Anguillara Sabazia : locations de vacances avec terrasse

5 stelle piene e meritatissime! L'alloggio è molto carino, decisamente accogliente e dotato di ogni confort. Alessandro è un host sempre disponibile e attento alle necessità. Mi sono trovato a soggiornare qui per un periodo abbastanza lungo in attesa di trasferirmi nella mia nuova casa e devo dire sinceramente che non poteva andarmi meglio! Grazie!!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Very nice place to stay in Roma, not in the center but very easy to go there with the bus (about 40 min to 1 hour). Host was very easy going !

Buon compleano , mon amoureuse et moi souhaitions pouvoir écrire quelques lignes pour remercier Fernando, pour sa disponibilité autant à l’arrivé que par message et la qualité de son logement. Il nous a répondu tout le long du séjour pour nous orienter vers les meilleurs adresses de Rome. Son logement est impeccable, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, un énorme plus pour les linges de maison et de bain jusqu’aux chaussons neufs pour sortir de la douche. La salle de bain est à l’image de Rome, élégante et raffiné. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire jusqu’à l’adapteur pour la cafetière indispensable avant d’aller dans le vieille ville romaine a seulement 15mn en bus du logement grâce à la ligne de bus en bout de rue. We really enjoyed our stay at Ambra's place! The apartment is lovely—modern and nicely furnished—and Ambra really cared about our comfort during the stay. The only minor things to mention are that there was some construction affecting the metro, so the connection to the center wasn't ideal (though likely just temporary), and the water pressure/temperature was a bit inconsistent.

Nos pasamos súper rico la estancia, nos reservamos un poco justo de tiempo pero Dunia se facilitó todo. Las instrucciones estaban muy claros por la llegada. La ubicación es estupenda, cerca la fontana trevi, el metro línea A, y muchos restaurantes/tiendas. Nosotros quedamos 3 en el piso y la verdad fue súper cómodo que el piso tiene un salón muy amplio. No solo había sofá cama pero una cama plegable. La cocina estaba todo equipada con café cargado de buen calidad. Nos pasamos de maravilla, 100% recomendable.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place in a very central Rome location. Easy walking distance to everything.

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Die Busstation und der Supermarkt waren in nur wenigen Metern zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Perfekt für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rom! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wirklich immer erreichbar. Da das Grundstück kameraüberwacht war, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :) danke Stefania und Marco!

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Muy linda casa cerca de la playa. Lorenzo nos recibió personalmente y fue muy amable mostrandonos cada detalle de su casa. Nos gustó mucho el diseño de la casa y fue muy cómoda para una familia grande. El parking muy fácil en la calle de enfrente y la llegada a Roma toma 30 minutos hasta el centro en auto. Recomendamos ampliamente esta casa

Un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il posto ideale per godersi le vacanze. Casa splendida e accogliente, giardino curato, posto auto comodissimo, tutto in zona alla portata di mano con la macchina. Giardino grande ideale per chi come me è amante dei chihuahua, per loro diventa immenso hahah Un grande grazie ancora una volta alla carissima host Lucy, sempre super disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi cosa, piena di ottimi suggerimenti come dove andare in zona, tant’è che non vedo l’ora di tornare a godere questa bellissima casa la prossima volta che torno a Roma, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità lontano dal caos della città. Consiglio altamente!

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

Really sweet flat that is right in the heart of Rome! The listing is accurate and the apartment does have everything two people would need for their stay. We really loved the patio upstairs! We loved our stay and would recommend.

This was such a great location…right across the street from the colosseum, a grocery store steps away from the front door, and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. We loved the patio and spent many nights sitting out there drinking wine. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had lots of space.

certainly super hosts in a super apartment. the hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and before that. the apartment is quaint and beautiful and 5 minute walk for st.peters basilica, walking distance from many other important spots and from comfortable public transport. the street was busy and hechtic during the day but the apartment is quiet and private. in summary, it was really supper.

Raramente mi sono ritrovato un host così premuroso e flessibile come il signor Pietro. Dal punto di vista umano penso sia stato uno dei migliori che abbia mai incontrato. Vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo splendido alloggio situato in una delle vie più importanti del centro di Roma. L'alloggio offre una vista mozzafiato oltre a godere di una splendida luce che filtra dalle finestre. Pulizia e ordine eccellente. L'host ci ha fatto trovare degli snack e tutto l'occorrente per la prima colazione. Ritorneremo sicuramente. a presto

We had a fabulous stay at Giuseppe and Rudis splendid apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family of four with two young (pre-teen and teen) sons and felt both luxurious as well as comfortable and “at home”. Everything was in perfect condition and the terrasse/balcony was perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of whine before going out for dinner. We were mostly walking, but the metro is only a 3min walk away. Communication was excellent and proactive. It was a fantastic stay and we can definitely recommend.

O apartamento é excelente, renovado e com bastante conforto para uma família de 4 pessoas. Tinha todo o necessário: cozinha bem equipada, camas confortáveis, banheiro com chuveiro excelente, área de lavanderia. Bairro bastante tranquilo e com excelente restaurante típico da Sardenha a apenas 100 metros. Bastante próximo do metrô Policlinico, mas usávamos bastante ônibus e bonde que eram menos cheios e permitiam acesso direto às principais atrações de Roma. O anfitrião Gabriele se mostrou bastante prestativo e nos ajudou muito quando precisamos (respondia rápido). Gostamos de tudo! Foi uma excelente escolha!

Le logement est extrêmement central à 50m du métro Cavour, fidèle aux photos, très calme, bien décoré et avec une très bonne literie. Petite plus, gel douche et starter à disposition ( café thé huile.. etc…) très appréciable. Cristina a été une hôte très réactive lors de nos demandes d’informations. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans ce logement à Rome
