This was our second stay win a property run by Amelia in Chariton, Iowa, And it was even more comfortable and convenient than the first. Two Gables is a charming, historic property formerly owned by the local arts council. We were just a few walkable blocks from my relative’s home as well downtown. Had a lovely meal at Casa del Oro, and made brunch for local family the day after my mom’s funeral another day. Everything you need is provided. Thank you again, Amelia.

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. The space is cozy, quiet, and adorable. Bryce is very proactive with instructions and information. You should absolutely book your stay here!

Great place to stay for work. Has everything we needed.

First, we felt fortunate to find a rental in Unionville for our event that was large enough for our family. The property was clean and filled with the essentials for a stay, including a washer and dryer. The 3 king sized beds were a happy surprise. Kelly was easy to work with when I had a date change.

The hosts went above and beyond. I've stayed at other places, but I think these were my favorite hosts. The house was really clean, comfortable beds (and couch). The bathroom and kitchen are both newly updated and very clean, that's one of the main things that makes you feel more comfortable at a house. Especially the bathroom. Melissa was so sweet. I highly recommend this house to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Great place and a very responsive and accommodating host. This house is in a great location close to Rathbun Lake and amenities in Centerville. Would recommend for anyone going to the area.

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.

Tammi's place in Moravia was a wonderful little getaway. we really enjoyed the cabin and the view of the pond! We booked last minute and Tammi was very quick and happy to help with anything we needed. Would go back again!
