My stay at Tom & Patti's place was serene and healing. Their garden alone gives the warmest welcome before you walk around to the entrance and see the incredible view of the lake. I really enjoyed the sunroom when you first enter the space. The bedroom has big windows aka great lighting and view of the lake, but pull down shades that give you the privacy you need. I meditated on the dock and sat with the fish in the mornings and Tom & Patti were gracious in accommodating my sudden flight cancelation. The only thing I wish I had was the time to try out their kayaks! Beautiful area, beautiful space, beautiful hosts. Highly recommend. Thank you Patti & Tom!

It was a great place to stay while we were in town for a wedding! Seems to be the perfect jumping off point for so many wonderful areas in northern Michigan! Sparkling clean and fresh, loved it!

this place met all our expectations, close to the slopes & into town. loved all the recommendations. the pool & hot tub access in the hotel was a nice touch- would come back here again.

I Really enjoyed our stay. Very Clean & nicely updated. My teen girls enjoyed skiing all day & playing board games at night. They have a Great selection of board games. They also enjoyed being able to just walk over to the coffee bar in the morning or over to the tube hill at night or just to walk over to Lakeview for some late night desserts. We were a little nervous the beds would be uncomfortable because we are not use to firm mattresses but we all slept comfortably with no issues. Thank you for a wonderful Stay.

Nice room. Small but enough room for all of our skiing equipment. No kitchen, if that’s something someone wants. Very nice area. Quiet. Comfortable and but bed, I liked that the tv swiveled so we could watch in bed. Had a great time. Rick was very quick to answer and help as needed.

Courtney was a great host and very responsive! The location was beautiful and has plenty to do for a winter getaway away. We loved our time here.

We couldn’t have asked for a better fall weekend up north. The colors were fabulous and the lake was gorgeous. Ben and Alessia’s cottage is wonderful and has a prime location on the lake. They had all amenities that we could ask for in the cottage. All the beds were very comfortable and the living room is cozy. The fire pit outside was great to have a bonfire too. Everything was so nice and clean and there was easy access to whatever we needed. We had no complaints about anything and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation up north!

We had an awesome time at the house on Intermediate Lake. We were a large family with 15 total people and had plenty of room. The large table was great for family dinners and games. The downstairs bedroom worked out well for all of the kids and gave them a place to hang out away from the adults. The boat dock was great for our rental boat and there were lots of toys to play with. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Our stay was amazing. Very peaceful and beautiful. We have stayed there before but I had forgotten that the home and location were wonderful. Our host is the very best that we have had in our thirty years of traveling to the area. She has every amenity necessary and is very quick to answer any questions. The views from the home are spectacular! I can't say enough to praise our host and the location. It is truly an AMAZING place to stay!

You will instantly fall in love with the quiet lakefront beauty and the breath-taking and welcoming home just 60 or so feet from the water. The main floor of the house is close to lake level making the drama of nature around you compelling and inspiring. The waterfront and waves lapping the stone and sand shore are visible from almost all the rooms of the house, and it's a short walk to River Street in Elk Rapids. Traverse Magazine readers voted River Street "in the top 10 of ‘Sweet Small-Town Main Streets in Northern Michigan.'” The pace of life is calming in this lovely town and in this beautiful home. Owner Bernadette and property manager Sam make you feel perfectly at home. Response time to messages is instant, polite, and friendly. There's so much enjoyment to be had for all ages here.

This property is flat out amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice. The layout of the house is perfect for a family vacation with plenty of space all over the house! Game room is amazing with the theater seating and huge TV, the deck is a great place to lounge, walk out door on the ground floor is a nice touch, rooms have a nice view of the lake. The house is very clean and has everything that you need. Yes, the house is amazing, but David made this stay a one of a kind. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient, understanding, and welcoming as a host from start to finish. Communication with David was very clear and concise. Thank you again David for making this vacation one that we will never forget! We will definitely be coming back to stay at one of your properties!

We had a great stay at Wandawood Hall! We had a large group consisting of 3 families, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is close to Traverse City (30ish minutes), Charlevoix (40ish minutes), and Torch Lake (20ish minutes). The backyard space was nice for the evenings. The house is located right on Elk Lake. We enjoyed how clear the water was and and the opportunity to rent kayaks. The beach was sandy as was the water (no rocks!). The host was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. Even with our large group we didn’t need to buy our own toilet paper, paper towel, etc. That was all provided. Overall - we loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

Our stay at this northern Michigan home was fantastic! The house was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The peaceful setting and beautiful scenery made for a perfect getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a relaxing retreat!

My friends and I came for a ski mountain weekend, and we had the BEST time from the moment we walked through our Airbnb to the second we left. Elizabeth pretty much thought of everything that you could ever need for a worry free stay like super clean towels, linens, down to the cookware (literally anything you could think of, she had in the house). The lake is so beautiful, the blackout shades were super helpful after a long night out, and the shuttle service was awesome to get to the mountain in our gear or home from a late night at the lounge. Highly recommend staying here!

We selected East Jordan because it was central to the places we wanted to go to on our self-determined “color tour”. The Breezeway was often traveled and beautiful! This was a great location to hit Traverse City, Mackinaw Island/City, Boyne Mountain, etc. Highly recommend, as the unit was a perfect size, just as the pictures show, and Steve was a great and responsive host.

This was a great condo. Beautiful views and very homey.
