Great HUGE house right on the water. Fun little duck pedal boat we took out for a spin. Nice being able to walk on the dock. Loved the deck, very nice to hang out on. Fun games in the basement, nice stocked kitchen. Clean, massive master bedroom. Super bare on decor, rugs, and home-y vibe . Really nice host, came and greased up the pedals on the boat for us, responsive. It’s a beautiful view on the lake but wish there wasn’t a power plant right there in the view when down on the water.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

Another great stay with a wonderful host in a lovely house on the water.

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

My children and I loved our stay!! It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The host was very sweet and responsive, and it was nice to have our own little driveway and porch. We will definitely stay again!! Also, the location was great. Not too far from MANY shopping plazas and malls. Took my kids to the movies, Build a Bear, and bowling.... all in different locations, all less than a 25 miles (or way less) from this home!!

Everything was clean and matched the photos/descriptions. Craig was very responsive and communicated very clearly.

Ashley was an excellent host! She was very clear about all the instructions from day one which was great. The place was clean, and the beds were cozy. It did take us a bit to figure out the sink, but she even gave excellent instructions on that. We had a lovely time, it was only a 8 min drive to The Melting pot where we had dinner, and another 10 maybe to get downtown! Lots of parking!

I really enjoyed The Flight Deck!” Beautiful home and the lights inside and outside were awesome (just like the pictures). The sofa was comfortable! Beds felt great, a gooood sleep. Bathrooms were clean. I love the heated floor too in the bathroom. My guests enjoyed the jacuzzi and we also enjoyed our s’mores at night, over the fire pit. Mike’s Crab house was great as always (about 15 minutes away). Thank you Cameron for a great time. My family is very thankful. 😌

Penny was an incredible host, very responsive and attentive to my needs as a guest! She has a beautiful backyard and the area was peaceful.

This apartment was amazing for an overnight girls trip! cute and clean and the location was perfection. easy walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go!

Great above-garage apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and comfortable king bed with walk in closet. Location is directly off the highway but not at all noisy. Had a little trouble finding the location (I accidentally drove past it the first time) but eventually realized I was at the wrong place. 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis.

Joyce and Nicole are two of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. They are so flexible and welcoming. Their place is exactly as described and is so warm, inviting, and comfortable. We will stay there again and again when we come to town to visit my new granddaughter!!

The room was as described. Cute and decorated nicely. Very comfortable.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

Came to Annapolis and stayed at Thomas's for the weekend to celebrate a friends bridal shower. 5 of us stayed at the Airbnb, and we were perfectly cozy! The common area (kitchen, dining room and living room area) were very big so we were able to all spread out, and the beds were very comfortable. The real highlight was the location though -- perfectly situated in Downtown Annapolis, and walkable everywhere we needed. Parking was a little tricky as it was St. Paddy's weekend so pretty crowded, but it all worked out. I definitely would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The highlight for us was the huge backyard, which was perfect for Koa to run around, play, get the day started, or unwind. It's spacious, well-kept, and fully fenced, giving us peace of mind while my pup explored. We truly appreciated how dog-friendly the property is and its proximity to Annapolis. Nicole, Bob, and the welcoming party (pups) were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with pets!

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

We had a lovely time. The place was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like extra pillows. It combined the best of both worlds with shopping and restaurants in easy walking distance but was very quiet and peaceful because it was tucked at the end of the block on a dead end street with no buildings behind it. It was just perfect for us.

The home was great. Very clean and a great location- right in downtown Annapolis. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and I plan to book again in the future!

Nate's place is one block off the center of Annapolis' historic district and the city dock, and steps from the Barry Gate by USNA's Halsey's Field House and the pedestrian entrance to the yard. I walked to everything! The apartment was squeaky clean and nicely furnished with a full-size fridge and stove. Bed was comfortable. Bring own bar of soap for shower. Small parking space behind building - definitely follow his directions on backing in. Of note, it rained while I was there so spot was muddy. Don't wear your nicest shoes for getting in and out of your car if wet. Otherwise, how fantastic to have a parking spot in downtown Annapolis! Building was quiet. Nate was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Great spot!

Great place. Quiet building. Beautiful view of the water and the boats. Stocked with everything you’d need. Very comfortable beds. Great patio/deck. The coffee grinder was not working initially. We contacted Jared and he had another one delivered the next day. Couldn’t ask for more from a host. Very walkable. We walked almost everywhere from the unit. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable condo near Eastport in Annapolis. Quick drive to downtown, USNA and shopping. Kitchen is very well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in town!

To say this place was perfect is an understatement! I didn’t want to leave! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Some highlights: a location near the water with great views, extremely clean and beautifully decorated, easy parking and walkable to EVERYTHING! Marie is the perfect host - proactive with all the information and reachable with any questions! Even better, the per night cost is about half that of a hotel in town! There is no doubt I will be staying here again on my next Annapolis adventure. :)

David was an amazing host! If you want a place that is lively and in walking distance to a lot of DTA, stay here! Beautiful place, great host!
