We had such an amazing time staying at Eric’s rental. The place was perfectly sized for the two of us and was filled with anything you could possibly need from utensils, bathroom toiletries, (special shout-out for the free feminine products that really wowed me!) and plenty of kitchen appliances. The location is an easily walkable distance from the beach and a few places to eat but the bikes Eric provided allowed us to ditch our car for a few days and explore! The town was wonderful. The residents and locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. Great places to eat and shop around, and the places recommended by Eric were phenomenal. Overall, a wonderful stay in a pleasant town. I would definitely book again with Eric, we greatly appreciate the lovely trip you’ve helped us have.

This unit and location had everything needed and was literally steps to the beach. I loved that it was right next to many restaurants and shopping locations and also felt safe. Spending time on the deck overlooking the marina every morning or evening was an added bonus.

Such a beautiful stay and so close to the beach! The place was equipped with everything you could need! Will definitely be staying here again!

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

This gem is something that is almost impossible to find anymore. It's a small two bedroom house probably built in the 1930s close to the ground. Much of it is original but has been well maintained. From the porch it is only one single step down to the sand. The ocean IS your front yard. You are not 12' up on poles, or in a condo or hotel room. You have a large area of sand to yourself with chairs and a fire pit. The plants in the pictures took a beating in Helene but I'm sure they'll be back. Walk another 50' and you have miles of white sand beach in both directions. You can eat dinner on your own porch and watch the sun go down over the ocean. You have the entire house. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. I do wish the windows opened better than they do because the sea air is wonderful. This was our second stay here.

Before our arrival Lysette texted us all the information we needed. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Helene we couldn't come. Lysette kept us updated on the current situation so we could decide whether its safe. Cancellation was easy and Lysette was very understanding.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful area. There were only two of us but it was large enough for a family of 4 to 6 very comfortably. We did not cook but the kitchen is equipped for everything you would need to prepare meals for sure. The pool was warm as I dipped in my toe to check it. You can walk through the pool area directly onto a private path directly to the beach. There was a blanket and beach towels setting for us. The forecast was for rain but God blessed us with 2 beautiful sunny days. 😍

Our stay in Indian Shores Beach at the Beach Cottages was great. The condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities described. We loved the convenient location off the beach and easy access to the pool and hot tub. We used the shared grills a few times. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms made for great accomodations with our blended family of grandkids, parents and grandparents. Would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

The condo was perfect size for our family of 4, and there is space for additional people. We liked that you could see the ocean from the deck, and the proximity to the beach was a big selling point. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys that were provided! Location is right near lots of local restaurants and other businesses, which was great. We enjoyed the bar and grill across the street, but it was very loud until midnight or later. This was really the only thing we didn’t enjoy about this condo.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. Dave was very responsive and made great recommendations on local restaurants. We will definitely rent this unit again!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

There was four of us who went on this trip. We had a WONDERFUL TIME. We loved our condo and the location. We went e-bike riding, Kyacking, Boating, Jet Sking and Comedy Clubs. We had dinners galore! And everthing was so close to our condo. I would sugest this place to anyone! We had a blast! But more importantly, Dave took great care of us! He checked in on us to make sure we were okay. And even bought or group a bottle of Tiquilla! He was so nice. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need on a trip. We plan to stay there again in the future. I really cant say enough about this place. We had a great time.

This vacation home felt like home- plenty of everything g to make us comfortable, including kitchen, bath and laundry supplies, more than enough beach accessories, lots of comfy furniture! Amazing host- responsive and friendly. THE easiest checkout we’ve ever had and really appreciated the 11:00am checkout time vs standard 10:00am.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Had a great week long vacation staying here. The location was perfect for walking around Clearwater beach and communication with Kay was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Such a darling space in a quiet beachside community. Easy walking distance to beaches and good dinning. Super clean, comfortable bed and nice shower pressure. Can’t say enough about what a great space and excellent location. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here! Really, really enjoyed myself!

Beautiful home with a perfect location. Lovely kitchen and decor throughout. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking in the carport and driveways. Host was responsive with any concerns throughout the week. Only note to be aware of, if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The bedrooms have shades on the windows but they are opaque, so as soon as the sun is up, you will know it.

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and right across the street from all the action at Johns pass. Our family felt right at home and there was everything you needed and more for the stay. The host was very tentative and communicated well with us. Definitely will be booking again!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

We came to Laurie’s place to shake off winter and it did not disappoint. The place is spotless, cozy and hosts a spectacular view and location. We will be back!
