Great appartement very close to main street, ski school and ski lift.

We had to book this house last minute due to unforeseen issues with another property. Scott was extremely helpful and responsive and the location near the BreckConnect Gondola was great!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house in Leadville! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making this place special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and sipping coffee on the porch in the crisp morning air. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and extra blankets. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or just a quiet getaway, this place is an absolute treasure. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great time at Gwen's place. She kept in touch with us and sent us instructions on how to check in. She also sent codes for the rec center with the pool, hot tubs, work out room, and game room. Gwen also let us check in early, which was a huge help since we brought a dog with us. The place was plenty big for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were updated. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the creek outback was beautiful. The location between Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Dillon is great. We highly recommend this place.

Mathew's place well exceeds 5 star rating expectations. He is truly amazing as host. His policies are honest, simple, and based on mutual respect. The only thing he asks of his guests is smoke free cabin, leave on time, and don't be disrespectful. He was very responsive before, during, and after the stay. He let me know that the property was available before check in time and allowed me to arrive early. The accommodations are spectacular. A small draw back is the un-paved road if your car or driving level is not accustomed to being off road. The breath taking views and beauty of the property exceeds the photos. The cabin was extremely inviting with all amenities stated and extras, while leaving enough room for things you brought along. The areas around the cabin are set up with pathways and trails to go explore. The scenery and mountain views make you feel one with nature with all the comforts of home. This property has the best hosts and cozy comfortable accommodations.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5. All three of our kids had their own bed, which was really nice. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need and the place was spotlessly clean. The house is very cozy and the gas fireplace in the living room is so easy to use and wonderful after being outside in the cold all day skiing. Richard was very proactive and helpful in his communications and it was so easy getting into the house. This location worked out great for our week in Leadville skiing at Ski Cooper. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Jen’s condo. Walk less than 100 yds to the Snowflake lift. At the end of the day, ski home on the 4 o’clock trail and step off the trail into the parking lot for the condo. Very comfortable for 2 people, well-appointed kitchen, and easy walk into town. Highly recommended

This home was perfect for 4 families with young children. Everyone felt at home. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable and kitchens (yes there were two) had absolutely everything our family needed to cook every meal! We all felt we were home away from home. Hosts were overly considerate to accommodate a baby and 3 young children, even sharing their own toys and books! Bedding and towels were lush. The location was minutes from Garden of the Gods, the Cog Train up to Pike’s Peak, the Dino Museum, the Broadmoor, and the James Turrell short hike to Skyspace! Very evening we had a fire and s’mores in the outdoor firepit! We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Nathan and Kim were thoughtful about all details and responded quickly whenever we had a question. Great hosts and great place!
