Place was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. Communication with the host was great.

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

Beautiful views of the channel from the private balcony, saw dolphins, and many varieties of birds from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was super nice. Quieter location, but had activities at the condo available including pickles all, tennis, pool/ hot tub, and shuffleboard. short walk to the oceanside beach. She had beach chairs and a wagon to half them, which was awesome! Agnes very responsive to questions.

Beautiful vacation in Siesta Keys. We had everything we needed and more. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed in BSY&T many times. This unit is perfect . The patio furniture is ample . They supplied everything and we used almost all of it . Beach chairs,beach towels,shuffle board,board games. They let us check in early which was extremely helpful. We were here for Christmas and our 2 adult kids and their significant others came for Christmas. Plenty of activities ,and room for all to have dinner. We needed a better carving knife for our rib roast but it didn’t stop us from eating . It seems this place is more active than in the past . It was nice seeing people using the pickle ball courts and fishing dock . People enjoy this condo. Just a few doors from the laundry which takes cc and is reasonable . The only thing I was missing were some throw blankets at night . Wish this unit was available when I come back in March .

My family (my wife, my 20-month old daughter and I) stayed for a week in this condo: it was a perfect vacation. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Communication with the host was easy, kind and lightning fast. Instructions were absolutely clear. The condo was amazing, spotless clean. We got instant beach vibes when entering it, lovely decorated. All of equipment was state of the art, very well and modern equipped kitchen, nice BBQ grill, comfy beds, lots of towels and pillows, good bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature. AC was working well, too. We liked the available beach equipment and the cozy patio. Although not explicitly stated there has been a lot equipment for our daughter, such as children's cutlery + tableware and also a Graco pack 'n play, we absolutely appreciated that. Location is great: safe and calm. The ROC Park is located just across the street, our daughter had a blast on the playground and the splash pad. We will definitely book again!

The best apartment I have ever stayed in. It has everything you need for life and a beach holiday. Umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella from the rain, tennis rackets, golf clubs, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Perfect cleanliness, the best location and magnificent views from the balcony to the bay. Very quiet. Great beach. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. During my holiday I felt like home. I would definitely like to go back there again, and I also recommend this apartment to everyone.

My family has visited the Indian Shores area several times and Megan’s place was the absolute best hands down. Great location, beach is a 5 minute walk if not. She has EVERYTHING you need for your family to head your the beach - umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, beach cart, boogie boards, cooler etc. - we felt right at home. Lots of space in this condo and was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub in rear of condo were perfect. We had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to the next time already!

Despite the recent storms, this was a beautiful place to stay and such a perfect location for the beach. Vince was very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. The place was clean and very warmly decorated. It was great to have such an equipped kitchen as well. We would definitely stay again!

100% recommend staying here! It is exactly as advertised. We had such a nice trip. No damage from the recent hurricane. The condo unit and entire complex is very nice, clean and quiet. The owner hosts the unit directly, and he is VERY responsive, unlike with a management company. The pool is warm with lots of chairs. The beach is lovely and the owner includes beach chairs and towels. The unit is baby friendly, with a pack n play, high chair, and dark bedrooms! Also good for seniors, as there is an elevator. We hope to return next year!!

We stayed for a month and our host was very friendly and responsive. The pool and yard were lovely and allowed us to spend time with local family & friends. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was worth every penny. The location was close to the beaches and bays and it was easy for us to travel around the area. The block was peaceful & quiet and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The kitchen had more cooking pots/pans, spices, etc than most home rentals, but I didn't appreciate that staying for a month without my fully stocked kitchen would make cooking bit of a challenge. Overall, we had a great stay and are sending a big thank you to our host!

Vlad was a great host! We did get to meet him on the first day of our stay, he stopped by to ensure everything was cleaned(messaging to ensure it was okay first)! He was welcoming & very accommodating, with so many recommendations and the willingness to ensure we enjoyed every part of our stay. The house was perfect, it was just the right size for our group as well as being loaded with everything we could think of or need! Definitely would recommend this beach stay to have all your beach supplies already available to you for when you arrive!

Sehr schöne Villa in Village de Pins, perfekt ausgestattet für 2 bis 4 Personen, sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, alles vorhanden. Küche mit allem was man braucht, alles für den Besuch der nahe gelegenen Strände da, einfach gesagt, mieten und wie zu Hause fühlen.

We had a wonderful stay in the suite of Cia's charming home. Its prime location offered effortless access to Sarasota Airport, beautiful beaches, I-75, shopping, and dining – we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. The heated pool and serene patio, surrounded by vibrant plants and flowers, were a delightful added touch. Cia was incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions and services, including great recommendations for massage therapists. She was always quick to respond and easily reachable by text, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Great house and very responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Jodie’s place. The neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a peaceful mature community. The property description and amenities are accurately listed. We felt right at home upon arrival. Our stay was extra special because of the community’s absolutely gorgeous Christmas decorations. We drove through the neighborhood several evenings just to enjoy all of the wonderful lights and decor. We would not hesitate to stay at Tom & Jodie's place the next time we are in the area.

Me and my friends had a great time staying here! The backyard was perfect and just like the pictures show!
