This was a perfect spot for a short getaway from DC. Shawn was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

First of all they were excellent host. We are very big on hospitality and if we had to grade them on a 1-10 scale I would rate them a 20. Beautiful home made me and my family felt welcomed. If we needed anything or had any questions they instantly responded. Most of all the nice big beautiful hot tub is what I would have to say we enjoyed the most. Being that we’re only a little under a hour away we will be back.

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

This basement apartment is enormous and very nicely decorated. It’s fun (with a table tennis table and cinema area) as well as practical (with access to laundry facilities and a kitchen). Ewa provided a lot of thoughtful details, like beach towels, coffee pods, tea selection, and laundry detergent. Her guidebook to the area was also very well-presented and helpful. I must mention the community beach as we had a great time walking by the water here and going swimming. Amazing to have access to this community beach whilst staying at the Airbnb. I also enjoyed sitting out in Ewa’s beautiful garden with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

It was exactly what I needed for a weekend away!

We needed a place close to Gate #1 of the US Naval Academy and this place delivered. I could throw a rock at the guard shack, although I would strongly recommend you not do that. The place was laid out well with a nice living room, comfortable kitchen, and two bedrooms that were large and on opposite sides of the apartment. The only issue we had is with parking and that is simply an Annapolis treat. We were able to park out front (for a fee) to unload, but that is not guaranteed as there are only so many spots. You can park on both sides of the street though. We parked the vehicle in the Hillman Parking Garage and were able to walk most places. It was a quick walk to the garage from the Apartment and we went to the "downtown" shopping area and the docks several times. Our stay was pleasant and if possible, we will stay here again. Thanks!

Wow! Absolutely beautiful place in a lovely private community. Walkable to water views. Easy drive to all things Annapolis. Clean, quiet, and safe for a solo traveler. Kathleen was kind and helpful and has thought of everything to make this a perfect stay for her guests. Parking was easy and off street. Comfortable bed and furniture. Truly felt like I was home! Don’t hesitate to book!

Great HUGE house right on the water. Fun little duck pedal boat we took out for a spin. Nice being able to walk on the dock. Loved the deck, very nice to hang out on. Fun games in the basement, nice stocked kitchen. Clean, massive master bedroom. Super bare on decor, rugs, and home-y vibe . Really nice host, came and greased up the pedals on the boat for us, responsive. It’s a beautiful view on the lake but wish there wasn’t a power plant right there in the view when down on the water.

We had 6 people for a weekend retreat and this was a fantastic house and location for us. the host was super communacitive and easy/friendly to work with. We'll go back for sure next time we need a retreat space that is quiet, private and affordable.

The house and backyard are beautiful. The open floor plan on the main floor worked out perfect for our family. The large kitchen made cooking enjoyable! The house is neat, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting downtown Annapolis. We'd definitely rent it again.

This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and picturesque the setting was. The house itself is even more stunning in person—thoughtfully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It’s the perfect spot for families; our group had plenty of room to spread out and relax, both indoors and out. One of the highlights of our trip happened on the very first morning—we spotted a bald eagle soaring right over the water! It was such a special moment and really set the tone for a serene and nature-filled getaway. The home is well-equipped with everything you need, and the surrounding area is quiet and scenic, ideal for unplugging and spending quality time together. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family—wonderful location, big and beautiful outdoor space, all of the amenities our family needed during our stay. Steve is a wonderful host—kind, excellent communicator, and highly responsive. Ten out of ten experience!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

The place is beautiful and very peaceful. If you are looking for a quiet área and just enjoy nature this is it. The house is spotless. Super clean. We would stay in this place again if needed 😊
