Es un lugar lindo, cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Con muy buena iluminación y ventilación. La zona me pareció muy tranquila, agradable y segura. Los anfitriones muy respetuosos y nada invasivos. Sharon en especial estuvo siempre disponible para resolver todas mis dudas, me apoyó con sugerencias siempre que lo necesité y me ayudó para facilitar mi estancia hasta donde le fué posible. Espero regresar muy pronto y sin duda alguna volvería a reservar con ella. Es una mujer muy cálida y amable. 100% recomendable!!!

The apartment is a true gem located in a safe, secure, and ideal area. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I did experience an issue with the hot water due to a thunderstorm that damaged the system, but it was eventually fixed. The other residents are very quiet and keep to themselves, which is perfect if you're traveling with little ones and need an early bedtime routine. Additionally, there is a visible security guard on duty at the gate 24/7. The apartment is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Carretera Masaya and a high-end mall called Galerías Santo Domingo. There is an abundance of food options nearby, ranging from delicious street food to upscale restaurants, all within a short drive. Finding the apartment was effortless, and the check-in process was smooth, handled directly with the security guard. Overall, I have no regrets about staying at Grethell's place. Nicaragua is a beautiful country filled with warm and loving people.

We were in Managua for some appointments and this apartment was perfect- clean, quiet and safe. Grethell was responsive and helpful when we kept asking to extend our stay several days in row.

I loved Herberto's place! It's in a really lovely neighborhood of Managua that is very walkable and with a nice park nearby and a lot of great restaurants. Perfect size for one night. I really appreciated he greated me as well upon arrival as well. Thanks so much!

Every corner of this home radiates peace, from the cozy bedrooms with their private balconies and comfy king-sized beds to the stunning travertine courtyard featuring a spacious private pool. Bao Bei is truly special – it’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The staff at BB were fantastic communicators and so warm. You’ll feel right at home!

Julio fue un excelente anfitrión, atento a todas las necesidades. La casa es fresca y confortable . La atención de Lilian excelente y lo considero un destino altamente recomendable.

¡Muy buena estadía para nuestro grupo de 5 amigos! La casa estaba impecable y las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario y el patio interior fue un plus para charlar y relajarnos con música (la TV tenía internet). Gretchell es una anfitriona excelente. Muy buena comunicación, súper amable y el check-in fue fácil porque nos esperaba. Tuvimos un tema con la piscina (estaba cerrada), pero lo solucionó de inmediato consiguiéndonos pases para otra. ¡Muy eficiente! Además, nos consiguió taxi al aeropuerto en Managua ($60). Hay varios minimarkets cerca, lo cual es práctico. Totalmente recomendado. Lugar cómodo y Gretchell muy atenta. Solo ojo si van con niños pequeños: hay una terraza en el segundo piso sin protección. ¡Por lo demás, perfecto! Volveríamos.

This property was easily one of the best and coolest places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. We rented the entire property for a group of 11 guys. Christopher was able to accomodate finding a few extra single beds for us which was extremely nice so we didn't have to share. The property itself is stunning, massive, and makes you feel like a king. Everything was clean including the pool. The cleaners/cooks came by each morning for the breakfast, cleaned up rooms, and then left us to our privacy. It was a perfect mix of Airbnb privacy with some hotel services. It was about a 10 minute walk into the center of town and there were also some other restaurants even closer. They also have a stocked fridge with drinks that you pay on the honor system which was a nice addition. Overall, we could not have been happier with everything and we would all highly recommend this property to any group. There is no doubt I would book it again myself if we were to return.

The house is great specially for family gatherings. Would definitely come back again lovely house and Sindy was amazing always very helpful goes above and beyond.

Nos alojamos junto a mi familia, un ambiente muy seguro con mucha vigilancia, Jesenia siempre estuvo pendiente y nos envio a Maria muy linda y amable. Surgio un imprevisto pero lo solucionaron en el momento, sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos con ella. La casa muy limpia, bastante amplia y acojedora!

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!
