This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very well placed in a lovely little village with all the amenities you need close by. The breakfasts were fantastic and the hostess Jules was very kind and helpful. The house itself is a real joy to stay in. In fact - I would advise people who even have no need to get accommodation to go and stay at least one night just for the experience. The furnishings and decor are incredible and one of a kind unique. It is like staying in a little piece of Georgian history. Imagine a period drama or something like Mrs Marples - Murder on the Orient express. It is like the set of one of those. Just fantastic.

Once again David was a fantastic host! His place has become a go to any time I need a place to stay in Belfast. He has plenty of local recommendations and is always up for a chat. Very accessible to the city centre with the glider stop right outside. Looking forward to returning again 🙂

We are really grateful to Jack for hosting us at short notice during the festive period. This is a lovely property in a beautiful location, close to Crawfordsburn Country Park and down to the sea. The property was exactly as described: very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Jack was a great host: very welcoming but also left us to do our own thing. The breakfasts were lovely. We would definitely stay again and have recommended it to others.

We had a really lovely stay at Jo’s place. The host was very kind and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast served to us in the morning. We would recommend this stay to anyone! The location is perfect for catching the ferry and is close to other useful amenities. Overall, a wonderful spot in a great location that anyone would be lucky to stay in!

Mary Lou really does “go the extra mile”. I was travelling around Antrim by bus, fully prepared to explore on foot and was bowled over by her kind offer to drive me into Bellachy to orient me for places of interest relating to Seamus Heaney, the main object of my visit. Her house is full of home comforts with tea, biscuits, m/wave and fridge always available and delicious breakfast in my own private sitting room. Mary Lou is a warm, easy-going and generous host. We had some great chats and I really felt at home. Highly recommended!

I booked accommodation at very short notice and Jackie & Russ could not have been more helpful. Communication was amazing and they were incredibly flexible with check in times and help whilst I was there - I arrived at about 10pm, with Russ kindly gave me a lift to the airport at 5am the following morning. The room was well equipped and homely. My only regret is not being able to stay longer to have a look around the surrounding countryside! I cannot recommend their accommodation any more if you are looking for a place in this area.

I stayed 2 nights at Miriams place . Miriam is an excellent hostess ,we chatted non stop one evening and i had quiet , peaceful early night the next . I felt very relaxed and at home . comfortable bed .quiet safe location. good shower . some breakfast items and tea coffee provided . food shop 1 minute away . walkable to bus services , parks and cafes . Ideal for a sensible price stop over . Would definitely stay again . Miriam was very flexible with my checkout time which made my travel plans so much easier when lugging a backpack and waiting for ferries . Miriam made my visit fun and a memorable new year .

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Sun’s airbnb on a Saturday night. Both her and her partner Jordie are so lovely and so accommodating, you can tell they take so much pride in how the apartment looks. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious too! Such a gorgeous room and really comfortable bed, will definitely be looking to stay again when I’m overnight in Belfast again!

Paula was super helpful and generous during our stay. She borrowed us coats when we extremely needed for trip to Giant Causeway. On top of that she offered us a ride to city center. Room is very lovely. Bathroom is very clean with a tub easy to use. Room is cozy and warm. House location is perfect with Ormeou park just adjacent to it. Ten minutes walk leads to H&W crane and 20 minutes walk to city hall.

Mary was a lovely host! She was so welcoming, helpful and kind. The home was beautiful, clean and had so much character. Breakfast was amazing with pancakes, breads, pastries, tea, coffee, juice, cereal, toast and fresh eggs from her hens. Mary was so much fun to talk with, and her dogs and cat were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast spread and Paula is an amazing host, always ready to help. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would 100% recommend staying at Paula’s if you’re coming to Belfast!

A fabulous stay with Elizabeth at her beautiful B&B. Truly one of my favourite stays. The generosity of spirit and of breakfast portions are a credit to years of hard work.
