The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

Zena’s place was the perfect place to stay for a night close to DC. Would recommend & stay again

Hibest was an excellent host. She was extremely attentive and responded right away to my requests. I needed help and she sent her husband to help in a very timely manner. The blinds in the bathroom were broken. When the door to the third bedroom was open, the thermostat was covered so that we didn't see it for some of our stay. The third bedroom was up very narrow stairs. The very quaint and cozy house would hold only 4 to 5 comfortably. The dishes would only accommodate 4 to 5 people. Overall, I enjoyed our stay at Hibest's place very very much! She was an amazing host, and very friendly. For us, the location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!

This home has everything and then some! We were a group of 6 adults visiting for 2 events at the Capitol One Arena, the location was perfect. The parking relieves so much stress of visiting the city and going to the arena which is a short walk away. We were able to fit 3 SUV’s in the spaces. EVERY bed felt comfortable and like new. The pillows were great. The sheets and towels were high end and soft. The roof top deck was one of my favorite features in this immaculate home. We made so many wonderful memories here. I will definitely stay again. Thanks Sal, for all the thought you put in. It really felt like a home away from home.

This place was amazing definitely more than I expected from the space to the beautiful home itself down to it had everything we could have needed and more my only issue not really an issue more so not what I’m used to is all the land in between 😂 (imma city girl) but other than that the everything was lovely would definitely come back when we come to visit again!

Very nice location, with views of the water from most rooms. Neighborhood is quiet, and very walkable. Home was finished nicely, clean, and had many unique decorations. Host was nice and responsive. Peaceful place with proximity to things to do

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

Harrison's accommodations were terrific. We felt right at home in a very charming and well equipped apartment with plenty of room and lots of amenities. It is within less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station, and 10-15 minutes from a Safeway. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to see all the highlights of Washington, D.C. It's clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient. There are a handful of restaurants within a block, and just one stop down on the metro gets you to Barracks Row where there are tons of restaurants ranging from casual to high end dining. We loved it!!!

Gillian and Boe were fantastic hosts, and our stay at their place was amazing. Very comfortable for the two of us, everything was very clean, and the amenities were great. Plenty of towels, easy kitchen access, private entrance. Gillian and Boe were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The area is lovely, with a great downtown area not far and a 5 minute drive to the metro station. Highly recommended.

Location could not have been more perfect for our stay in DC. Very short walk to the metro, Trader Joe’s, the Eastern Market, and lots of great restaurants. The apartment had easy parking and was spacious for our family of 3. The bed was very comfortable and with cozy linens. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to DC!

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

My husband and recently stayed at Sarah’s place for a week. The apartment was the perfect size for us; we utilized the kitchen for a few quick breakfasts and kept some milk and snacks on hand. Everything needed to open a bottle of wine, make a cup of coffee or heat up some restaurant leftovers was provided. We even made a pasta meal one night when we were too tired to go out. The location was fabulous for visiting all the DC sites. Rideshares were typically available within 3-5 minutes, ( a bit longer on Cherry Blossom weekend) and at just over a mile from the WH and Mall, we walked back to the apartment on several beautiful weather days. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within .25-.5 miles for groceries. Many excellent restaurants are within close walking distance along 14th street. ( Le Diplomate is just yards away from the apartment). Also a benefit; Sarah does not require onerous cleaning at checkout, as we have encountered with other places. Overall a really great experience.

Thrilled we were able to stay! Disappointed we had to leave. We will certainly keep it in mind for a future visit.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

Tremendous location for our first visit to DC, beautiful location and really accessible for all tourist sights. Lots of cafes, bars and marts close by and everyone in DC super helpful.

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. I am thankful to have been granted the opportunity to stay here and would gladly visit again; I truly recommend this home to all. Thanks again DiMitri!

This is a beautiful modernist house, perfectly located in a great neighbourhood. The bedroom is large, with French windows overlooking a pretty courtyard garden. The bed was extremely comfortable, whilst the bathroom was large and well equipped. Heather’s house is full of an eclectic range of art, books and artefacts. Heather herself was a charming and welcoming host, whilst Sweetpea the dog was delightful. We heartily recommend this unique Airbnb.

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

Dimitri was an incredible host. His place is immaculate. He will go above and beyond to accommodate you. If I’m ever in need of an Airbnb in that area again, this is my go to spot.

Dimitri is undoubtedly one of the best hosts I've met. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. the house was very clean and very well kept. Dimitri was more than accommodating and even offered to give me a ride if I needed it. I can't say enough about Dimitri and his house. I have already begun to recommend him to others.
