Absolutely amazing place! Everything was pristine! Comfortable, clean and spacious! The kitchen was amazing with everything you would need to cook. The hot tub was fantastic as well! The communication between the host and us was fast and friendly! It was my boyfriends birthday weekend and they hung a banner and gave us cupcakes! We will definitely be back! We did not want to leave! Thank you Spillway for an amazing weekend!

We loved being right in the heart of it all - walking distance to the beach, the marina, plus the many eateries in the downtown area. The space was clean and quaint and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a small sun porch we could sit in to drink our coffee and watch passersby. We were planning to eat out so it was no trouble for us that this studio was not equipped for any cooking. We did have a nice mini fridge with a freezer for drinks and snacks. As soon as we arrived in town we watched the sunset at the marina and saw the northern lights immediately afterward! Guess it just worked out that night. Stacy was excellent with communication both by phone call and text. The shower was nice and hot but be aware there is a curtain dividing the bathroom rather than an actual door. Would highly recommend WaterFire winery a short 10 minute drive away. We love all of the water views in the area and walking to everything so we would be pleased to stay here again.

Very nice rental, exactly as pictured. Location was perfect for skiing, tubing, indoor pool access, resort restaurants. Everything within minutes to Schuss Mountain, Shanty Creek or Bellaire (Short’s brewery). Very cozy space. Fireplace was great, comfortable seating/bed, coffee pods. Would definitely come back.

My stay at Tom & Patti's place was serene and healing. Their garden alone gives the warmest welcome before you walk around to the entrance and see the incredible view of the lake. I really enjoyed the sunroom when you first enter the space. The bedroom has big windows aka great lighting and view of the lake, but pull down shades that give you the privacy you need. I meditated on the dock and sat with the fish in the mornings and Tom & Patti were gracious in accommodating my sudden flight cancelation. The only thing I wish I had was the time to try out their kayaks! Beautiful area, beautiful space, beautiful hosts. Highly recommend. Thank you Patti & Tom!

Wonderful stay with a gorgeous atmosphere. It was a but smaller than we originally perceived, but was promptly made up for with cleanliness and an abundance of amenities. Location was key as well.

I Really enjoyed our stay. Very Clean & nicely updated. My teen girls enjoyed skiing all day & playing board games at night. They have a Great selection of board games. They also enjoyed being able to just walk over to the coffee bar in the morning or over to the tube hill at night or just to walk over to Lakeview for some late night desserts. We were a little nervous the beds would be uncomfortable because we are not use to firm mattresses but we all slept comfortably with no issues. Thank you for a wonderful Stay.

Great new place. Stayed in 2br and was much larger than was expecting. Did not have time to check out the on property amenities, but looked like a cool set up. Walked into town for dinner and again for breakfast. We left behind a jacket and got a text 20 min post checkout. Very nice. Highly recommend.

Nice room. Small but enough room for all of our skiing equipment. No kitchen, if that’s something someone wants. Very nice area. Quiet. Comfortable and but bed, I liked that the tv swiveled so we could watch in bed. Had a great time. Rick was very quick to answer and help as needed.

The apartment was perfect for a weekend getaway to go skiing! The photos of the place matched what we experienced - the place was clean, the towels and other linens were nice, and the shower head was good. Not all places get linens and the shower right, which is very important after a long day of skiing!

Amanda was quick to respond, had all the amenities. Beds were comfy and surroundings were beautiful. Would recommend for sure!

This was a great place for the short time that I needed a place in the area. The hosts were very communicative before and after my stay. I stayed here solo and that was great for me. If I needed to use the other beds, it would have been far too small for 6 people to stay in. I didn't need the kitchenette items and was able to stay cool in the one room with an air conditioner. All in all, it was clean, thoughtfully designed, and in the area I needed. A good stay!

Bryan and Heather were very helpful and responsive from booking to checkout. They even messaged during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We cant wait to stay with them for another ski adventure next year. Many thanks!

Vicki’s place was perfect for our stay at Shanty Creek. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The surroundings were quiet and very peaceful. Vicki was able to respond to our questions quickly. We highly recommend staying at Vicki’s place!

Perfect ski weekend away. This rental was right at the bottom of the hill and could see the lift from the front window. The rental had everything we needed and was clean and cozy. David was very responsive throughout our stay. They even sent a nice little video to help locate the place on arrival which was very helpful. We will definitely be coming back next year. This place was exactly what we were looking for.

My 10 year old daughter, her 2 friends and I had a winter girls weekend at Shanty. Bri's studio offered the perfect space and location. It had all the essentials and plenty of space for 4 of us and my dog. We walked to the tubing hills and Lakeview hotel Pool. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom very clean with plenty of towels, lots of storage (drawers) for the little girls to put their belongings, many hooks for hanging winter coats at the entrance. Kitchenette and dining table a plus. I would book her place again in the future, highly recommend it.

Truly an amazing experience, super friendly. Everything was exactly the way he stated in listing. I can’t recommend enough! Hoping to go back sometime soon!
