Mark was incredibly welcoming and very responsive on messages. He was willing to help us with recommendations and went out of his way to collect some of the group when they went to the wrong address. The space lends itself to a hen or group of friends with a very social media photography friendly living space.

We loved staying in this cosy house. We plan to stay here again when we return to Belfast. There is a fairly new pub cum coffee house a few minutes walk away. We loved it and the people working there. If you happen to be there on a Thursday, they have a traditional music session from 8pm to 10pm.

We are familiar with the area and it was perfect for our needs. Christopher responded promptly to emails and was really helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. We would definitely return. Thanks ever so much.

Clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to bus stops, with plenty of buses, or around 20/30 mins walk into town. Lovely to have Ormeau Park nearby and right next door to a Dunnes supermarket.

Lovely apartment, looks just as described and plenty of space. Free Netflix account on the tv too which was nice. Location is a bit secluded as it’s 2 buses to get into the city centre Good price though and well worth it!

Martin was a very responsive host and check-in was easy. The place was immaculate. It was well-furnished, and the black out blinds made for a very good night’s sleep. The beds were very comfortable (especially the fluffy pillows). Thanks so much again - will make sure to check availability when I’m next in Belfast. Becky, London

Great flat, really spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Host was really helpful with any questions. Was in Belfast to visit the university and the flat is just a few minutes walk away. There are also some great bars and restaurants in the local area.

We stayed in this property for St. Patrick's Day and oh my it is stunning made this trip very comfortable and pleasurable. The decor to the cleanliness of the apartment was immaculate. The way I was communicated with and made to feel so much more comfortable helped the check in and check out. If possible I would have gave 6 stars.

We had a great time staying in Belfast at Mark’s place. Very walkable area, super close to shopping, restaurants and sites. If you want to enjoy the city this is very convenient and comfortable. Great views, too!

such an idyllic location and a fabulous house. we celebrated my sister's 60th birthday here with family. Mariners House was exceptional, so clean spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with with all equipment we required to cook. Great views and so peaceful. I did not want to.leave. Have booked again during summer months. Tracey was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions I had.

What a fabulous house! The pictures really don't do it justice. We had a fantastic weekend in this grand but comfortable and luxurious house. Cheryl was great, very responsive and was able to provide advice and support when needed. This is a great option for large get togethers and is well catered for dinner parties. The location is situated between The Balloo house for a lovely lunch and the Dufferin Arms for a cosy pint. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! Lovely place so quiet and comfortable. If you are fussy about the cleanliness of your accommodation this place is for you. I have never stayed somewhere so clean. Smells amazing when you walk into the building and the room, bed and bathroom are spotless. Aircon is a brilliant addition, lovely big bed and tv with a good sized bedroom with lots of mirrors. Rooms are very quiet and I didn’t hear any noise very nice if you want peace and quiet. Hosts are both very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very easy to come and go as you please. Check in was simple and quick. Will 100% be back again and would recommend to anyone.
