Our stay at Rita’s was extremely pleasant i have stayed here before and it was great. staff are extremely helpful and it’s in a very good spot in Phi Phi. would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back

Wonderful hotel room on the ground floor with a walkout to the large shared pool. The hotel has 24/7 security which wasn’t really needed but was extra peace of mind. The hotel is between the 2 lagoons and right off the pier. Location couldn’t be better for access to restaurants, boat tours, nightlife, etc

Emplacement parfait en plein centre de Koh Phi Phi, la chambre est dans un hôtel donc check in et check out très simple avec possibilité de ranger nos bagages. Belle chambre avec balcon. Tout est parfait, le seul petit défaut est le confort des lits qui sont très durs.

Loved this stay. Location was amazing central to everything and room was very nice. Washroom is a little outdated however.

Great place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good. The hotel it self could use some renovation but it didn’t interfere in our stay. Stunning pool area and outside surrounding, would definitely recommend.

Nos hospedamos solo 1 noche pero nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más.. el complejo es hermoso, super grande y una ubicación genial. Trataría de mejorar la zona del baño, tiene bastante humedad el techo y las paredes, entiendo que el clima húmedo más el calor, no ayuda, pero podrían mejorarlo un poco. El resto, todo ok. Sin problemas y el personal, muy amable. Ojalá, pronto podamos volver!!

What a beautiful piece of paradise! The villa had all the comforts of home and the hosts have gone out of their way to ensure an amazing, relaxing visit (water, juice, tea, lots of toiletries, ceiling fans, portable fan, robes, information booklet, etc). We highly recommend the in-house massage that you can book. The ladies provided the best massages we have had. Wayne met us at checkin and immediately made us feel welcome and at home. I can't say enough about the location and views; absolutely breathtaking! We rented a car and would recommend having some sort of transportation lined up to visit the local sites. People in the surrounding communities were lovely! We would HIGHLY recommend this villa and it was the highlight of our 5 week stay in Thailand. incredibly sad to leave but know there are many others who will enjoy the space as much as we did. Thank you Wayne and Punch for going above and beyond the provide a welcoming space.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Sebastiens Unterkunft. Von der Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts, über Tipps zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und Restaurantvorschlägen wurden wir gut mit Infos versorgt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Es gab sogar Spielzeug für die Kinder. Das Jacuzzi kommt On Top. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Nous avons super apprécié ce logement. Tout était impeccablement propre, bien rangé et décoré avec goût. Beaucoup de vaisselle et de linges supplémentaires étaient mis à disposition. Des petits plus (lampe frontale, spirales ant-moustiques…) ont été appréciés. L’emplacement avec une vue magnifique est très calme. Un vrai plaisir de passer du temps sur la belle terrasse. À quelques minutes à pied, tout est à disposition. Nous avons apprécié les petit document explicatif dans le logement pour des suggestions d’activités ou pour la « logistique ». À noter que Saralisa a été extrêmement réactive et a répondu immédiatement à nos demandes. Les échanges ont été chaleureux. Un magnifique séjour dans ce logement impeccable et chaleureux. Merci !!!

This place is beautiful! The views are stunning and the pool is very nice. AC gets decently cold if you like to sleep in the colder temps and the hot water in the shower was great! You are in the middle of a forest area so expect ants. The walk up the hill is very bad so I would suggest just renting a moped for your travels for about 300baht per day down the road to save you the walk or waiting on the shuttle driver for long periods of time. Host does take a long time to respond so please keep that in mind. It’s very close to the ao nang beach and lots to do in the area! It’s a very safe and quiet area at all hours of the night and day since you are up on a giant hill! Very close to a very popular Muay Thai boxing gym the has classes for all skill levels! Tons to do and tons to see! Definitely add this to your travels!
