abbiamo passato dal 30/12 al 01/01, posto bellissimo in pieno centro al massimo del comfort, appartamento pulito. accoglienza decisamente al top 💪 sicuramente torneremo 🥰

Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Where do I start? If you’re thinking of traveling to Orvieto, stay here. This is the most unique and charming Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Sylvia and Aldo made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit, welcoming us into their cozy family home and sharing with us their favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and gelaterias. Aldo picked us up and returned us to the train station; the fridge was stocked with yogurt, milk, juice, and butter; they left breakfast sweets for us and a bottle of wine. We loved reading about Sylvia’s father, Valentini, and enjoyed his artwork throughout the house. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is small but has what you need to cook. And Orvieto, ahhh, what a wonderful little town. We visited in August and there were many tourists but it didn’t feel crowded. We loved our stay and want to go back!

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

Nina’s place was just what we wanted for our overnight stay near the station and hire car office. We had everything we needed, with a supermarket nearby and a lovely café for the morning. Pietro gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of little extras to assure a comfortable stay. We were very happy there.

Grazie a Massimiliano che ha accolto sti due ciclisti sgangherati e ha fatto di tutto per agevolarci. Massimiliano gentilissimo, appartamento molto bello, curato e pulitissimo. A ridosso del centro, raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio interno e bici al sicuro. Esperienza ottima.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

Host super gentili e disponibili e location impeccabile. La residenza è storica e si respira un'aria tranquilla e piacevole. Gli host hanno condiviso con noi alcuni prodotti del loro orto e ci hanno consigliato attività e luoghi da visitare. Siamo stati molto bene e ci siamo sentiti accolti, grazie!

L'alloggio proposto era confortevole e ben tenuto. Per un passaggio di lavoro aveva tutto ciò che serviva. Pur non avendone usufruito sottolineo la presenza di cose essenziali sia per la colazione che per cucinare come caffè, olio, sale e tutto ciò che serve per l'igiene. Lo spazio è rustico, ma ben tenuto in perfetto armonia con il luogo in cui sorge. Le stanze e i comfort proposti eccellenti. Segnalo solo le scale un po' ripide per chi avesse limitazioni motorie o difficoltà nei movimenti.

המארח היה מאד ידידותי , הכין ארוחת ערב טעימה ונעימה בטוח שנזכור את שהייתנו כחוויה נעימה. ייתכן והוספת ארוחת בוקר הייתה משלימה את החוויה המקסימה שחווינו. תודה רבה לאנדראה.

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Although close to the commercial section of old Montepulciano, this apartment is on a quiet side street at the low end of the town. Photographs are accurate. The apartment was spacious for a couple; a family of four would be very comfortable there. LOTS of cabinet storage on both floors. Of particular note is the view of Tuscan hills from the living room window and the great, functional layout of the kitchen. The apartment is a short walk away from a large grocery store and countless wine shops, cafes, and traditional ristorantes. Parking is a steep climb away for those with mobility concerns. Communication with Paolo and Carlotta was excellent.

Acomodação top, com a melhor vista de Montepulciano, a poucos passos da área central da cidade mas ao mesmo tempo em um local de paz e tranquilidade , sendo possível estacionar muito próximo da acomodação, o que é uma raridade. Além disso, a acomodação é muito bem equipada, com literalmente todo o necessário para uma estadia confortável, seja curta ou mais longa. Recomendo fortemente

L’Host Nicola è molto disponibile. La casa si presenta nel centro del borgo di Castiglione. A 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago e nel centro ci sono trattorie e negozi con prodotti locali. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out e accoglienza con cialde per caffè comprese nel prezzo

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.
