Perfect for the two of us. We wanted a clean place to sleep and shower, it exceeded our expectations. Great location and value! We had beautiful weather and zero issues with the accommodations. We would stay again!

The Rexford Suite, being right in the heart of down town, was perfect for us. We could step out the door & walk to the shops & the water. The suite was big and comfortable with a functioning kitchen and full-sized fridge & microwave. I even used the oven once to cook a meal although I must admit that most of the time we ate out. There are many quaint restaurants to choose from so I took advantage of that. The king size bed was luxurious. There were 2 bathrooms, so I used the main one, and my husband used the smaller one. Closet space was more than adequate. The place had a cool, retro vibe to it. I didn’t want to leave. I hope to come back again next year.

Randi was a welcoming and friendly host. The apt is quiet & private- a great retreat! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and ample kitchen to prep meals but also close to lots of restaurants. Very nice!

We can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Such an amazing Host Patti is & location location location. She is the best for sharing such a sweet space. Perfect.

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Place was exactly as described! Very clean and cozy. The host was very proactive and responsive. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Hannah's place was the perfect family retreat! Safe and cozy! Really the perfect location! Everything was exactly as described and just wonderful!

Our already special visit became x-tra special among the sweet swaying pine trees of this shaded lovely home, a bird-watchers’ & hiker’s delight. The décor is fresh & enjoyable, kitchen is easy to work in & large screened porch is like an enclosed living room. Jennifer is accommodating, granting early check-in as there were no prev. guests.We enjoyed walking to both the St. George Sound non-swimming waters, lovely to look at from the convenient front porch perches, as much as we liked following the nearby public easement path to the Gulf Shore, where we found empty shells to wash & add to the glass jar collection on a side table. The bed is comfortable, bathrooms are extra clean & views out the many windows are a pleasure. As we toured the island & returned to this wooded retreat we realized how solidly built, with extra features of endurance, this house was created for the family who obviously lovingly cares for it.

Zenghai was so nice. We were evacuating from hurricane Milton and he was so fast with communicating with us. He was kind and made sure he got the property ready for us just in time. We booked last minute and I’m so happy that he was there for us. I don’t know what my family would have done without him.

Great place - extremely clean. Updated furnishings and appliances. Location was fantastic, right across the street from public beach access and very close to Dollar General (shopping is sparse in Mexico Beach). Beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Thanks for the stay.

It was truly amazing. The home had the space we needed for 9 people. The beach was 7 a minute walk. And the clear water beach wasn't far as well. My family enjoyed every moment. The locals were are nice. And you got to go to Mama Dotts for some good soul food cooking. There are local bars to have a few drinks. And beaches you can walk at night to watch the sun sets and rise. The local of the home is just right and privacy needed. You are not far from anything. I thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We had a rough time getting there because our tires blew twice. And we were late for check in but he told us to get there safe and relaxe and everything would be alright. So thank you for caring. We needed batteries and they were there asap. Thank you so much. People you have to book this home. It was so spacious and kitchen was made to cook the best meals.

Excellent place to stay while working on Tyndall. Very comfortable large house on a quiet dead end street in a nice neighborhood. Not touristy at all. Nice king size bed, excellent master bath. I looked forward to coming home after work each day. Javarick's place is my home away from home. He is a great manager of his place.

We absolutely loved staying at Nancy and David's home. The private beach on the bay is a beautiful, peaceful way to get some sun or exercise. The neighborhood has classic Old Florida vibes but is conveniently situated near stores, restaurants and other basic conveniences. Wonderful location. The spaces were clean and fresh, basic supplies were provided for 2 days and all the appliances worked well. I really appreciate Nancy and David's friendly, helpful natures and pet-friendly attitudes. Would definitely recommend.

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Everything we hoped for in this little beach town.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

Super relaxing spring break! We loved the condo, loved the huge backyard. Condo had everything we needed, dishes/towels/cleaning supplies/pool toys, goggles, board games.. very welcoming feel. Went fishing most of our trip, and went to fill out the guest books d a friend showed up, after we left, we realized we never finished our journaling! We’ll fix that on the next trip. Definitely staying again!

couldn't ask for a better host .it was so comfortable and homey and very easy to check in and out. very nice place to stay and will be back soon with my wife . Mango Marleys is just across the street and fresh shrimp and red snapper from the shell shack was awesome and fresh. 5 stars doesn't come close cause I would give the place and host a 10. so if your thinking about staying here stop thinking and book it because it's well worth it and some. The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

We've been going to Mexico Beach for the last 5 years and this place has been the best stay. Would stay again in a heart beat. Owner is friendly, very responsive and detailed. Any question we might have has already been answered in the welcome guide. And I can't get over all the amenities. We really didn't need to bring as much as we did. They are fully equipped with all your and the kids beach needs. As well as the kitchen. I was very impressed all in all. 10/10!

A return trip for us and just what we needed. Basically, everything that you would want in an Airbnb and perfect for us in pretty much every way. We had a great time are refreshed. Thank you Tommy and Jennifer!

We booked Gone Fishing with Marlinda. She called to inform us that our room wasn't ready (no fault of hers) and asked if we would be interested in staying at her other place (Gone Fishing 2) or if we wanted to wait for it to be cleaned properly. We agreed to stay at Gone Fishing 2 because it wasn't a problem for us. The place was VERY clean and smelled amazing upon entering. This little place had literally EVERYTHING you could want or need! We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed the tea/coffee that was provided. There is room to park in front of the house if need be. The screened in porch was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't be afraid to try the Gone Fishing house. Marlinda is very responsive and handles her houses very well! 10/10 would recommend!
