This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

Our stay was great! The location is perfect. The room was clean and perfect for my fiancé and I. I loved that they provided wagons, chairs, and everything else you might need to enjoy a day at the beach. I recommend staying here!

This is an absolutely wonderful beach home to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Randy was very responsive when we had questions and very friendly. Great host! I recommend Randy’s beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our time at this lovely cottage. It had everything we needed including plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. View was unbeatable. Such a beautiful stretch of very quiet beach.

i use airbnb quite a bit... had an issue with kuerig not turning on after i had my kcups delivered from Amazon. Thomas response was within like 15 minutes after i notified him after 9 pm and had a new kuerig at our front door by 6 am ..no interruption. Condo is beautiful and comfortable with heated pool, hot tub just a few steps from front door..Loved our stay..thank you!!

We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

Anna’s home had nearly everything we needed for our stay. Well equipped. Well stocked with supplies. Great pool, showers, indoor/outdoor living, washer/dryer, grill. Close to the beach and coffee shops and grocery. Plenty of towels. Loved the safety net around the pool for the little one. Pool was a great temperature. Enjoyable stay with my family.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

This place was perfect for my family!! The pool and closeness to the beach were perfect for my 2 year old toddler and 9 month old baby!! Inside the house was very clean and comfortable! The host was very kind and organized which made it very easy for my family as we traveled with 2 little ones! Definitely would come back to this rental!!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The decor makes you immediately relaxed. All of the appliances are brand new and the bathrooms are so nice,. The location simply cannot be beat. The beach is right there. This was so helpful with my one year old. Everything you need for the beach is there. Chairs, umbrella, towels, toys. The recommendations from the hosts for dining and outings made planning our days easy. We had the best week.

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at Bliss and Gary’s place. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we felt like we were home, with an amazing ocean view. Wonderful location, phenomenal amenities and the best hosts you could ever ask for! Anything you needed they were only a text away.
