’emplacement est paisible et la vue sur le lac est un vrai plus. La literie est bonne, on s’y sent très bien. :)

Alloggio adatto per una vacanza rilassante, fornito di tutti i servizi (internet purtroppo prende poco). Comunicazione con Tiziana molto efficace. Dintorni splendidi, a meno di un'ora da Urbino e a venti minuti da San Leo.

There’s nothing I can say about Raffaella’s home that hasn’t already been said. The space is beautiful, with a lovely view. You can walk to a couple of excellent restaurants in the village and drive to many sights in Tuscany. Raffaella and Claudio are wonderful, welcoming hosts. She prepares a delightful breakfast in their house, including with their own olive oil. It was delightful chatting with them, and my daughter was so happy to hang with their friendly cat. Don’t hesitate to stay here for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Such a wonderful place to truly experience the countryside of Italy! We loved staying here and had a wonderful two night stay! We even looked to try and extend our stay but it was already booked out. We loved the view overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. They provided a meat and cheese along with a bottle of wine and breakfast options! We would highly recommend experiencing this hayloft in Italy!

Siamo stati benissimo. L’alloggio è molto carino, con tutto il necessario colazione compresa e molto vicino al centro. Chiara è stata molto gentile e disponibile a consigliarci posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Lo consiglio vivamente

The apartment was beautiful and in the absolute perfect location. Montipulciano was the highlight of our trip. Anna was extremely helpful in making our stay a great experience and went above and beyond our expectations.

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

This apartment is lovely, exactly as listed and Mauro is a great host. It's an easy walk to the excellent Minimetro, and I bought an UmbriaGo pass so I traveled all over Umbria with just that one ticket, it's amazing. Do note that there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, there's no bathroom on the ground floor, and the path through one bedroom to the narrow stairs to the loft is tight. Carefully consider your mobility needs before you book, and for that matter Perugia itself is multi-leveled so consider that too as you plan. It's all worth it though!

Perfect stay in Assisi! Some how this place exceeded all my expectations. The self check-in was smooth and easy, which allowed us to arriving stress-free. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Assisi with stunning views that made every morning feel magical. Every evening the sunset was perfectly visable from the bedroom window. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything We needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to explore this incredible town. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Fabbricato stupendo inglobato in una location da sogno immerso nella natura. Paolo è una bellissima persona, sempre presente, cortese e molto disponibile.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Claudio ist ein super Gastgeber!! Sein Frühstück hat bisher alles übertroffen, es gibt sowohl süße, als auch herzhafte Tapas, die er selbst liebevoll in der Küche zubereitet und die ausgezeichnet schmecken. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet für einen Tripp nach Florenz und um abends etwas zur Ruhe zu kommen abseits von der überfüllten Stadt. Das dorfeigene Restaurant ist sehr gut und die Gegend eignet sich auch für einen schönen Abendspaziergang. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

Ganz, ganz toll! Maria ist super nett, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Zeit verbringen. Tolles Frühstück mit frisch aufgeschnittenen Obst! Wir waren zwei Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern (9 u. 12 J.) dort. Liebe Grüße an Maria, P. und M.

Esperienza ottima. La stanza veramente graziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto... pulitissima. Rosy è stata un host eccezionale e ha fornito indicazioni precise sulle regole della casa e sulla sua posizione. La struttura è appena fuori dal centro storico di Arezzo ed in posizione strategica per visitare Firenze e Siena. super consigliata.

Siamo stati ospiti nel B&B di Alessandra per 3 notti, lei è stata gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Posto auto dedicato, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, colazione buona e abbondante, Alessandra è stata così gentile da farci trovare la colazione anche dopo aver sforato l’orario previsto. Assolutamente consigliato.

Had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place. The place is located on a tiny hill with breathtaking views from the balcony. The sunsets were amazing. I had dinner with Matteo and his family everyday of my stay and the food was extraordinary. Matteo and his wife prepared dishes that were passed on from their grandmothers. The two dogs at the place were very friendly and happy to have guests. Matteo recommended a local weekly market which was great and also recommended amazing local vineyards to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Matteo’s place.
