this place is exactly how shown in pics , though it is around 1.5 KMs away from the beach area but little secluded so you get the peaceful vibe and standing in balcony greew view is amazing.

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

I traveled all over Goa for a month and this was by far the best stay for me. Soft mattress, clean, professional, quiet, very comfortable and convenient. The guys were great also, truly a pleasure ✨🌈✌🏽

we went for a peaceful short trip just to unwind. got the experience of south goa in north goa. The beach is literally a 3-4 minute walk from the place. The pool is functional and clean. The room was exactly as described and clean. Although some of the utensils were not very clean and smelled funny. There are good restaurants in the area nearby so there's that. our experience overall was pretty good and i wouldn highly recommend the place.

It was nice to stay at Santana's place. He was a friendly host and was able to guide us to reach the property. The apartment is located on main road and easily approachable. Also, the public convenience is just nearby and sea beach was quite approaching. We had a good time staying at this apartment. Thanks

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Das Haus ist sehr schön gebaut und die ganze kleine Siedlung mit den Villen um den Pool ist angenehm gemütlich. Toll fand ich, dass der Pool nur von den Gästen in den Villen benutzt wird, ich konnte oft alleine gemütlich schwimmen. Die kleinen Terrassen vor den Häusern sind sehr einlandend zum sitzen. Der Wohnraum des Hauses und das Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig angelegt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, dies habe ich sehr geschätzt. Sie haben immer wenn notwendig gereinigt und Tag und Nacht war jemand da bei Fragen.

It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for their visit. They truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. Would surely come back soon. P.S. people living in other cottages are very friendly!

My family came to Henry's place after spending 2 weeks in Delhi. This being their first time in India, this peaceful beach home was exactly what they needed. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. The house is located just steps away from a surprisingly quiet part of Calangute beach - a detail that we welcomed given that it was high season. Tons of good places to eat are within walking distance. It was also super easy to get a cab to explore different parts of the Goan coast, even late at night. Henry was also very caring in looking out for us. My step dad fell ill with a cold early into our stay and Henry checked in regularly to make sure he had the care he needed. The house keeper, Sumitra, is also incredibly helpful and picked up after us and did our laundry (something we're definitely not used to in America). Overall I'd highly recommend Henry's place to any large group looking for a relaxing vacation.

Jhonny is a brilliant host. I am in recovery after hospitalisation, so I have to cook and eat meals at home, there were basic kitchen equipment however I needed some more cooking pots. when I informed Jhonny within a few hours of checking in he bout us two good quality stainless steel pots at the door, the pressure wasn't working and he immediately changed it. the house was clean, the most comfortable beds in both bedrooms, clean and fresh linen, pillow covers and towels. 20 littre of Bisleri water dispenser, more than enough Dove soap bars for the days we booked, airconditioner working perfectly. 8-10 minutes Walking distance to the beach. I only found it very slightly overpriced, however Jhonny and his hospitality more than made up for it. I will surely come back and also recommend it.

It’s a very calm and peaceful place yet close to all the amenities around. The beach is just one jump away from the house and one window away from the room😊 it’s the best place to be in peace and serenity. Had good 8 days of stay and continued couple of days extra. They have opened a surf school also within the property which is very much helpful for Watersport enthusiast. Ashwin is a good host and he gives good recommendations around the town and nearby places. Rest everything is within 100mts distance, and enjoy the waves crashing sound in the night along with the firefly dance.
