Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful the minute we pulled up. The apt was just as she describes and some. My kids enjoyed the stay as well as us adults. So much to do and felt very safe and at home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

This is our second stay in Megan’s place and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Annapolis! She’s the perfect hostess, fully stocked, having everything you can possibly need! She always responded quickly with any questions and follows thru on any needs! Thanks Megan! See you down the road! ☘️💚

Helen’s place felt like home and was an amazing place for our family to have some time with our Midshipman from the Naval Academy. Helen was kind and super responsive in communication. We would definitely visit again.

We would return in a heartbeat to enjoy the peaceful setting and spend even more time in the kayaks on the river.

Great weekend getaway with my daughter. House was cozy and clean and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

A great location for walking everywhere with easy access to restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable. We even ended up asking Megan what type of mattress they had! One thing to note is that the parking garage has a very steep entrance/exit, just a heads up for those that drive a manual car like I do.

We needed a place close to Gate #1 of the US Naval Academy and this place delivered. I could throw a rock at the guard shack, although I would strongly recommend you not do that. The place was laid out well with a nice living room, comfortable kitchen, and two bedrooms that were large and on opposite sides of the apartment. The only issue we had is with parking and that is simply an Annapolis treat. We were able to park out front (for a fee) to unload, but that is not guaranteed as there are only so many spots. You can park on both sides of the street though. We parked the vehicle in the Hillman Parking Garage and were able to walk most places. It was a quick walk to the garage from the Apartment and we went to the "downtown" shopping area and the docks several times. Our stay was pleasant and if possible, we will stay here again. Thanks!

Jamie was responsive and flexible, while the place was exactly as described and shown in photos. Easy to find location with nearby restaurants. Very affordable!

Grab this up for your next trip , amazing stay ! This place deserves 5 stars and more! It’s set up nicely with great use of space. It has everything you need to feel like you are at a home away from home! Shops/food right across the street (we had Sammy’s and Chinese and both were good). I’ll add that I’m extremely immunocompromised and I felt so safe walking into this home didn’t have to worry about being close to the public (hotel stay) and she keeps it incredibly clean! The yard was great and the front porch is even better ! Great parking as well. I will note you are on a pretty busy street so there is some nose involved but after about 10pm it was quiet and we slept just fine. Thanks for the great coffee and tea available we used both and it was perfect to have a morning cup on the porch before we started our day.

The perfect air bnb near Annapolis! The quiet neighborhood and beautiful home made for a relaxing weekend, but the location being so close to downtown was perfect! Highly recommend!

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

This was the best Air BNB experience I've ever had! it was exactly as described, Kwan was very responsive. I especially liked all the items I needed in the kitchen and bathroom. there were plenty of utensils, even laundry soap! There was even hot sauce in the cabinet! We have family in this area and we will definitely stay with Kwan Ho next time! it felt like home!

We only use rentals and this is probably one of the best ones in terms of location, space, and cleanliness. The owners have put much effort into making sure that the house has everything you could need while traveling. Our family really appreciated their generosity with coffee pods, towels, community food pantry, welcoming bottle of wine, and fresh flowers! We would definitely try to stay here every time we come to visit our son at the USNA.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kelly in her lovely, spotlessly clean Condo. Everything you need to make your stay a memorable one is on hand. Check in was a breeze, Kelly is supper friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Great location for easy downtown access and lots of shops an restaurants close by. We hope to return.

Nikki was a very accommodating and friendly host. Gave me great recommendations for visiting Jersey which I appreciated thoroughly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Quiet building. Beautiful view of the water and the boats. Stocked with everything you’d need. Very comfortable beds. Great patio/deck. The coffee grinder was not working initially. We contacted Jared and he had another one delivered the next day. Couldn’t ask for more from a host. Very walkable. We walked almost everywhere from the unit. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable condo near Eastport in Annapolis. Quick drive to downtown, USNA and shopping. Kitchen is very well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in town!

There are a lot of great restaurants and it’s very quaint in the downtown area. We had a wonderful mini vacation visiting our son.

Having stayed at this property before, the most as usual was great and very responsive and respectful to our needs. The host was very warm and accommodating to our last minute changes. We will definitely will be booking this property again due to amenities and warmth of the host to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for such a great stay.

Great location. Everything you can want is near the location. Bars, restaurants, and even tennis across the street. Fun beach vibe inside the home.
