Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Amazing doesn’t describe our stay! We came from AK and WI for a double anniversary trip and this place did NOT disappoint. We even had a baby and toddler who enjoyed everything. We were allowed to check in an hour and a half early after a long night of flying. Didn’t think the house would have any beach equipment and then we found the treasure trove of beach supplies in a room closet! The only hiccup was a minor door lock code issue mid stay, which Monica and Rohit were extremely responsive to fix for us via text. All in all….we are already planning our next stay!

This property and house was perfect for our family. The backyard had a large tree for climbing with a swing! It provided hours of entertainment. The beach, view and location was peaceful and secluded. The layout was great. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was endless and pressure was amazing. We could stay there for a month. Our 11, 8, 5 yo kids swam in the ocean, played in the sand and discovered marine life along the beach and the river. The location was half way between the airport and princeville which was nice. The property management company was quick to provide restaurant recommendations and answer any questions. We were very happy with their service. We will be back!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

A spacious house with an amazing lanai: huge and with stellar view. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The adjoining living room and dining room both have great views and have plenty of space to be comfortable. High ceilings and lots of large windows make the space bright and open. The beds were very comfortable.

Jake’s place was very comfortable and close to beaches and restaurants. He was very responsive to emails before and during our stay and answered all of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

Our stay at Tracey’s was outstanding. It was very peaceful and private. The view from our lanai was gorgeous! The location is perfect with great restaurants within walking distance. Tracey was a wonderful host always responding very quickly. We are already planning our trip to stay at Tracey’s again next summer. Brenda, Shawna, and Kara

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Kauai for the first time. We had no problems with traffic during our stay exploring south and north shores throughout our trip. The place was perfect for home base and we enjoyed running and biking on the path lining the beach next to the condo. Coconut marketplace is also walkable and super convenient for grocery needs and restaurant options. The shower is a slow drain, but nothing major - just turns into a bath for your ankles quickly. Everything was clean and decorated adorable. We would definitely stay again. Lovely place!

Lanai was great, comfortable with great landscaping. Beach chairs and towels for around the pool or the many near by beaches. Perfect house for 3 couples. Each bedroom was nice and had its own bathroom with shower.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

The house is beautiful. Was actually bigger than we expected. Truly felt like we had some personal space. It felt like home.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen- we were able to experience many local restaurants, while also being able to stay in for meals. Beautiful, private, yard, perfect for early morning coffee, and sharing meals. The timing of our visit gave us the additional bonus of fresh Papaya and Dragonfruit! Unique outdoor shower. Close to Pickleball courts, pool, and Poipu beach (with boards, mats, and coolers provided for our use). Dale and Kelly were easy to reach when needed, and offered suggestions for places to visit. We took several day trips around the island, but enjoyed having such a lovely place to come home to. Entire group loved this place, and hope to visit again!

We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

Lovely Kuai vacation home. This location on the south shore was a perfect base for our family vacation. Multiple restaurants, shops and beaches all within 5-15 min. I did a massage at the hotel spa nearby which was fabulous. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, grill and landscaped backyard. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with spices, coffee filters, etc. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and body wash. We will definitely return to this property when traveling with a larger group. There was plenty of room to spread out.

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

If you are looking for a relaxing trip in paradise, this is the home for you. The Host was more than accommodating and super responsive to our requests. There were bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs made available to us, which was an unexpected surprise. 5 stars!!!

This place is amazing! Every year, my family travels for spring break and we look for a large enough space to accommodate all of us. This was the perfect location where we were able to get down to the beach and catch the sunrise, to cook and eat together as a family at night. Peter was always super responsive, and it made the stay that much more great.

We had an amazing few days in Princeville and this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The view is amazing, everything was clean and updated and all the local recs were great! Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Christopher and his home. The location was perfect for us to walk to the beach and snorkel, boogie board, and view the turtles and seals on a daily basis. Christopher provided many fantastic hiking and restaurant ideas for us to check out. He was so kind, caring, and responsive. His open communication made our stay even richer. The home was so well equipped for our water sports and beach adventures. The kitchen included many added items to make our cooking feel more like home. We had the most incredible week at Deborah’s house! It’s in such a beautiful location - surrounded by lush groves of palm trees and then steps from a great beach that’s never crowded. It’s a perfect place from which to explore the island, but if you want to just stay home and read in the hammock, that’s a great choice too. Deborah was a wonderful host - incredibly warm and responsive. We felt really lucky to have gotten to live the Hawaiian lifestyle for a week with this as our home base. Mahalo!

Beautiful home in Princeville! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway—including all the beach accessories. The only minor issue was that the washers could use a deep clean or possibly be replaced. Other than that, everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay! Loved the amazing views, wonderful house and amenities. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking at Princeville If you are bikers, and have more than 2 in your party, definitely rent more than the two beach cruisers from Princeville bikes, to get to the beach and shops . There are a few hills! They are awesome! Recommend the easy Old Club Med hike down to the Hotel 1 bar...oh and the other way to the beach. Better beach area by taking the walk down to the beach access before 1 Hotel. A few tweaks to this beautiful, new Air BNB, which they are working on, and it will be perfect. Bring a bag of ice, most likely the Samsung ice maker will not come back to life...little things like that! Mahalo and I hope you love it!
