Antalya : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a fabulous stay here. Thee best location for exploring the old towns many bars and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the busy main road for all the shopping you could want. A little street noise but no more than you would expect in a busy area. It certainly didn't bother us. The terrace was a wonderful space for morning coffee and evening chill. Very comfortable and clean bed. The mattress looked as new with an added protector. The basic cooking space had everything we needed for snacking through the day before heading out for evening meals. Lovely clean hot showers and no nasty smells. Delightful host Yaren was so helpful with local information. We can't recommend this place enough. Its fabulous and we can't wait to return. A+++++++

Ece was a very helpful host, very prompt in their response and clear. The apartment had a lovely view with big sliding doors to go into the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom upstairs. The main balcony had electric sliding windows and rooftop to allow air in or reduce direct sunlight. The air conditioning worked perfect and was in every room. Pots, pans and cutlery were there, fridge was very spacious, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. There was a sauna and jacuzzi within the apartment which was very convenient and the place appeared very nice and modern. The swimming pool was open from 8am to 8pm, there are local shops about 10-minute walk away as well as a butchers. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly and a bit rocky but you can take a taxi to Kleopatra beach which will be about 20 mins and the tourist area of Alanya is also around 15 mins. There are also some restaurants and shops if you head towards mahmutlar.

This place is great. It is perfectly positioned in the center of Alanya, and it has everything you would need to be comfortable. We stayed there with two kids of 3 and 5 years, which went fine. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would warmly recommend this place for anybody that are travelling to Alanya!

Excellent emplacement. Quartier avec de nombreux restaurants et un centre commercial + food court à proximité et en même temps calme. Air de jeux pour les enfants, et piscine avec des toboggans faisant partie de la résidence. Appartement propre et décoré avec goût + ce qu'il faut comme ustensiles. Hôte très réactive par message.

Ahmet bey guleryuzlu ve samimeyetle bizi karşıladı. Ev konum olarak denize nazır, Akcagerme plajına yürüme mesafesinde idi. Kaş merkeze ve Kaşın diğer güzel plajlarına arabayla ulaşım kolaydı. Evde bir ev için gerekli bütün eşyalar vardı. Ev eşyaları yeni ve duzenliydi. Beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Kasta konaklamak isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Apartment is fabulous very clean and everything you would need. It is approximately 20min walk into town and beach. The road by Apartment is unmade, so very dusty. I would recommend either a car or electric trycycle. There is building works going on so can be noisy. As i only really slept in apartment it was not a problem. Only one plug socket in bedroom, so would recommend taking an extension lead, also a torch for walking in evening. I had a wonderful holiday and loved the apartment.

Wir haben als Famili drei Tage zwei Nächte übernachtet und die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war sehr sehr schön und zudem auch sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist ruhig und privat. Auch die Gastgeberin Frau Betül hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert, was wirklich super ist! Der vor Ort anwesende Herr Metin war auch super lieb und nett und ist immer auf unsere Fragen und Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Alles in einem kann ich sagen, dass es bisher dir beste Unterkunft ist, die ich auf Airbnb gemietet habe. Wahrscheinlich wird es nicht das letzte Mal sein. Alles war echt sehr sehr sauber und ser schön. ✨

Benim ailem ile birlikte ilk Airbnb aracılığı ile yaptığım tatil organizasyonuydu. Son derece memnun kaldık. Konumu mükemmeldi. Denize 5 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu doğal, saklı bir bahçe. Üstelik pırıl pırıl bir havuz, sanki tamamen size ayrılmış. Ev gayet temiz fakat banyonun biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Onun dışında birde eve ulaşmadan önce ev sahibi ile mutlaka iletişime geçip konum istemek lazım. Sistemdeki konum sizi biraz farklı bir yere götürebiliyor. Bunun dışında biz bundan sonra tatillerimizi bu tarz bir organizasyon ile yapacağız. Son derece ekonomik ve en güzel tarafı UHD tatil yerleri ile aynı denizi kullanıyorsunuz... :)

Gayet keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Evin konumu yukarıda ama yeşilin serinliğini hissediyorsunuz. Sıcak havalarda ilaç gibi geldi. Manzara çok iyi. Evin içi ve dışı keyifli zaman geçirmeye uygun tasarlanmış. Klima vs hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Eşyalar yeni ve kaliteliydi. Mustafa Bey de sagolsun her ihtiyacımıza her zaman ilgili ve destekliydi. Hiç sorun yaşamadık. Kalabalık veya sakin her ikisi için de ideal bir yer.

Biz dört kişi kiraladık. Her birimiz çok memnun kaldık. Görseldekilerden cok daha güzel, bir daha tercih edeceğimiz bir ev. Ev sahipleri cana yakındı ve her soruma çok hızlı cevap verdiler, sorunsuz giriş yaşadık. Ev tam olarak istediğimiz konumdaydı. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık.

Charmig lägenhet med varsam renovering som bevarar historiska detaljer samtidigt som den erbjuder moderna bekvämligheter. Det funktionella köket, den mysiga innergården och den effektiva uppvärmningen gjorde vår familjevistelse (4 pers) mycket bekväm. Vi uppskattade särskilt att ha gångavstånd till allt - restauranger, butiker och sevärdheter. Värden och hans bror var exemplariska - alltid tillgängliga, mycket hjälpsamma och snabba att svara på frågor. Bra att veta: Läget bland restauranger och barer innebär livliga kvällar, särskilt fredag-lördag. För oss var detta en del av charmen med att bo centralt. Städningen kunde varit noggrannare, men det påverkade inte vår trivsel nämnvärt. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende för den som vill uppleva Antalyas gamla stad på nära håll och skulle definitivt välja att bo här igen vid vårt nästa besök.

Deniz manzaralı. Gün batımını izlemek için harika bir konumda. Bir evde olması gereken neredeyse her şey mevcut. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Mutfak bölümünde kahvaltı ve yemek yapmanızı sağlayacak her türlü mutfak eşyası mevcut. Havuz yeteri büyüklükte ve tertemiz. Evde kesinlikle öyle. Taner Bey ve eşi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü insanlar. Taner Beyin sağladığı kablosuz projeksiyon cihazı ile bahçede film - dizi izlemekte ayrıca keyif vericiydi. Tekrar gelebilmek ümidiyle...

El alojamiento es muy moderno y en excelentes condiciones, es muy conveniente que tengas carro si también quieres visitar otros lugares, nosotros teníamos carro y no hubo problema por ello. Precio accesible, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme con Eray.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser
