Great location, plenty of space. Outdoor was great!

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at the home in order to escape MN winter and visit family. During our stay, we had adult children and grandchildren visit. The layout of the home worked perfectly for overnight visitors. The pool, hot tub and pool table were used daily. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and small park (with walking path) just around the corner from the house. Any service teams (pool maintenance, landscaping, garbage/recycling) were friendly and unobtrusive. The home is well stocked and comfortable, including the beds. The home is centrally located with easy access to a gazillion stores and restaurants. We did ALL the things during our stay, including a day trip to the beautiful Sedona. (Tik Tok is a great resource!) I can't say enough about Stephanie's response time and helpfulness. We booked a year in advance and from start to finish, she was a 10 out of 10. The only issue we had (with the coffee maker) was resolved with a brand new unit delivered on the same day. Thx!

Such a beautiful home that worked perfectly for our family with older children and little ones as well. The backyard is really nice, and the home was immaculate. Thank you for a wonderful time!

This home is in a great location! Easy access to main roads with all your food and shopping needs. We were able to walk around the neighbourhood and feel safe doing so. The backyard was the highlight, made good use of the clean heated pool and the putting green. Would recommend.

The Elegant Cowboy has it all! This home has a well stocked kitchen and pantry with all the cooking and baking utensils needed for a long stay, amble and comfortable seating for many for dinner or watching TV, the beds are very comfortable and the pool, hot tub and back yard seating was amazing! We loved our relaxing stay at Calin's place! It is right next to South Mountain Park, which has great trails and views. The place is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We especially loved the backyard patio and jacuzzi, along with the hummingbirds and quail. My mom loves birds and she had so much fun hearing the birdsong and seeing new types of birds. Calin is very helpful and responsive and we highly recommend this stay and would love to return the next time we're in Phoenix! The location and amenities can't be beat.

We are a family of 6 with 4 grown teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Beautiful big house with room to spare, big kitchen, nice beds. The backyard is huge - big hot tub, nice pool. Had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location with access to old town - seems to be centrally located so we could reach anywhere we wanted to go via freeways in 25 minutes at the most. I would not hesitate to book this place if you are heading to Phoenix - you won’t be disappointed.

Jeffrey was very responsive without being intrusive. We made a small request and it was promptly addressed and he was very friendly. Highly recommend this home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful backyard area as well we particularly enjoyed.

My husband and I loved our long weekend at Melissa's! The property is beyond beautiful, so quiet and peaceful, and super clean! The bed was comfy and the highlight was our little visits from Zoe, Melissa's dog. I would highly recommend that you stay in the peaceful gem! Easy to get around the area and Melissa was great for recommendations of all to do and see!

What a beautiful place to stay! We celebrated my sister's bachelorette and it was a wonderful time. The location is about 15 to 20 minutes away from most attractions but we hardly wanted to leave! The sunrise view is breathtaking. I'd love to come back.

The host is very responsive and friendly. I feel like the price for the area & what's provided is just right, very reasonable. There wasn't a cleaning fee which I think is great! The home was in reasonably clean condition, could have been a little more thorough but the only thing I was concerned about was immediately fixed by the hosts. Pool & spa both work and had no issues. Comfortable couch, good outdoor seating, comfortable beds, some card games and plenty of space! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Benedikt was very responsive and accurate in the listing of his wonderful place. The location was absolutely stunning. The welcoming amenities were great after traveling to AZ. Greatly appreciated it. It was nice to have the place so well stocked for our group; towels, wash clothes, beds, pillows, tvs, outside seating and the pool was great, kitchen was well outfitted also. Our dog Quinn was quite the little explorer on the property. Thanks again, Kim, Deb, Mike , and Karen and our daughters.

We loved this home! It was beautiful inside and out and well maintained! Barbara and her team were very responsive and very helpful in providing suggestions for hikes and restaurants. This house had it all...we would love to return. Thanks for sharing it.

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!
