I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. Danna was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure our stay was seamless. The space was not only stylish but also super comfortable—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends for my daughter’s birthday. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, and the surrounding nature made for a peaceful and refreshing escape. Every detail was well thought out, making this one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering booking this place, do it—you won’t be disappointed! We’ll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's not too far outside of the city, but it is private enough to feel like a getaway. The space was perfect and right near Annapolis Mall for great restaurants and things to do. Will recommend to others for a quick getaway from DC.

This was a fantastic place for a relaxing break between the holidays! I loved being right on the river, it was so serene and comfortable. The house was wonderful with the windows looking right out onto the river. I'd definitely recommend this place and hope to return. Cheryl was there to greet me when I arrived and sent great information about things to do in the area.

First of all, Caroline was able to arrange for us to come a day earlier instead. Place was very clean and stocked. Beautiful location and awesome view of the Bay. Planning on staying here in the future!

Great location! Walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants, but tucked at the end of a very cool street of old homes and cottages. Marina / boat workshop was not even noticeable next door, blocked by fence and being at the back of the building. House had everything we needed, well laid out, great instructions and very nice modern bathroom. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property on the Magothy River! I really enjoyed walking out to the private pier to have my coffee in the mornings, and throwing ball with my dog on the 3 acres the property sets on. Inside the cottage, you have all you need for a great stay, super clean and modern, *very comfy bed and nice linens. Severna Park is a great area with groceries, restaurants, etc within 1.5 miles. Safe & friendly neighborhood. 🙌

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Lazy Crab. The house fit our needs perfectly. For a family with a 2 & 4 year old, that isn’t easy to do. The house was clean and we appreciated the extra blankets for the cool nights. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking at home. If you’re looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood the Lazy Crab is the place for you and your family. Danielle was also a very responsive and friendly host. She even let us leave our bags at the house after check in as our flight was later in the day. Overall, this was a great experience for our first Airbnb as a family and we hope to make this a getaway for us in the future. Thank you Danielle!

No better place to stay considering the location to restaurants and shopping. Excellent check in communication. Comfortable beds. Hope to be back sometime.

Great location. Great for 2 people. Having the garage was terrific. I hadn't really thought it would be important, but it was so convenient. Steps to King Street and lots of restaurants and shopping.

One of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed at! The host personally shoveled and salted the driveway one morning so we would be able to get out and about. She was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at Eddie’s cottage in Edgewater! Took lovely evening walks and the space was perfect for my needs.

This home is in perfect condition and in a great location. The problems in previous reviews seem to all have been addressed. It is a private guest house just a block from restaurants and shopping, but it is amazingly quiet. It is very close to the underground metro, and a round trip to DC is about $6 and 20 minutes. It was the perfect base of operations for our visit to DC. I wouldn't count on having someone sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. It is a black futon (not currently pictured) that is divided into four cushions, so it isn't flat. That said, our tweenager loved sleeping there. If you use it, unzip the back to pull the legs out so it doesn't tip over. The previous reviews, and the lack of pictures, had us worried about the shower, but it was fine. It is not a tub, but it does have a curtain, water pressure, and plenty of room. The shower head is high, so you could be 6'2" and not have to duck. We are very grateful for our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The house was a perfect location on Cape St. Claire. Well furnished and comfortable. Susan is a great host.

We had a great stay at this property and it was perfect for our visits with friends in Grasonville. The property is well represented in the photos. Conveniently location just off the main highway and just a 2 minute walk to the water front. Thanks, Michelle

My husband and I enjoyed another wonderful stay in Overton Cottage. Absolutely everything about this home is perfect for us, including the location, which gives us many opportunities for kayaking. We can walk to the Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge, as well. The cottage itself is amazing and we always feel that we are slaying in the home of friends who have carefully chosen each decorative item, rather than a home that is clearly designed only for rental. We will be back!

Ty and Susie are amazing and considerate hosts! The house was clean and tidy, the entrance procedures were easy to follow, and they were responsive for any questions. We were celebrating our recent wedding and they even left us a thoughtful gift and card. The location is perfect for anyone wanting peace and quiet, while still being a quick drive to local restaurants and shops. The hardest part about our staying was having to say goodbye to the house!
