What an absolutely stunning property. I only wish we weren't using it for a business trip, we would have had much more time to enjoy the endless luxuries that are bestowed upon thee. As a heavy user of Airbnb's, I highly recommend this property. Jun is a great host, very responsive with great communications.

Jessica's place was amazing, loved the outdoor space to sit after a busy day with a beer. Easy couple of minutes stroll to the town & beach which is absolutely amazing. Very clean, very comfortable beds, great shower. Would definitely recommend to a friend and come back!

We had a fantastic stay here, it was extremely hot though and there is not an air conditioning unit. There was a fan but it was so muggy that air con would’ve been perfect. Great place and super tidy. Thanks heaps

Sharlene was an amazing host, her place was exactly as per the discription and all the facilities were working. The kitchen blew us apart with the amount of items it had, felt like a home. Our group felt sad in leaving the place and wished we had stayed here gor longer. Hoping that we will revisit this place again in future

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

Beautiful stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at an affordable price.

Gran's house was a lovely and perfect place for us. We arrived quite late but check in was easy, and we left early the next morning, but it was a spacious and comfortable home.

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.
