Peccato essere stati solo una notte, un posto davvero bello in cima al colle con un panorama mozzafiato. Location molto bella e curata. Alessandro è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. È davvero un host attento al cliente, sia in cortesie che in correttezza. Consigliatissimo.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non posso che esprimere la mia totale soddisfazione. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, se non meglio: pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. La vera chicca di questo alloggio sono i servizi esclusivi che lo rendono un'esperienza unica. È fornito di una vasca idromassaggio per due persone con cromoterapia e una cabina idromassaggio con musica e cromoterapia. Inoltre, il soggiorno include un’ottima apericena e colazione con cibi confezionati (salumi, formaggi, ecc.) e una bottiglia di vino offerta, un tocco di classe che rende l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Un grande ringraziamento all'host, che si è dimostrato incredibilmente disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile, e ho apprezzato molto la cura e l'ospitalità dimostrate sin dal primo contatto.

Una bellissima casa in una zona tranquilla. Gli spazi curati e molto puliti. Ogni dettaglio raccontato in modo preciso. Ve lo consigliamo!

Jennifer’s place is well located and with nice views to the lake and a very quite rural surroundings. Ideal for family stays. Jennifer makes you feel at home, every detail in the house is well taken care off, a very warm and comfortable home far from home. Do not follow Google map to arrive there but the instructions given by the owner. We will certainly repeat our stay!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo pernottato in questa stupenda struttura che affaccia sul fiume Treja. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in, siamo usciti per una splendida escursione sui sentieri che costeggiano il fiume. Infine, ci siamo rilassati nella jacuzzi. La casa è in stile antico, molto accogliente (le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza dell'alloggio). La notte abbiamo dormito senza avvertire alcun rumore, nel relax e nel silenzio più assoluto. Chi desidera staccare dal caos quotidiano e rilassarsi nella tranquillità e nel silenzio deve assolutamente pernottare in questo alloggio.

E' stata un'esperienza fantastica. Luca e sua moglie sono persone splendide, attenti, precisi e di un'accoglienza unica. Ci sono bastati due giorni in questa splendida struttura per rinascere davvero. Luca è una persona di una cultura infinita, attento e rispettoso della natura,pieno di energie e dedito a mille attivita'. Sua moglie è abilissima con i mosaici ce ne sono di stupendi. Con la sua ottima cucina dolce e salata ci ha accolti e coccolati. Il nostro bambino di 4 anni ha avuto esperienze favolose con gli asinelli e le galline.Produzione propria di olio e confetture davvero squisite. Ritorneremo sicuramente e straconsigliamo tutto. Absolutely brilliant! Alessandro is a great host! He was very supportive and responsive with everything I asked for. His apartment was crystal clean and easy to access. He even left some refreshments for us.

We stayed around 1 months in that place. Tha place was quite clean when we came. Madelyn were so kind to answer all the questions and helped us with all problems. Location of the place is also good. A huge market nearby, well connected to the main areas by metro and bus lines. There's no gas heating, which might be a problem for long stays since the AC is only at the bedroom. There's also a small electrical heater. Since the place is at the ground floor, you need to close the window cover from the outside for security, which makes the bedroom dark all the time and hard to wake up in the morning. Overall, I recommend the place and I want to thank Madelyn for her kindness.

Desde el comienzo hubo buena comunicación por parte del alojamiento. nos recibieron también poco antes del check in sin problema, también nos guardaron el equipaje después del check out para poder seguir conociendo; el desayuno muy rico y excelente atención por parte de personal del hospedaje. Referente al departamento, me gustaría mencionar que aunque estaba en pe rato estado y todo limpio y ordenado no es lo que yo buscaba, en cuestión de que me gusta rentar alojamientos completos por privacidad y este es un departamento que es parte de otro complejo de habitaciones por lo que no es completamente independiente, como digo, es parte de un conjunto de habitaciones. En general una experiencia muy agradale, siempre muy atentos y un lugar muy céntrico. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Gracias por todo.

Perfect location, one minute walk to Pantheon and surrounded with beautiful historic buildings and nice restaurants. The apartment is cozy, very comfortable and clean. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

Szuper szállás! Központi helyen van, 10-15 perces sétával elérhetők Róma belvárosi látnivalói. A lakás kényelmes, minden van benne, ami kell. Sok apró kedvesség is. Claudia is kedves, rugalmas, gyorsan válaszol. Nagyon ajánlom a szállást!

Paola's place has been the best Airbnb accomodation experience of my life so far. Gorgeous apartment, spotless clean and with absolutely everything that you need for a perfect stay in Rome. She goes beyond and makes sure you get local recommendations, clear guides, tips, treats... Staying in the San Lorenzo neighborhood gives you the local feeling, it's peaceful and well connected with Rome highlights. Paola (and sweet Sophia) we can't thank you enough for making our time in your place a real highlight.

This apartment is located in the Centro Historico and you can walk 20 minutes or less to all the famous sights of Rome. It is located on the second floor of a locked building and feels very safe. The four large windows in the apartment look out over a small plaza that contains a cafe, a kiosk, and a few benches and you can hear people talking and laughing. The apartment is large with a good-sized living room with a sectional, TV, and dining room table, a small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with closet, and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer in it.

Cercavo un posto tranquillo, essenziale, relativamente economico per Roma e abbastanza vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici da cui raggiungere il centro e posso ritenere di averlo trovato. Stanza e bagno molto puliti, cucina e sala da pranzo ordinate e facilmente accessibili. Se proprio devo essere pignolo, mancava giusto qualche coperchio per cucinare senza problemi, ma per pasti frugali va più che bene. Carlo è stato gentile, molto disponibile, discreto ed accogliente e per questo lo ringrazio.

Además de la ubicación tan cercana al Vaticano, la atención de Thea y su familia son maravillosos🪷!! siempre al pendiente, muy amables y sobre todo son súper lindas personas, se nota su amor al projimo, son muy calidos, eso se siente tan bien cuandoviajas sola, me lastimé el pie por tanto caminar y me salvó, dandome cosas para curarme, fue mi ángel!!!, me permitió dejar mis cosas más tiempo para visistar el Vaticano. Los alimentos que deja en el cuarto están súper ricos 😋 Gracias Thea por hacerme sentir como en casa.🥰

Luca and Marilla were great hosts! Very accommodating (especially since we were later that we said with checking in). The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked and quaint. We liked the location because it felt really local and away from the crowds of tourists, but the place was close to a bus and metro so it was easy to get to the sites.

Comfortable room just a short stroll to Vatican and many other Rome attractions. Close to metro and many bars and restaurants. Breakfast vouchers to cafe below was a welcome bonus.

Il soggiorno nel B&B di Paolo é stato perfetto. Pulizia ottima e camera stupenda. Il check- in é stato semplice da effettuare anche se Paolo non era presente come specificato da lui per motivi privati. Camera molto spaziosa e ben fornita di tutte le cose essenziali. Se venite a Roma e volete trascorrere una bella vacanza vi consiglio di alloggiare in questo B&B.

Silvia place is a great place to stay . Silvia is very nice and friendly she even lend me a shawl to use for me . It’s was so Easy to get there , nice and short walk to metro c , just around 10 minutes away from metro , from metro C to Metro A you can get there at city centre of Rome just about 30 to 45 minutes , transportation is very convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby around 5 minutes to walk . The place is clean , and the owner stock some food for breakfast and it was pretty well enough . Silvia’s place will really recommended to anyone who is looking for their vacation to stay .
