My husband and I loved our time visiting family at the Rock House. The home is beautifully decorated, closed to shops and restaurants. I felt right at home. The master bed was extremely comfy. This home was probably the most well stocked home I’ve visited. My wife also loved all the nature around. Truly a beautiful stay at the “Rock House”, we will be back soon.

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

Mike is a great guy super responsive takes what he does seriously and truly a fabulous host! You can’t go wrong with Mike. Response time is 5 stars all day!

Loved staying at this place! Our dogs loved the bed and bowls that were provided. They also loved the park directly next door to the house. Coffee shops and breweries are within walking distance. Extremely safe area, we had zero issues in regards to safety. The house is on a busy road, but you can barely hear the noise inside and it didn’t bother us at all. We would stay here again!

Second time booked for out of town family on their Ferndale visit. Little Yellow House is safe, quiet, comfortable and cannot beat the location in Ferndale, just a few blocks from downtown! Would definitely recommend!!!!

This is a great house for a group of friends. The pool and garage, specifically the sauna, were fantastic amenities. We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe inside and around the house.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Amherstburg. Convenient location, responsive host and lots of fun in the pool. We hope to be back soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Perfect for our family of three with a teenage son visiting UofM. We loved the different nooks - kitchen island, big table, comfy sofa, pool table and bar - with areas to sit and hang, watch basketball or movies. We called it our fun house vacation. The place was better than advertised, close to the school we were visiting, Costco and other shops. Very convenient, cozy, comfortable, relaxing, fun - can't thank Nancy enough for sharing her home with us. She is an amazing host who thought of everything so we didn't have to. There were nice, thoughtful touches everywhere; she was so communicative and responsive; and we loved that she took the time and care to check us in and walk us through everything - and then gave us complete privacy and space to do our thing. We wish her the very best.

This home has everything our family needed. We traveled with 2 kids and our dog and the house was perfect. The backyard is huge! The location is amazing - we were able to do some many wonderful things. The home was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were easily able to cook. Looking forward to staying again!

Maylinn’s place was a perfect home away from home on a family trip to the Detroit area for Thanksgiving. The home is cute, with lots of nice updates, and was the perfect size for our family of three people and one dog. Everything was exceptionally clean — above expectations. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed her room and thought the trundle was cool. Our dog loved having a yard to play in. We were glad we brought his tie out, as only three sides of the yard were fully enclosed. But it worked out just fine. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner and make breakfast. There was a washer/dryer. One thing to note is that there was no dining table. There is one eating bar with two bar stools and another table with two bar stools. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for the price and really wonderful to have our dog with us. (He does give a “snort” for not being allowed on the furniture. But we explained it was better than being left at home. He agreed.)

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

Such a charming space in a beautiful house! I love the character of older homes and this one is great. Radiant heat kept the place plenty warm. Host was a great communicator. Bed was VERY comfortable. I’d definitely return.

Daniel's place was great. very inviting and felt like home. I loved all the games and the basement with the pool table and other games. This is a great place to stay especially if you want to stay some place that already has things for you to do. I'd also like to acknowledge Daniel for all of his help and fast response. 5 star. We loved the Blue House!

What a great place for an early fall week stay. The directions were clear, and when we reached out, we received quick responses. The house felt more secluded than most others that were right on the shore. We loved the kayaking and walking the surrounding trails and gravel roads. We enjoyed taking a hot shower afterward. The living room, with its huge windows, brought the outside in and in the cool evenings, the fireplace made it feel quite cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the provided Keurig pods and teas.
