My family and I enjoyed our Christmas vacation very much Because of Maria .

One of the cleanest and nicest places we've stayed in over the years in the Saint Pete area. Marilyn was very accommodating and let us check in early. It's in a great location! Highly recommend. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

Could not say more wonderful things about Antoni’s place. The area was so so amazing. Our rental unit was clean, spacious and comfy. This area was walkable to restaurants bars etc. The best part was honestly the beach basically being a 2 minute walk. The pool was great. Antoni was a responsive host who accurately described the unit. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Clearwater this is this place!

It was a great place to stay, and met all of our expectations. Convenient location for accessing everything around Madeira Beach. Place is very clean and new looking, felt completely comfortable staying there. All amenities in the description were provided as described. We also appreciated that we had access to a storage area that had everything we needed to spend a day at the beach. Would gladly stay there again if I ever had another trip in the area.

Linda's place is wonderful for our needs. We love its location, walkability and homey feel that is fading fast in other parts of the island. Sandy, who we have had most of our contact with, is warm, responsive and flexible.

I loved my stay here. The place was very quiet , clean , and easy to find. Janet was also very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Tampa. It’s also very close to tampa riverwalk and a lot of nice restaurants.

This is the third time staying at this location! They have improved the space each time with upscale decorations, linens, pillows. I have stayed in many hotels this last year and wished that they were as clean and well thought out as Yolanda’s place. We will return if they will have us as often as we are able.

From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

Meraris is a great host! We stayed a little over 2 weeks and asked us if we wanted housekeeping in the middle of our stay. She came in to change the sheets, and replenish paper towels and bath towels, etc. The space is smaller than the size of a hotel room but definitely cozy and we did feel safe. We would stay again!

She was very informative and made the check in and check out process very clear and easy! The space was nice and clean and had all that we needed

I had a great stay at Yairely’s house in Tampa, Florida. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

This spot was perfect for a quick stay! Would also be a great place for a longer stay, but it fit what we needed exactly! Loved the privacy it offered and of course the hot tub was incredible! We also loved the convenience of having everything we needed to cook a meal there. Overall amazing stay!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hosts were helpfully informative prior to our stay so getting settled in was a breeze. The totally private hot tub is a beautifully decorated oasis which amplified the overall relaxing feel a hot tub brings. The house was so clean, and had the perfect balance of warm and cozy with a minimalist feel and look. They utilized the entire space to ensure safety, privacy, comfort and ease of moving around. All interactions with the hosts were quickly responded to with kindness and professionalism. We felt totally secluded in our own happy little space with everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was wonderful! They made the whole process extremely easy and were incredibly nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub and being so close to downtown! 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay! The location was great, about a 15 minute walk from restaurants and Publix and right across the street from the beach. It was so helpful having the wagon, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked with crumbs found under the couches but otherwise it accommodated our party of 4 perfectly.

The accommodations were just as advertised and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchenette with delicious coffee provided 😀. Comfortable beds. Easy to find, park, and access the place. Responsive and helpful host. Great hot tub!

This is our most favorite place to stay in Dunedin. We have been a guest many times and stayed in three different cottages on premises. The surrounds are magical and always nicer than the time before, if that is even possible. The flowers and planting are beautiful. Feeding the koy fish and turtles are so fun. We’ll be back for sure

We had an amazing time here. The condo was so spacious and clean, and nothing beats being right on the beach. The host was super responsive to a couple early questions we had as we settled in, and then we were set for the whole weekend. We’d definitely stay here again.
