This Airbnb is exactly as it is presented and I recommend the rental. My only issue is more community based, not a reflection of the host. There is a lot of run down properties surrounding this rental and the town of Soufriere is very much a local environment, not touristy, which equals not much shopping or things to do without booking tours/excursions. Jose and his team (Britney) were very responsive to my numerous questions and offered many suggestions for eating out.

We had an excellent stay at the beautiful Eden Crest villa apartment. Safe and clean with generous hosts, Adela and Frederic, who answered our questions and offered us help.  They are also in the process of building a restaurant on site. You will be in for a treat! Tasted the delicious food when Adela shared a few plates with us from the lunch she was preparing for their colleagues.  Highly recommend renting a four wheel drive for the St Lucian roads which ca be tricky. Bonus tip! We found Waze to be a better navigation app. Google and Apple Maps ended up being incorrect a few times. 

Very enjoyable four day stay. Spectacular view of the town and hills from the high up location. Walking to and from town was good exercise for my wife and I, though may prove to be too challenging for some, in which case a rental car would be beneficial. Local sightseeing trips are plentiful. We did the volcano and waterfall and also the beautiful botanical gardens all of which were worthwhile. Plenty of good and varied eating places especially for local cuisine which we very much enjoyed. Our host Whitney was excellent - very responsive and friendly.

Look no further for a place to stay . Soleil Apartments is located in a perfect spot. It’s right by the town, yet still has its sense of privacy. Mora is by far the best host I’ve ever encountered. Mora made this experience extra special. From directions, to availability, to friendliness, she went above and beyond to make this experience memorable. She is pretty much available all the time for her guest. The place is the cutest apartment and with the best service . From Mora, to our driver, to our housekeeper, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The only thing I wished, is that our stay would of been longer. Can’t wait to go back to St. Lucia and stay at this gem again. Thank you for everything to Mora and her team.

We enjoyed our stay at Sugarmon Villas - the view is absolutely incredible! And Lewis was a helpful host. There was spotty WiFi and not much hot water, but overall I’d say the value was worth it compared to resort prices. Be prepared - the roads leading to the Airbnb are very steep and bumpy. The property is up a mountain so we were definitely glad we got a rental car

Super séjour, le logement est bien situé et facile d’accès en voiture, un VUS est recommandé à mon avis , car les routes sont très rocheuses, étroites et peu entretenues. La piscine était magnifique et rafraîchissante. Notre hôte a été tres réactif et de bons conseils. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

An excellent stay from the moment I arrived until the moment I left! Sugarmon Villas was reasonably priced, spotlessly clean and offered great views over Soufrière and the Pitons. Whitney was a great host and made sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend staying here as a Base for St Lucia. Also - there's a very friendly and affectionate ginger cat here, he lives around the villas. Please be kind to him and give him lots of love - he's such a sweet cat 🐈❤️

This place was such a gem. Lucy greeted us at our check in and showed us around. Nestled right in the town of Soufriere close to all the nature adventures such as the sulphur springs and waterfalls, a short distance from Tet Paul Nature trail, this suite was in the perfect area for our stay. We also enjoyed that it felt very local and the restaurants and water front were within walking distance. Symeon was extremely responsive in all my questions (which were a lot!) he even helped us last minute get a taxi to our next destination when our original taxi driver was very late and accommodated our check out because of it. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I’d suggest bringing ear plugs just for the tree frogs which can get quite loud at night 😂 Thank you Symeon and Lucy!

Chez Salaam is a clean, functional and comfortable place to stay on the hillside overlooking Canaries. The terrace looks out onto a canopy of banana, orange, palm, starfruit trees. We needed a car to get around and there is room to park on the roadside before a steep driveway down to Denise's place. The hosts were very response to all our questions. We were a party of three and there was ample room for us. The kitchen had everything and everything worked. There is a manager who lives on site and is available for anything you might need.

We stayed here during our first trip to St. Lucia and we absolutely love everything about it! The drive was about 50 minutes from the airport so it’s best to rent a car or hire a driver. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed plus more. The bed was very comfortable and the AC unit was powerful, it cooled the whole apartment after a hot sunny day. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from Marigot Bay. We really enjoyed staying at Suzanne’s place, especially sitting on the balcony enjoying a few beverages, while taking in a wonderful scenic view of ocean. The apartment was extremely comfortable and peaceful. In addition, Suzanne was wonderful! She provided us with a lot of useful information so that we were able to make most out of our short time there. We felt safe and comfortable. Just a wonderful place that we would surely love to visit again!

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property as a solo traveller. The apartment has everything you need, is modern inside and very comfortable. It looks just like the photos. The air con and WiFi are very good. The location is private, quiet and peaceful with nice views of the mountains and sea. It’s just a 5 minute drive down to the main bay area in Marigot which is very beautiful. It has some great looking yachts docked and 4 good restaurants. There is a small beach on the other side of the bay which you can get regular ferry to, it’s where Doolittle’s restaurant is which in my opinion is the best one, if you say you are going to the restaurant then the ferry is free. Irwin is a very accommodating host, he was very welcoming, gave clear instructions, is fast at communicating and proactive with suggestions. I’d definitely stay again!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve had ever stayed in! Denis & Kay’s home is spacious, comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the property, the Roseau valley, and the Caribbean. We definitely recommend guests bring an SUV to get up the hill and be sure to wear ample sunscreen as well as insect repellant — mosquito bites can happen even in paradise. We can’t say enough good things about our experience and hope others will have the opportunity to visit an extraordinary spot! We’re so grateful and will definitely be back!

This place is so relaxing and beautiful to stay at! We loved our private balcony and felt so relaxed looking out to the water. It was a very quiet and peaceful location. We scheduled to have the dinner at the property which was very good-huge portions! Breakfast was good as well. Additionally, the pool was perfect and very refreshing. Make sure to note that there are many many stairs, which could be a greater challenge for some. Another positive of the space was that it was a quick and easy 10 minutes drive to the airport. Definitely would recommend again!

I had a fantastic stay with my daughter, and Cynthia, our host, was incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The apartment was well-equipped for cooking, featuring a large fridge freezer perfect for storing drinks and ice. We enjoyed hot water for our showers and made the most of the rooftop jacuzzi, which Cynthia ensured was freshly filled for our use without any issues. The apartment provided complete privacy with no shared spaces, and the security monitoring added an extra layer of safety for guests. The washing machine was a great convenience, allowing us to do our laundry, and by the evening, our clothes were dry on the line. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return. For those who prefer not to walk, I suggest hiring a car. Alternatively, they also offer a taxi-like service at an additional cost, which is very handy if needed.

Our stay was fantastic! Quiet and beautiful location, close to town for food and drinks but far enough away that it was peaceful. We ordered some groceries ahead of time and were also able to book a fishing charter and massages in the villa. The pool was a great amenity in the Saint Lucia heat! The Sam and the onsite team were so welcoming, friendly and responsive!

Super convenient. House is at the end of the road, so no traffic. Joseph, Nadia and family are great people and were most helpful. House has off street gated parking. Got to meet the next door neighbors..... super cool people.

The host/owner, Allison, and house-sitter, Nick, were extremely accommodating and helpful! There was a hurricane watch during our stay and both individuals kept us actively informed and updated the entire time. Such a breathtakingly beautiful view!! We highly recommend this location and appreciate all the hospitality.

Javid’s villa is beautiful and in serene surroundings. He was very helpful throughout the stay, including organizing a tour for me and helping me to get to places when I didn’t have a car. I felt very safe here being a woman on a solo trip. The town of Soufriere is at a walkable distance (although it is uphill on the way back) with shops, restaurants and plenty to see. You can also access the Touraille waterfall just across the road for free (avoiding the tour crowds) when you stay at Javid’s villa. I would recommend this accommodation to solo travelers and friends/couples (not the best for families with small kids as there is a steep drop a the river behind the pool). One recommendation I would have is stocking the unit more with kitchen supplies, including stuff for washing the dished. All in all, a great stay.

Excellent séjour chez notre hote, plein de petites attentions, produits d’hygiène à disposition, thé café, très bonne literie, personnel très aimable, souriant avec une bonne dose d’humour. Bref nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
