We had never been to Hawaii and this was the most incredible introduction. The view from this exact specific condo is I think literally the best possible of any place on the North Shore. The angle, elevation, and precise location on the bluff give it an amazing view of Hanalei Bay and the mountains all at once, and making it perfect to watch the sunset from bed, or the patio. If you want to feel like you are in Hawaii, this is postcard perfect. The place was spotless, very well decorated, and very cozy. The bed was also comfortable with lots of pillows, and the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes you need. This is located on a resort, so do keep in mind the resort and parking fees. However, the resort is also beautiful with it's own beach, similar amazing views, lush plants and orchids, and fun places to eat. I would highly recommend Sean and Tracy's place to anyone.

It was so convenient to have the pool and beach at our doorsteps almost. It was very pleasant walk to get there and this was particularly appreciated given we stayed here with 3 kids under 7 years old. Poipu is a great town.

The AirBnB is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Very close to the main beaches from the North side and with beautiful views all around. The neighborhood pool is also great

Place was wonderful! Super close to Hanalei Bay and lovely to be on the north shore. Plenty of space for our group of 4 to spread out in the place, and the resort amenities were wonderful. We do recommend bringing ear plugs for the chickens that are outside because they can be quite loud at night, but think this is just a reality of all the Hawaiian islands :)

Just as beautiful as the pictures. Very responsive to questions and the location can’t be beat! Kids loved the pool and the whole family had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay here! The boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs and towels were a huge perk for us! The queen suite was a perfect space for just the two of us and the space had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. I will say though that we were surprised that the room/space didn’t have A/C. The fans definitely helped but we definitely slept very hot. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at our condo in Princeville. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was as described and Larry was very responsive with any questions we had. The location was right in the heart of princeville near the shops, restaurants and grocery. We enjoyed morning walks/runs along the nearby trail to the ocean and enjoyed the mountain views every morning!

My boyfriend and I had the best stay at Stephanie’s place we could have imagined! The location is beautiful, extremely walkable to the beach, and totally worth every cent! It made my 30th birthday stay in Kauai so memorable

Had a great stay! Steve and Monique gave lots of clear instructions leading up to the stay. Location is walking distance to the beach as well as many cute restaurants and shops.

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

Sarah’s place made us feel at home! It is a small cozy space, perfect for 2 or solo. A lot of things we thought we would need were already provided for us which was a plus! This included kitchen utensils, beach supplies, and a refrigerator and microwave to save or eat leftover food.

Had the best stay at this peaceful place! Beautiful view, updated, modern and beautiful space with everything you need for a beach getaway. The location is perfect, super close to the main town and beaches! Would definitely stay here again next time we visit north shore Kauai!

Excellent home base for exploring Kauai. Very close to Hanalei, which has tons of restaurants and shops) and several lovely beaches, and it's easy to drive anywhere on the island within 2 hours. Shelby was a great communicator and the condo was super comfortable, especially the bed! Would absolutely stay here again.

Jason is an absolute gem of a host - open line of communication with very quick and timely responses; super informative and helpful with suggestions/recommendations. His listing was exactly as posted :) We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

We were a family of 4 that stayed at Stephanie’s place. We have 11 and 13 year old boys, so I was worried from the photos that the beds upstairs would be too small for them, but they were perfect. There is no central air but trust me, you don’t need it, and you don’t miss it. We traveled in March, so I don’t know if it’s different in the summer. The place cools down quickly once you arrive and open all windows and turn fans on. Her place is right next to the pool, hot tub and grills. The grills and pool/hot tub were well maintained, very clean. Stephanie’s place has all that you need to cook meals with Foodland grocery store close by. Also stocked with stuff for the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler). The beach umbrella is missing the main anchor part into the sand so on a windy day it doesn’t stay up. Close to awesome snorkeling at Anini beach and Hideaways!! Wonderful location in Princeville, we will be back.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious condo! It was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located on the golf course with stunning views. Waking up to nene and albatross outside was a treat, and the provided beach gear was a great bonus. Ian and Melissa were fantastic hosts, super responsive, and full of great recommendations. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained spot in Kauai, this is it. Can’t wait to return—highly recommend!

Jared's home was great. We enjoyed the balcony and the cool breezes. The breeze and the fans were all we needed. The home had a coffee maker (no coffee, so we bought our own), microwave, refrigerator. Jared was very communicative regarding any questions, and provided information about things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Jared!

Very nice place, and near Hideaway beach, so you can arrive early and get a parking spot. Also there is a Foodland market nearby.

In One Word WOW!!! The view from the lanai is spectacular! Enjoyed our morning coffee from Positive Coffee watching the birds & light change on the mountains The bed is super comfy!! And the beach gear provided was great!! The pool was nice for an afternoon dip!! And so worth the walk(or you can get transportation) down to the beach for the sunset. The grounds are amazing with beautiful plants and flowers and both restaurants were enjoyable on the property. One of my favorite places I have stayed and we will be back again!!!:)

Aloha, My partner Mateo and I enjoyed our stay at Brittany’s place! It was conveniently located in Princeville! Only a 15/20 minute walk away from the grocery store and a 25 minute walk away to 1 Hotel (fantastic spot for a morning coffee or sunset drinks). We had an electric car and there was a charging station at Foodland just a 15 minute walk away so that helped us out greatly during our Kauai adventures. The place was beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear - and there was even a basket with local honey and an instant camera with a pack of film. We took the camera to the beach and Waimea Canyon and got some memorable film photos to take home. The balcony is on ground level by the parking lot but we did not mind as we were away the majority of the day and night exploring the island. It also allowed for easy access to our vehicle which we parked a few feet away from the balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
