The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

Lovely stay, keen to return. Brian & Matt were very welcoming to us all (including dog), and the property exceeded our expectations. Lovely grounds, very comfortable accommodation, and a bonus with the hot tubs and being so dog friendly.

What a fab place. Very easy to walk into Carnoustie, either along the beach or via the flat path into town. The house was very clean and tidy. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and watch the sea from the large windows. Highly recommend.

Loverly cottage which was spotlessly clean. The location is great location, and has great views over the sea. The cottage had everything we needed including its own parking spot. Jessica the host, sent us clear instructions for the check-in - check out, and everything else we needed during our stay. Would highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights and the apartment is perfect. Lots of nice little touches to make your stay easier. Sarah and Alastair are excellent hosts who always make you feel welcome

We have stayed here before, and will be back again, we are a family of four and this space is perfect for us. Comfy bedrooms, a kitchen with all you need, gorgeous bathroom and the beach is less than one minute walk away. The play park at the end of the road, overlooking the beach has recently been updated and my kids adore it. An abundance of cafes and places to eat, our favourite is the cosy Fisherman’s Tavern. The cottage was so homely and had everything we needed. The view of the castle and the sea was stunning. The host, Steve popped over to say hello and check if we were happy with everything which was a lovely touch. The kids loved being so close to Broughty Ferry beach and Park which is just a five minute walk from the cottage. Having a pub with great food next door was handy too but the cottage had everything you needed to have a cosy night in and cook. We can't wait to go again next year.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was lovely inside and in a great location.

The house is incredible with great views of the water and a short walk from a sand beach and the nearby castle. The interior design of the house is really cool and unique and made for a very fun stay. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There are plenty of dining options in the area including a fantastic little place called Bowman’s coffee house which makes a great breakfast and Sol y Sombra which was a unique tapas bar with incredible food. The house is also a short drive from St. Andrews which was a perk. I would highly recommend this place for a fun and unique stay!

loved staying in this house and especially enjoyed the garden and immediate access to the sea. sunrise and sunset views were beautiful and calming. with everything I needed on the ground floor i didn't need to use the upstairs- the stairs were extremely steep and the only downside to the kitchen was how narrow it was - not wheelchair accessible (as I did have my mum visit on day). overall the place was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable, shower good and I had a great stay.

We had the most amazing time for our son’s 21st birthday. We could not believe the beautiful sunrise and views of this place. Lynsay and Dave were the perfect hosts, so friendly and there if we needed anything. Couldn’t fault a thing. Listening to the sea in the hot tub and exploring the beach were highlights for us as a family. The coastal walk to Arbroath was also spectacular. We even set up our telescope and enjoyed observing the planets and moon. We didn’t want to leave and hope to visit again soon. We are four friends looking to have a couple of chilled nights away to have a few drinks and laughs. The apartment was perfect for us - really clean, very nicely decorated and furnished. Really comfy beds and pillows, toiletries in the bathroom, teabags, coffee, coffee pods etc in the kitchen. We had a slight issue with the shower when we were there but we contacted the host who was immediately responsive and got the problem sorted very quickly. We had a lovely time - thank you Casa Freda 🥰

Booked this accommodation for our employees who were working in the area, the accommodation was perfect to come back to after a long hard day, would definitely recommend to anyone .
