I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay at Spring Farm. Our group of 10 friends were looking for a cozy countryside escape. The house is spacious and full of charm. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and there were plenty of communal spaces for us to relax, either in the large living room by the fire, around the dining table enjoying meals together or having a swim. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking for a large group easy. A great time all round.

All good, we enjoyed the stay. Didn't venture to the clubhouse/ pool, but would if we had stayed longer. Beach walks lovely, lidl was very handy. Caravan in a good tucked away location 👍

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Birdham. The Air B&B was fantastic and spotless throughout. The house was extremely well equipped and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The garden was a beautiful sun trap with great addition of BBQ and outdoor furniture! We would totally recommend staying at this property, so much so we look to return next year! My only criticism was the early check out at 10am, but the hosts were extremely flexible in allowing us to check in early. Thank you kindly!

We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Suzanne's. The space and location was just perfect for a friend's getaway. Communication was always easy.

Great house to stay in whole visiting the city, it is very central and perfect for getting to most places. 3 main rooms but flexible with amount of beds available

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic weekend away! The place exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos. Spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning views and incredible wildlife—we even spotted baby deer and foxes running through the fields, which made the experience even more special. Our host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, it was reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for more!

What a great location set in a tree lined private estate. The house and garden were in the perfect place to enjoy the area and make the most of the great weather. The garden, trampoline and other toys were particularly enjoyed by our granddaughter. Whilst only just around the corner the high street felt miles away from the privacy of the area. Thank you.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.
