Very cozy place. It was 21 out when we stayed once it warmed up it stayed warm. I would bring long johns or some light sweats for being out of the bed. Even being in the front yard it was a very private space. The Outhouse is by far the cleanest one I have ever been in. It's a little bigger than the pictures make it look. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The home was as described and in perfect condition. The amenities were good, and the host was responsive and kind. We would 100% stay again if work brings us back to Detroit.

I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back soon. It was so peaceful and quiet, and accessing the key fob and getting there was super easy. Growing up in this area, it’s amazing to see how beautifully it’s been renovated. I’ll be back sooner rather than later—you should absolutely book with him!

We stayed here in October and came back because we loved it so much! And there is SO much to love about the place. What did we love? - It feels so far away from civilization, yet it's just off the highway, so it is very low-stress to do a winter getaway. - I can't explain how magical it is to hear the train coming and to prop up in bed and look out the window to watch it go by. - The fire and the wood-burning stove! - The little nook where we sat and read Kahlil Gibran (from the bookshelf, which had so many interesting books) out loud to each other. - The fields outside that are so quiet and still and covered with snow - Chelsea is a very short drive. (We'd forgotten to bring some supplies, and it was a 5 min drive to the grocery store) - The loft sleeping area that I would have loved as a kid and loved even more as a grown-up! - The abundance of warm blankets and pillows - And, the EXCELLENT hosts. This tiny house is RIDICULOUSLY cute! We will be back!

My daughter had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio during her time in Ann Arbor for a course in the University of Michigan. The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. One of the best features was the convenience of nearby bus stops, which made it easy to explore the area. Plus, there’s a Trader Joe’s just a short walk away, so stocking up on snacks and essentials was a breeze! Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone when visiting the city and looking for a lovely and accessible spot.

C and his wife were so friendly and helpful, C even put our groceries in the house since they arrived before us. The house was everything we were looking for clean, comfortable and fun! The location is convenient to local restaurants and just a short jump to concert venues. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to visiting that side of the state again.

Eddie greeted us warmly and showed us how the house worked. I was there for a dog show it was absolutely perfect for that! Everything we needed was right there and it felt a very safe comfortable dog friendly area!

We have nothing bad to say about this stay. Everything was as described (except the listing says there is no wifi, but there is 😊). The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.
