wonderful place by the bay to spend Christmas with the family! lots of bedrooms as well as a bunkbed room made it really convenient and nice

The aptly named Coral Cottage is a lovely, charming getaway suitable for families of any size - kids or canines. Our three small pups enjoyed the roomy kitchen, large backyard and quick walk to the beach. The adults loved the comfy beds, outdoor grill and fire pit, and the full size washer and dryer which turned out to be an unexpected convenience. It is a very peaceful and quiet stay just a few minutes from various attractions. Our host, Liz, was great at communicating and setting expectations with plenty of tips on dining and entertainment options. We had such a pleasant time and look forward to doing it again.

This was (I believe) our fourth or fifth stay at John’s place (we’ve clearly made it a tradition). Coming here feels like home, the town home is super clean, easy to navigate, and perfect for a day at the beach, relaxation and a movie, or just hanging out and relaxing. I look forward to this multiple times a year since finding John!

My wife and I had an amazing stay. The space was perfect, and the hot tub was amazing. The location sets this place apart. You are just steps away from the water. We will be posting a full tour on our YouTube channel (Kenny & Nell) Thank you to our amazing hosts! It was a snowy wonderland!

The house was so perfect — the location was unreal, a skip from the beach and the yard for the dogs was great. Carol was an excellent host — responsive and thoughtful. Great stay overall — fantastic.

This was an awesome place! We have stayed in many different condos in OCMD and this was the best one yet. PERFECT location, clean and extremely convenient to the beach and pool. A haven of peace right next to the sea. Very clean and big enough for 6 people. My boys loved the pool and the pickelball court. Finally, there are plenty of activities to do in this city and the condo is close to everything. We will come back for sure ☺️

We were in NJ for our son's USCG boot camp graduation from Cape May. This location was perfect and the house is gorgeous. We were about 15min from base and 12 from Wildwood and 1 from the bay waters and beach. Very quie, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. House is just as described.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo in Ocean City, MD! The 2-bedroom condo is oceanfront, and the views are breathtaking. The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and accessories provided—such a nice touch for the summer season. The condo also has a laundry room, which was super convenient for storing bags out of the way. One of my favorite things about the condo was the gorgeous natural lighting that filled the space. It created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kathryne, the host, was amazing—so kind and communicative throughout our stay. After we left, we realized my daughter had forgotten her beloved Jellycat plush toy in the condo. It was a sentimental gift, and she was heartbroken. Kathryne went above and beyond by mailing it back to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness. I 100% recommend this condo for your stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very neat and tidy. The building and community was very secure and the water view was very nice!

Tom was a great host - easy to communicate with and laid back. He provided us with all the information we needed and made check in/check out a breeze. The condo was very clean, easy parking, great location, peaceful, and comfortable. It was a great deal for our group of eight.

This charming house is a short walk to the beach and surrounding area of restaurants and activities. Amenities in the home were great and the house was spacious enough for my whole family. The four flights of stairs became somewhat tiring for my older father, but we managed just fine. Tom and Kate were very responsive to our messages and phone communications.

We had a wonderful time at Point Break! The house was spotless, comfortable, and only a few steps from the beach! The back yard was the shining star of our stay; So peaceful we spent most of our free time there! As a foodie, I knew I was going to be cooking a lot, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. Pots/pans/cutting boards/knives/etc. made it feel like home! We’d like to thank Kristin for being such a gracious and generous host, and we’re hopeful to return to Point Break again in the future to make even more memories!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and as described. It is not large, but was all we needed for our stay. The best part was definitely how helpful, communicative, and responsive Michelle and her team were. We were never left in doubt or without the information we needed.

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.

This was our 2nd year staying here. It was another fantastic stay. It's so nice being so close to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and then also go out at night under the stars. Katie is so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to stay again next year.

Jess and Tom's home was perfect for our family's beach trip. The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and quite comfortable. Best of all were the unobstructed views of the beach which was only steps from the house. We enjoyed a bonfire on the beach, and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

Donna was an excellent host and the Octopus Cottage was such a cozy place right along the bay! I loved the atmosphere and wish we were able to book more time there. We hope to be repeat customers in the future! Oh, and the welcome muffins were delicious!

We were visiting Cape May for a girls' weekend, and Joe's house was the perfect size and location. Even though we visited during the off-season, there were some restaurants and attractions open, with easy & short driving from the house. We really liked the neighborhood-it was quiet and less than a block from beach access. We are already planning to return, and hopefully to Joe's house!

Always an awesome stay at Edward's properties. Properties are always as pictured and very clean. He's very quick to respond and very helpful. For those wondering about the BEACH STAIRS leading down to the beach...they HAVE BEEN REPLACED with a NEW SET OF STAIRS. Such a nice feature to walk down to the beach right from the house. Also, it's so appreciated that he accepts pets. It makes the get away so much easier to have them with us. We will always stay at Edward's properties when we visit Cape May. Thanks again! 😊🏖🌞
