Grab this up for your next trip , amazing stay ! This place deserves 5 stars and more! It’s set up nicely with great use of space. It has everything you need to feel like you are at a home away from home! Shops/food right across the street (we had Sammy’s and Chinese and both were good). I’ll add that I’m extremely immunocompromised and I felt so safe walking into this home didn’t have to worry about being close to the public (hotel stay) and she keeps it incredibly clean! The yard was great and the front porch is even better ! Great parking as well. I will note you are on a pretty busy street so there is some nose involved but after about 10pm it was quiet and we slept just fine. Thanks for the great coffee and tea available we used both and it was perfect to have a morning cup on the porch before we started our day.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

The perfect air bnb near Annapolis! The quiet neighborhood and beautiful home made for a relaxing weekend, but the location being so close to downtown was perfect! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is well-appointed. Location is easily walkable to DTA and USNA. Right off West St, which has a cool vibe with restaurants and shops. Beds are comfortable. House is updated with nice decor. Host is super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Another great stay with a wonderful host in a lovely house on the water.

We only use rentals and this is probably one of the best ones in terms of location, space, and cleanliness. The owners have put much effort into making sure that the house has everything you could need while traveling. Our family really appreciated their generosity with coffee pods, towels, community food pantry, welcoming bottle of wine, and fresh flowers! We would definitely try to stay here every time we come to visit our son at the USNA.

House was exactly as described. It’s right outside of the arts district of Annapolis, about a five minute drive. Lots of great dining and things to do. Caitlin was an excellent host and very responsive.

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful the minute we pulled up. The apt was just as she describes and some. My kids enjoyed the stay as well as us adults. So much to do and felt very safe and at home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Penny was an incredible host, very responsive and attentive to my needs as a guest! She has a beautiful backyard and the area was peaceful.

We needed a place close to Gate #1 of the US Naval Academy and this place delivered. I could throw a rock at the guard shack, although I would strongly recommend you not do that. The place was laid out well with a nice living room, comfortable kitchen, and two bedrooms that were large and on opposite sides of the apartment. The only issue we had is with parking and that is simply an Annapolis treat. We were able to park out front (for a fee) to unload, but that is not guaranteed as there are only so many spots. You can park on both sides of the street though. We parked the vehicle in the Hillman Parking Garage and were able to walk most places. It was a quick walk to the garage from the Apartment and we went to the "downtown" shopping area and the docks several times. Our stay was pleasant and if possible, we will stay here again. Thanks!

This was a perfect spot for a short getaway from DC. Shawn was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

This place feels like home away from home. Beautiful neighborhood and cozy accommodations. Very close to some amazing restaurants and only a short drive to all the amenities of Annapolis. We highly recommend this location for a weekend getaway. The hosts Linda and Scott are welcoming and friendly and the house is always clean and comfortable. A+ experience every time!

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

Manon's place was wonderful as we were there for business as well as pleasure. WiFi and work area were so excellent and there was so much room to relax. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well supplied. Bed was totally comfy. Perfect location, and walk-able, for seeing a show up at Ram's Head. Also, so near the Boatyard Bar & Grill and Oscar's Coffee - our favorite places in Annapolis.

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

Wonderful space in a great location. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with good quality cooking gear and nice appliances. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Loved the market right across the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kelly in her lovely, spotlessly clean Condo. Everything you need to make your stay a memorable one is on hand. Check in was a breeze, Kelly is supper friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Great location for easy downtown access and lots of shops an restaurants close by. We hope to return.

I loved every minute of my one night stay. I would love to return when I fly out of BWI again. I highly recommend Ayman’s place!

Great place. Quiet building. Beautiful view of the water and the boats. Stocked with everything you’d need. Very comfortable beds. Great patio/deck. The coffee grinder was not working initially. We contacted Jared and he had another one delivered the next day. Couldn’t ask for more from a host. Very walkable. We walked almost everywhere from the unit. Highly recommend!

A beautiful location with plenty of room for two couples. Nice balcony and panoramic view of the historical Annapolis waterfront and state capital. Fantastic restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Super parking too!!!

Great location. Everything you can want is near the location. Bars, restaurants, and even tennis across the street. Fun beach vibe inside the home.
