Antilles : locations de vacances

We felt right at home when we walked in. The house was very clean and smelled beautiful. The lighting was great and the house, appliences and amenties were all upgraded. We had no issues and inmediately relaxed and felt right at home. We will stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property.

We were happy with everything but if anyone plans on working via wifi while staying here know that the wifi in the area was not great. This was not the host or the house's fault, I just wanted to comment this because it made it hard for me to get any work done that I needed to while on vacay. The house is great, the pool and downstairs was great. The only thing I was not happy with was the pool heater not being on and not being asked until our third day if we wanted it and then it was an extra $100. I feel like for how much we paid for the week, the pool being heating should be included.

Le logement est situé au sein d’un complexe offrant des prestations de qualité (salle de sport, piscine, restaurant, conciergerie…) à proximité de la belle plage de Mullet Bay, d’un parcours de golf et de zones commerciales (restaurants, etc). Situé au 12etage, il offre une belle vue panoramique. L’intérieur est spacieux avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Je recommande.

Jeri Beth's home was magnificent in every way: comfortable, well-equipped, spotless, and with high-end details inside and out, not to mention a fabulous location with views of the park and water from the entire front of the house. The beds were super comfortable and we had so much space. It was peaceful to have breakfast and appetizers overlooking the park and water from the screened-in porch. The location is so convenient. We walked to restaurants, the Military Museum, the Farmer’s Market, and more. We visit Punta Gorda every year and look forward to staying here again.

Good location. Close to everything. Very spacious home. Good value off the high demand beach areas. Montana is super helpful and very responsive before, during and after our stay.

Right from the start I just loved how Robyn answered any questions and introduced herself before we came. If i texted her i got an immediate response and was so welcoming. Our place had everything we needed and more. Very impressive. We would definitely go back. I also saw that others make returns their as well. Love the tropical space in the back where the tiki bar is. Marvelous 🥰🥰

This place is hands down AMAZING!! Diego was one of the best hosts we have had. He gave several suggestions on local activities to try out. The beach was the best. Not over crowded at all. Pools were clean and beautiful as well. We will 100% be back at his place in the future!

place was clean, comfortable, somewhat crowded in bedroom with king size bed but it worked. pleanty of extras. Bikes , grill, beach bag with towels for our use. we struggled to find the place . Our gps took us to some non discript stretch of Summerlin drive. I think the sign in the front of the community showed a different name than what we were given, but we found the place. If you go to Bunche Beach wear bug spray, the no see ums chewed us up the first time. WE drove to Sannibel Island 2 days to enjoy light house beach. easier parking crown ds were not as big as on Ft Meyer Beach. This was our first time in a senior community. Our only complaint was that we missed our kids and 8 grandkids. We are not used to all the peace and quite.

The hosts were great! They provided clear instructions prior to check-in and we never needed to contact them during our stay. Prior to our stay they responded immediately to a few questions we had. The location was perfect for us with young kids. It was easily walkable to the pool, beach, restaurants, ice cream, souvenir shops, and a small grocery store. It was also only a quarter mile from the bridge to head back toward Sarasota. We had some concerns from other reviews about the private beach being small, but it was no issue at all for us to find space to set up close to the water. The only minor issue we had had nothing to do with the hosts and could probably be expected during Spring Break time, but given the location of the home we could hear cars and people outside late into the night, and there was some overnight construction at one of the businesses across the street for a couple of nights during our stay. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend using a white noise machine.
