Das Haus war schön geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich war teilweise überdacht und es gab 2 Möglichkeiten, um es sich vor dem Haus im Schatten oder in der Sonne gemütlich zu machen. Die Küche war mit vielen Geräten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnzimmerbereich war sehr gemütlich. Die Eigentümerfamilie arbeitet und wohnt in den Gebäuden direkt nebenan. Das einzige, was wir im Nachhinein ein klein wenig nachteilig empfunden haben, war, dass wir auf unseren Motorroller angewiesen waren, weil wir uns ein wenig "in the middle of nowhere" empfunden haben. Um uns herum abgemähte Felder und vereinzelte Häuser. Naoussa und die nächsten Strände waren zwar nicht weit weg, dennoch waren wir auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Dank Michalis haben wir unseren Motorroller zu sehr guten Konditionen angemietet und unsere Lieblingstaverne Katsounas gefunden. Wen es nicht stört, dass er fußläufig nicht nah an einem Ort ist, der hat hier einen gute Standort,um Paros zu erkunden

We chose to get married at Kambones because of the historic home and beautiful surroundings. The venue feels like you’ve stepped into history and is beautiful and peaceful. Sophia and Nikos helped with everything from wedding planning, coordinating with local vendors, playing live music, and teaching us Greek dancing. As a wedding venue or as a vacation rental, this house is beautiful, unforgettable, and truly unique. Sophia also personally showed us local sites and made sure we were comfortable, happy, and informed. She’s the best host we’ve ever had in our travels! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ! - Melanie & Scott ❤️

spent one week in Paros and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. Beautifully located in Santa Maria area, 10 minutes drive to Naoussa. Very clean and perfectly equipped. Communication was easy and very friendly. Would always come back!

J'ai adoré ! Vasilis et Costis sont des hôtes extrêmement bienveillants, serviables et adorables, j'ai l'impression d'avoir quitté des amis en partant! Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. La maison est un peu à l'écart du village avec une vue mer époustouflante sur l'île de Naxos, Naoussa sur la gauche et Piso livadi sur la droite. Environnement très calme, loin de la foule. L'accès n'est pas évident mais possible en scooter. Le village de Kostos est à 5/7 min en scoot et après tout est environ à 15/20 min. C'est très pratique. La maison est bien organisée, très bien équipée avec des appareils et matériaux de qualité, et décorée avec goût. C'est exactement ce que je recherchais. Un grand merci à Vasilis et Costis ☺️

Wir können uns den Empfehlungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen. Das Haus ist super. Gut gelegen, sowohl zur Stadt hin als auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung vor allem an die Nordküste. Auch ist es gut ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist das große Schlafzimmer sowie das stylische Badezimmer. Alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden mit Wein und kandierte Zitrusschalen (sehr lecker) begrüßt. Dimitris und sein Vater sind herzliche, kommunikative und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Lazarakia Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Danke für diese schöne location auf Naxos. Doris & Robert

we couldn’t be happier with our stay in ios!!! our hosts nick and nancy were superb, they picked us up from the port and drove us to our accomodation. when we got to the property, they really took their time to walk us through it and give us local recommendations, and were so responsive and attentive throughout our whole trip, they even booked a taxi for us one day and drove us back to the port on our last day!!! the property itself was simply immaculate. it was so spacious, clean and had plenty of natural lighting, and a massive outdoor area which was perfect to chill and enjoy the stunning views surrounding the property. plenty of amenities, and amazing value for money. the location was also walking distance from the port and chora - we couldn’t have asked for more, thank you nick and nancy 💗💗

Absolutely amazing place!! Can’t say enough good things - the views are unbelievable, the home is comfortable and has everything you need, and Nikos and his son are so responsive and friendly. We rented a car which id recommend in general for getting around the island, but if you don’t this place wouldn’t be too bad of a walk into town. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be rebooking if/when I’m back in Sifnos!

Rouli and Nikos are very kind and open hosts, they will help you at their best. They have treated us extremely well. The home is nice and warm, fully equipped. Seaview is fantastic. Their Patio is extremely relaxing. A car is essential. If you need a strong internet connection this area is not suitable. Our stay was very nice and the Island is fantastic.

The appartement is very spacious, very well located, walking distance from the port (10min) restaurants and beach (4min). Ria was very responsive and friendly. The family bakery is a must try, do not miss it.

It was a very special place in the middle of an orchard, very quiet, little bit remoted from the village. The car is necessary. Very well renovated. Clean, equipped. Very helpful host.

Maria répond très rapidement aux messages. La Maison est vraiment agréable et proche de tout (plage de Livadia et village de Parikia) et top de top, le père de Maria assure gentiment le transport entre le port et la villa. Bref une super adresse !!

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento a Paros, ed è stata un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile! La posizione è perfetta: a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più belle dell’isola, e con tutti i servizi essenziali a portata di mano, come un mini market, un distributore di benzina e un ristorante dove abbiamo gustato degli ottimi pita gyros. L'appartamento è immerso in un contesto tranquillo e panoramico, ideale per rilassarsi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina e, soprattutto, il bellissimo terrazzo, dove ci siamo goduti colazioni serene e cene intime sotto le stelle. Un ringraziamento speciale va all'ospitante Marco, che è stato fantastico! Sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti, spiagge da visitare e gite da fare sull'isola. La sua accoglienza ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla, ma vicina a tutto il necessario per esplorare l’isola

מקום מצויין, מיקום בדיוק באמצע בין חופים קרובים מאוד לאזור הנמל והמסעדות. יש הכל במרחק קצר , מכולת בתי קפה חנויות ומסעדות . התקשורת היתה מעולה לאורך כל התקופה , הדירה גדולה ומרווחת יש אפשרות להתחבר לנטפליקס ויוטיוב למי שמעוניין , מקרר גדול ומטבח נוח , מרפסת גדולה עם אפשרות לישיבה בחוץ , קצת רעש מהרחוב לפעמים אבל לא מורגש כאשר החלונות סגורים . תודה על האירוח והשרות ! ממליץ ביותר.

Tutto perfetto, host flessibile e davvero tutto impeccabile. Distanza dal centro di Naoussa ottimale, casa super pulita e soprattutto spaziosa! Gina persona eccezionale, all’arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dei pasticcini di benvenuto, inoltre prima di andare via ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora in piu ripspetto al check-out. Eccezionale, super consigliato.

Appartement très agréable avec de belles terrasses, très bien équipé, avec une vue splendide. L’environnement est très agréable avec plein de petits restos excelle menés autour et un supermarché. Apollon et sa femme ont été de super hôtes, très gentils et réactifs et toujours prêts à répondre et donner de bonnes recommandations. Nous avons été ravis de ce séjour dans cet endroit de rêve et espérons revenir.

Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή! Τελεια αισθητική, cozy ατμόσφαιρα, με θεα την θάλασσα! Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη και την υπεύθυνη του χώρου ήταν άψογη! Όταν έρθουμε ξανά Πάρο ξέρουμε σίγουρα που θα μείνουμε! Σας το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Kyriakos is a very pleasant and enthusiastic owner who provided us with all kinds of fun facts and information. We had an incredibly nice stay in the apartment. Everything was very neat and clean and fulfilled all the descriptions. The central location of the apartment in relation to towns, sightseeing, beaches is perfect. We highly recommend this location!

Kostas place provided stunning views and a great space for our group to stay. We were a short drive down to Parikia for great shops and restaurants. This was a great location to chill and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The villa is exactly as described. It is comfortable, spotless and beautiful everywhere you look. We felt so at home and so taken care of by our hostesses. We were checked on every day and greeted each morning with a fresh baked good that was out of this world! There were always clean towels and the villa was cleaned every day as needed. It was the perfect place to relax and reconnect on our girls trip. I hope to come back again!

We (3 couples) stayed at Villa Lantana for one week. It was a fantastic experience. We loved to sit on the terrace or down by the pool sipping our drinks. It was very quiet and peaceful. The short distance to the beach invites for morning and / or evening walks. We appreciated the extremely well furnished kitchen and the appliances. Thanks to the daily cleaning service we felt like in a hotel. Anila (not sure whether it's correct) was discreet and efficient. Nektaria is a super host, extremely responsive and helpful. The places / restaurants she recommended were all worthwhile to go.

Couldn’t ask for a better holiday! We made ourselves home quickly in this villa as it had everything we needed, and even daily cleaning services, which was a really nice touch. I also liked that we had unobstructed views of the stunning l sunrise and sunset every day at our doorstep. The villa is located at a quieter area of Paros, but still a walking distance to restaurants and a short drive away from the island’s pristine beaches. I’d recommend anyone seeking some peace and quiet to stay at Piso Livadi, and specifically at this lovely property. Thank you Yannis for being such a lovely host and making sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay!

the house was amazing! the view from every window and from the patio is stunning. the house is fantastic equipped so that it is easy to cook and stay in, also there Is a great bakery and deli close by. all the rooms are big and comfortable and the house us beautiful lu

This property well exceeded our expectations!! It was absolutely stunning, spacious and had everything we needed as a group and more. The hosts really went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They communicated early to ensure we were prepped for our stay, met us at the port and escorted us to the property (as well as helping us return to the port on checkout with our luggage), the host also gave us a tour of the property on arrival and had even left us with some essentials like water + snacks to get started. They came to tidy up, refresh towels and collect garbage halfway through the stay. The house itself is just absolutely stunning & the view is to die for. We all agreed this was the best Air Bnb experience we've ever had. Can't recommend it enough!
