Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

It was a lovely week with the weather to match. The house is very special and beautifully clean and comfortable. Plenty to visit locally and further afield. It was a totally lovely week and would highly recommend the house to friends and family. Shirley made sure all was OK and we had settled in with no problems. It has been absolutely trouble free and will definitely book this home if we visit the area again. The information supplied by Shirley before the holiday and after we arrived was greatly appreciated as was the welcome pack.

A lovely cottage away from the town, set amongst wonderful wildlife and dark night skies. The cottage was very comfortable and welcoming with a stocked wood pile, good heating and hot water, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you expect. It was all you imagine about an old country cottage which retained some old features from the past but has been updated to ensure that you wanted for nothing. It is definitely a place I will return to again.

This place is great! Ample room for 4 adults , well decorated and kitchen well proportion. walk to restaurant and ale house. would love stay here again.

Lovely little stay away from the hustle and bustle! Very well kitted out and a very homely feel to the place. Couldn’t fault anything about the place, hosts were very helpful with instructions and provided everything we needed. P.S. we loved the sheep!

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house with friends. The house is spacious and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for 10 people to sleep and live comfortably. We enjoyed lighting the log burner and using the sauna on cold days. There is lots to do locally. We enjoyed trips up to Glenshee where we were lucky enough to have snow and the children had a great time sledging, we did a tour of a whiskey distillery and chocolate tasting and lots of lovely walks. We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel at the end of the road which is only a couple of minutes walk. Sam is a great host. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore the Highlands.

We stayed here for a long weekend of Munro hiking. The place is just fantastic! Clean, well-equipped, peaceful and private. Just a short drive from the shops/restaurants in Kirriemuir and well located for visiting the surrounding countryside and mountains. Anne was a great host, giving clear instructions before arrival, prompt to reply to messages, greeting us on arrival to show us around the place, giving us lots of useful information about the area and making us feel immediately at home. We had a fantastic stay and are already planning to come back again in the future!

The Loft was as described on the listing. Easy check in, welcoming & friendly host. Close to family we were visiting. Beautiful location. Secure garden for our reactive dog was a major plus. We will definately return.

A great stay. Perfect for my family and friends. Super layout, spacious and well equipped, had everything we needed, super simple check in and check out. Quiet, peaceful but close to everything. Super walks to beach and great views over the golf course out to sea. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon.

This is a lovely little place. I had difficulty finding it due to the numbering of the doors. The sign for the Grange was not visible but I was able to figure it out. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised how well equipped and laid out. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen spotless. Everything you need is here. Even though it is on a relatively busy road you really don't hear the traffic, I slept extremely well. I would definitely recommend. Annie was a super host and quick to respond to any questions.

Another great stay at the Bothy. Henry and John are very friendly and can't be more helpful. The wildlife you see here is brilliant and really makes the stay. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend The Bothy.

The Colours is a lovely little place, it is spotlessly clean and tidy, there is everything that you need for a few nights away. It is perfectly located for either a walk to the pub in the evening or along the harbour front. Would thoroughly recommend and certainly look to stay here again when I’m back in Broughty Ferry.

This was the perfect spot for me and my friend to stay in while in Broughty Ferry - the flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, right near the train station & bus links to Dundee. It's right in the heart of the ferry so all the shops and restaurants are close by. We cooked dinner most nights & the kitchen had all the cookware & utensils needed. The train tracks are right behind the apartment but I did not think the noise was bothersome at all and the trains don't run after about 11:30pm anyway. Since the flat was in the back of the courtyard, we didn't hear any street noise so it was very peaceful even on a busy Saturday night! Hamish is an excellent host - he was communicative and responsive the whole way through and left super clear instructions to get into the flat. I knew if we needed anything at all during our stay he would be easy to reach. Would 1000% recommend this place to friends & family!

The apartment was a wonderful haven to retreat to while visiting family in Broughty Ferry. Very well equipped and comfortable for the two of us and we would happily return and stay longer there. It is within walking distance of all that this lovely area has to offer and Sarah and Alistair have provided excellent recommendations for the many restaurants, bars ,coffee shops and other services available close by. We particularly appreciated the wonderful walks along the riverside on the new promenade.

Very nice appartment in Montrose: cleaned and well-furnished, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, it was a pleasure to stay few days there! Lisa was considerate and prompt to reply, it was highly appreciated!

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!
