Emily’s place had EVERYTHING one or a family could want. It was exceptionally clean and inviting. We have stayed in Airbnbs in Durham and many other locations a number of times. Emily’s home is at the top of the list of Airbnbs we have stayed!

Such a great place to stay during our visit to Durham/Raleigh. Clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook our meals in the kitchen, which had pretty much everything we needed and more (need to blend a smoothie? They’ve got the equipment!) The beds were comfy and the living room was a great place to hang out with plenty of seating. Great location, close to the grocery store, easy access to the interstate to quickly get to all of the fun in the area. We’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting the area!

The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The home is very comfortable loaded with amenities to make our stay relaxing!

My family loved their stay here! Truly an amazing location in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the Durham farmers market, and parks. The backyard is lovely and a great place to hangout on a warm day. Highly recommended!

Wow, I can't even begin to express how thrilled I am about my recent stay! It was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! The host was beyond helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. My entire family was over the moon with how incredible the place was, it felt like a home away from home! It was spotlessly clean, tranquil, and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. I was blown away by the little touches that really made this Airbnb stand out! I can't thank the host enough for their amazing hospitality and I would give them a 20 out of 10 rating, without hesitation! My family absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s place! We were there four 4 nights and we felt completely at home. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend Mary’s place!

We took my daughter and some friends for her 16th Birthday. They loved the house. It was so spacious and very clean. They loved the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

I was in town for my college reunion and Lucy's place is hands-down a superior option to a hotel! The location is great, in walking distance to Duke's East Campus and in the heart of a revitalized downtown Durham. The space itself is large and bright, with all modern fixtures/appliances and comfortable bedding, at a fair price. Would definitely stay here again!

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for extended stay. Small washer and dryer is great feature for the small space. Some street noise from apartments across street, but nothing that was too bothersome. Would recommend to students traveling to Duke/ Durham.

We had a great stay at Scott’s place in Durham. We were a group of four, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent—Scott was quick to respond, very polite, and professional. The check-in instructions were clear, and the apartment was easy to find and access. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even more relaxing. The space was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and kitchen, and the beds were perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

Great location and as close as you can get to the Dreamville park while still being able to do the hour walk back. Quiet location and many restaurants and shops near by. Bob was also an excellent host!

Rental is in a great location and it was a very nice space!

Great location for my stay. Very nice rental with everything I needed. Parking spot is a little further away which isn’t a dealbreaker for me at all, but may be good to know for others. Host was very helpful!

Marcia's place matched the photos perfectly and was very clean. It's in a great location that's walkable to downtown Durham. The unit itself is in a quiet part of the complex and includes a clicker so you can drive into the gated part of the parking lot. On our second to last day, a nearby car accident took out the power, and Marcia was proactive in letting us know when the power was estimated to come back on. One note to consider: the shower head is handheld and so in theory would work for anyone, but in the mount, it's only high enough for someone about 5'7" to use it hands free. Overall, we really enjoyed Marcia's place. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone considering it.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Appreciated having somewhere with easy access to downtown Durham.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family and attending NCAA basketball games! Great location for restaurants! Catherine’s place is well stocked with coffee/teas, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The home is nicely decorated and bedding is very comfortable. It’s very clean. We did have trouble finding our parking spot and contacted Catherine. She helped us out however I realized she sent explicit directions and pictures in her welcoming emails explaining this. If we would have just taken the time to read everything she sent. We did have trouble using the lock on the front door, even wiggling and giggling the door, so had to come/go using the locked back door. I shared this with Catherine and she shared that it can be finicky. Overall, for the proximity of restaurants and downtown, the rental was a good value.

Loved staying here. Came for Dreamville Fest but the location was so great that I’ll be planning another trip just to stay here. It was the best place. Can’t recommend enough.
