The location of this wonderful home can’t be beat. You can walk right to old town and to many bakeries. They found parking for us which is very rare in this part of the city. It was comfortable and clean and I’d stay again.

The apartment is in a good location, many restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pointing out good places to get food. Overall a very good option if someone is looking for a vacation stay in Split.

El departamento de Stefano es muy bueno, agradable y se encuentra impecable. Además al lado del Metro principal que lleva las principales atracciones de e Roma. Stefano es muy atento y en todo momento mantuvo comunicación y brindó todo tipo de consejos. Lo recomiendo!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Der Urlaub bei Damir und Nadja hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, klasse Lage mit Nähe zu tollen Buchten und zu Pula. Von der Stadt bekommt man nur etwas mit, wenn man es möchte. Der Stand liegt in Sichtweite zur Unterkunft, die Kinder hatten dort richtig Spaß im klaren Wasser zu tauchen. Abends haben wir sehr häufig die tolle Außenküche genutzt. Aufenthalt auch im Oktober zu empfehlen: kaum Touristen, angenehme Temperaturen, Schwimmen und abends lange draußen sein ist an fast jedem Tag möglich gewesen. Absolute Empfehlung!

This is probably the best experience I’ve had with staying at an Airbnb . Matteo was incredibly helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond to make our stay easy and hassle free. He recommended local places as well as accommodated an early check in and helped book transportation to and from the airport. The location of the home was perfect. About a 3 minute walk to the metro (kids slowed us down a bit) and it was not a crowded extremely touristy area. If I find myself back in Rome, I will absolutely book his home again.

Pauline was fantastic, really accommodating of our early arrival time. The flat was beautifully decorated and had everything you’d need. The flat was ideally located and walkable distance to airport, station and tourists attractions and right above a pay-as-you-go gym! Perfect! Would stay again 5*

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. La casa dispone di tutto ciò che serve per stare a proprio agio. Molto carina anche la palestra condominiale. Luca davvero molto disponibile.

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Marina è un host fantastico, la migliore, e lo dico da collega e da persona che viaggia. Gentile, precisa e premurosa, ha accolto le mie figlie in maniera impeccabile, nonostante io fossi a 300 km di distanza sapevo che erano in ottime mani. Grazie Marina sei unica!

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Spatious living room with great views of the city. Kitchen is well equipped. Well connected to the center and Roma Termini by the metro which is nearby. Umberto was very friendly and helpful, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely recommend staying at Umberto's flat!

We stayed in Alessandro’s place our last night in Italy to be close to the Florence airport. The apartment was perfect for our needs. A great blend of modern and Tuscan. The food recommendations were amazing! Some of the best our whole trip. I highly recommend going around the corner to Caffè 21 and Trattoria Morelia.

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es war sehr heiß ehrend unseres Aufenthalts, aber die Klimaanlagen und der Pool sorgten für kühle Nächte und Abkühlung am Tag. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben, es war unheimlich erholsam!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I really appreciated the coffee machine—it was nice to start the day with a fresh cup. It was also convenient to have parking available at the house. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky with the weather, as it rained quite often. But we made the most of it by staying in and watching Netflix and YouTube on the big TV, which was a nice bonus. The host, Andrea, was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. If you're looking for a quiet place in the mountains, or even a spot close to skiing, this is a great choice!

Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr nette, sympathische Frau. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Das Haus ist super schön, sehr geräumig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Außerdem können wir ihr Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen, das war für uns mit Abstand das beste in der Umgebung. Top, wir sind dankbar, dass wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden haben.

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Logement bien équipé avec une vue superbe sur la mer, à proximité des commerces, avec une place de parking . Elisabeth nous a guidé à l'arrivée pour trouver le logement. Elle et son mari nous ont accueilli très gentiment.

Mi sono trovata molto bene: piccolo borgo caratteristico e molto tranquillo; l'alloggio è davvero confortevole, ben riscaldato, sembra di essere a casa e la Signora Piera è molto cordiale e disponibile.
